Went here with my teenage niece. I ordered the tiger brown sugar milk tea and she ordered the taro milk tea, both with honey boba. Spent about $17 for the 2 drinks. I liked that you have the option to change the % of sugar when ordering on the self service device. I went with 100% for my and my niece went with 80%. Mine wasn't too sweet. It was perfect, really. My niece said hers is, "great" which I'm pretty sure is teen speak for delicious. The inside of the restaurant has a few tables you can dine at. It's very simple yet cute. Service was very fast. My only special request would be to have milk alternatives for the milk teas. I'm not even sure if that's a common thing for boba shops but it would make for a nice e touch. i was actually really surprised how much i liked the matcha. it was so yummy and flavorful. you can get a really strong sense of the matcha but also not too sweet with the strawberry which i like and appreciate very much. I arrived shortly after they opened at 11:00am. I wanted to get there early if I was going to be drinking caffeine. I've been to several T% locations before and it's nice they have expanded. The main reason I wanted to come was due to their collaboration with Matsu Matcha (from Santa Clara). I ordered the strawberry matcha latte. I was able to make it to T% Rocklin's last day of the Matsu Matcha pop up. There were soooo many drinks to choose from and they all sounded so good! I ended up going with the Banana Pudding Matcha Einspanner with 30% sweetness. I really enjoyed the banana in it but I wish the matcha flavor was stronger. Otherwise still yummy. My friend ordered the Cookie Butter Matcha and added Matcha Jelly. She said it was good. T% Rocklin is cute inside. Ordering was easy on the kiosk and drinks came out fast. The seating was comfortable to enjoy our drinks, chat, and hang out for awhile. I wish I could try the other drinks one day. We stopped in T% to check out their matcha pop-up. They had the whole placed decorated for the holidays. Such a cute and festive tree! My daughter ordered the Triple Matcha and I got the Vietnamese Coffee (banana pudding instead of tiramisu). Both drinks were made with perfection!!!! New boba spot alert!! Located near the Pho Saigon and Planet Fitness. Big bright T% sign, not hard to find. Big parking lot so parking is not an issue. Super white colored interior, spacious, clean. On Yelp it says dogs allowed but they have a sign that says service dogs only. You order on the kiosk at front. Drinks came out pretty fast but there was only one couple ahead of us. The staff was friendly and thanked us for coming in. We ordered the taro taro, Oreo smoother, and white peach yogurt. All drinks were good. I especially like how they have drinkable mochi as a topping option since that's my favorite. They also have hot drinks on the menu that will be perfect for those cold days. This location is fairly new and I'm glad we have one in the Roseville/Rocklin area because it so inconvenient sometimes when you have to travel for good places like T%. The place is very bright inside and you can't miss it with the big outdoor signage. They have a good large menu hut not to overwhelming. I came for the matcha series ordering a matcha latte for my husband, the matcha einspannar and the thai tea tornado for my sis in law. The matcha was a hit and definitely come back for it. There are two ways to order through a kiosk or the staff. Not too bad of a wait and the staff were approachable. Glad to see boba shops like this appearing in our neck of the woods. read more

Welcome to Rocklin, T%! We saw on Facebook about their Grand Opening promo (BOGO Free) but I didn't really pay attention to the exact date of the promotion. Then fast forward to Saturday---we had just gone to the gym with our friend and then he texted us and said he and his wife were planning to stop by T% that day for their grand opening. We happened to be running errands in the area around opening time, so we decided to stop by. Lots of parking in this shopping center that is shared with two gyms (Burn Boot Camp and Planet Fitness) as well as restaurants like Pho Saigon, China Villa and a cool arts/crafts thrift store, Recreate. There were a few groups waiting at opening but we were able to place our order via kiosk fairly quickly. The BOGO offer was for the same drink and the notice on the kiosk said that the offer would be automatically added. So you'd be getting 2 drinks automatically for the price of 1. Husband got some peach/strawberry cheese drink, which he loved. I don't think I've seen him down a drink so quickly before (but then again, we had just gotten out of a gym workout, so maybe he needed hydration, lol). I thought about getting the tried and true Thai tea or a Brown Sugar milk tea but then ended up getting a Strawberry Jasmine Green fruit tea with agar boba. It was kinda pricey. I think I paid over $9 for the drink, since the agar boba was an additional