We wanted an iced coffee drink & she let us know a medium was 24 oz while a large was 32 oz. We chose the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Latte with light ice, which was a pleasant sipper--not too sweet, light coffee & chocolate flavors, the crunchy topping sprinkled on it was a fun touch. So I have held off on the Dutch experience as I understood it, they are not known for their coffee as much as they are sweet treats. I decided to give one of their mochas a go and did not alter it at all. I ordered right off the top and got the Brown butter chocolate chip breve. It tasted to good but way too much sugar for my likings do next time cut in half or even a third of sugar. The little chocolate cookies at the top were amazing! The app and pickup were all pretty breezy except you have to preload the app with money rather than just charging what you buy. I chose the pickup window but next time it will be drive through for sure. Great place for a quick DESSERT drink. read more

I'm paying close to 10$ for a drink because I always tip. Today I came home, took out all the ice and I have half a drink!? Dutch Bros is one of those places that always delivers good vibes along with consistently solid drinks. From the moment you pull up, the staff is upbeat and friendly, and they genuinely try to make your day better during off-peak times. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and that energy really carries through the experience. The drink menu is huge, which is both a blessing and a curse, and they do quite change the menu at the spur of the moment and lasting for about 2-3months. The best thing about it is that they have so many options; whether it's a classic iced coffee, a Rebel, or something seasonal, but it can be a little overwhelming if you don't already know what you want. That said, the baristas are great at making recommendations and explaining flavors, so it never feels rushed. The drinks themselves are always well-made and customizable. Everything I've ordered has been smooth, flavorful, and not overly bitter, but it can sometimes be overly sweet. My only real downside is that it can get pretty busy, especially during peak hours, which sometimes leads to longer wait times in the drive-thru when they release special limited items in addition to your order, which can be a sticker, spoon, keychain, little duck, etc. Overall, Dutch Bros is a reliable go-to for good coffee or a rebel drink, with fun flavors and friendly service. Oof, highly do not recommend the iced americano with the sugar free hazelnut. I'm literally drinking watered down iced milk that was sprayed with the essence of hazelnut. This is this La Croix of coffee drinks (no notable sweetness and not even a hint of coffee), what a huge disappointment and to add insult to injury, I got a bigger size that I'd typically get. I should have listened when my daughter suggested we go to the competitor across the street instead (her iced tea wasn't great). I've been going to this location for years and normally have a great experience. However this morning while I went to order the new Dulce de Leche drink, apparently I said Dulce incorrectly and instead of taking the time to educate me I said it wrong 2 of the employees there proceed to very loudly make fun of the way I said it. All while I'm still sitting at the window waiting for me drink. The girl that took my order was very sweet and is the only reason I'm giving the 2 stars. When I told the worker it looked a little weak she informed me it was black tea ! .... Hmm I wanted to have her taste it , tastes like water . I'm so tired of this location. I only come here because it