charge. But since it was a BOGO offer, $9 for two drinks wasn't bad. Comfortable seating inside. The chairs were very comfy and we got to see a steady stream of customers nonstop while we were there. Employees were friendly and helpful. We also got to see Employee April who we knew from another tea establishment. It was great to see her familiar, smiling face at this new location. My strawberry jasmine/green tea wasn't bad but I don't think I'd get it again. Maybe the 50% sweetness watered things down too much. Gave my extra drink to a friend who happened to meet us in the area that day and she and her husband said the drink tasted "healthy," so I guess that's good. We agreed it tasted very fresh with the strawberry fruit bits too. Lots of drinks to try in the future. I want to try one of the milk teas next time because some, like the Assam Black Milk Tea, come in a pink cup that looks unique. :P Hopefully they'll start a rewards program or do something like Fivestars for customer loyalty too. ^_^ read more

I came here after having lunch next door with our friends. There were 3 staff working but you ordered through the kiosk so there was a line of about 6-7 customers ahead of us. The tea bar is pretty spacious and bright with a holiday cart decor. There are about 4 tables. The following was ordered for 3 kids: 1. Thai tea 50% sweet w/ boba 2. Thai tea 50% sweet w/ puff (guessing it may be condensed milk drizzle from the looks of it) 3. Creme brulee boba 100% sweet My boys had the thai tea. It was very good, not water down. It has a good combo flavor of tea and cream. It was adjusted at 50% sweet, so it was perfect. The 3 drinks came in different cups/lids. We just learned about the grand opening of T% Coffee + Tea the day before. It worked out because we were going to meet our friends in this shopping center parking lot right around the time that the shop was going to open. At opening time, we were the 4th set of patrons. For the Grand Opening celebration, they offered buy one and get another drink (the same drink ordered) for free. What a great deal and a great way to advertise this new shop. There was a steady stream of customers that followed us after we entered. The inside was really nice had had a cool vibe to it. There were a couple of 4-seat tables by the front door and a few more 2-seat tables further to the back of the shop. There's a big digital menu board above the front counter with a digital kiosk where you can order drinks. On the other side of the counter, there is a cash register where you can place your order directly with staff. We placed our order on the digital kiosk and I decided to get the strawberry peach smoothie with 50% sugar level. My wife got the strawberry green tea. The drinks are served in plastic cups with the shop's logo and in typical boba shop fashion, the lids are sealed with plastic by a cool machine. If you order the Assam Black Milk Tea, then your drink is served in a cool-looking pink plastic cup. My drink was yummy and I was happy that I had a drink for now and one for later. The flavor was great and I was able to taste the peach and strawberry. 50% sugar was perfect, not too sweet, and not too bland. I also added cheese cream to it and it was a great add-on to this drink. Fruity, refreshing, and creamy at the same time. The staff was so friendly but they were also very efficient in churning out drinks. The 3 patrons before us ordered a lot of drinks collectively, so we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. But we watched at least 30 drinks come out before ours so the wait time was not surprising. I am so glad that this new place opened up near our home. I can guarantee that I will be back here again. Stopped in to grab some boba since we were in the area. Inside is clean and cutely decorated. There are a couple of tables and chairs. We ordered from the kiosk and it was easy. They had different teas, matcha, Vietnamese coffee, smoothies, yogurt drinks, and some desserts. Our drinks came out fast. We got the hojicha matte, yogurt mango, and taro smoothie, all with adjusted sweetness. All of them tasted good, with the hojicha being our favorite. Grand Opening Day! It was busy since it was a BOGO of the same drink day! I have tried their drinks from other T % places in Sac but never was a fan of thinking of going back to them, BUT this location really surprised me! I got to try their white peach yogurt and the strawberry/peach smoothie. And omg! So good! Later, I checked seems that this is the only place that has the yogurt series.. I might be wrong but it's so good! Got it at 0% added sugar and it was just perfect sweetened by the fruit. The store is very "bright white" kinda can hurt your eyes . It's a decent size for a boba place when there are a few tables and seating. Aside from the lighting, it's a nice clean store. It was that good, that we decided to stop by later at night to get our 2nd round! This time we tried the mango yogurt and the assam milk tea. Both were great, got the assam milk tea at 0% sugar but it was still lightly sweetened so I don't know if it was from tea, milk or the creamer that they use... Nice Milk tea spot in Rocklin/Roseville area. Obviously being in the Roseville/Rocklin area the area is nice. The ambiance is what you commonly see with most new boba spots--which is nice aesthetics ready for the gram or tiktok for the younger folks. Price is on par with the competition. Tried the tiger and the simple popular milk tea. Both with honey boba. What really stuck out is the tea flavor isnt lost with all the milk sugar, etc. That's important IMO. Means the tea is good or they make sure they do not overpower it so much that you cant even make out you are having a milk-TEA. You can order most of the drinks caffeine free--which I assume is without the tea. But the milk-tea options I tried had a good balance. So why the minus one star? The boba wasn't the best I've had. It wasn't the softest/chewiest I've had. If I wasnt an old man who's been drinking Milk tea for over 20+ years, I probably wouldn't be so critical. Brought the whole family since everyone was in town. We ordered so many different drinks and we were all happy with them. My only recommendation would be to offer milk alternatives for all the drinks with milk. There are milk alternatives available for certain matcha drinks. One of my daughters got the matcha with soy milk. The matcha flavor really came through. My pregnant daughter ordered the Lychee Flamingo (non-caffeinated). It had bits of lychee in it and the depth of flavor was tasty. BWE our son and our other daughter got the mango fruit tea. Very flavorful. We were happy. Service was okay. It took a while for our drinks. They weren't very talkative but there were only two workers at the time so that could have been due to the fact that our group of 8 just walked in the door...so understandable. Seating was limited, but I got a seat during the wait; it was comfy. The strawberry peach smoothie was good but had there was a lot of small ice chunks left. Their yogurt series were so good! Jasmine Milk Tea | Honey Boba | 100% Sweetness The tea flavor itself was solid, but the boba portion was disappointing. There was barely an inch of boba--less than 15 pearls--in a cup about 8 inches tall. 7/10 Mango Coconut Yogurt | 100% Sweetness This tasted more like plain Greek yogurt with a few mochi chunks. The mango puree was very light, and after mixing, there was hardly any mango flavor. The yogurt was quite tart and didn't have enough mango sweetness to balance it out. 5/10 Would skip on the toppings / mixed drinks if portions don't improve to balance liquid to topping ratios. I recently went to T% in Rocklin with my kids and it is honestly one of the best tea/boba places I've been to. OMG their Creme Brulee drink is to die for. The caramelized sugar crust and the custard was so good. I love that you can control the sweetness of their drinks. I also loved the Vietnamese Coffee with the Ube Flavor. That was so good. went to teapercent's rocklin's grand opening and the place is decorated so nice! as someone who frequently goes to their stockton location, i think they can use more seating especially on busy days like this one as a lot of people were just standing waiting for their drinks. the bobaristas were working hard in the back with what seemed like a never ending line so kudos to them! also, i always look forward to how a teapercent spot is decorated as not one is ever identical. i think this one is definitely the most minimalistic out of all the teapercent locations but i love it. i ordered my family's usual: -strawberry overload with honey boba and crystal boba 80% sweetness (rating 9/10) -mango tango with honey boba 100% sweetness (6/10) -strawberry peach with honey boba 100% sweetness (9/10) was sad they didn't have their matcha series at this location yet. i always look forward to their ceremonial matcha, but maybe next time. they also forgot my toppings with my strawberry peach but they were busy and it was the workers' first day so i didn't think too much of it as i didn't bother to check before leaving either either. the flavor of the strawberry peach at this location was perfect though. the boba at the stk location is always super soft and perfectly chewy. i think the ones from this day were a little bit undercooked hence the rating i gave for strawberry overload and mango tango. the mango tango also tasted a little artificial, but again, it could just be because it was their grand opening. some flavors may not be tweaked yet, but this is usually one of our go to drinks here. overall, the workers were so sweet and didn't show their stress through the day. the ambience is great and i was able to charge my phone before my drive home. even for the line being super long too i was able to get my drinks within a good amount of time. can't wait for my next visit read more
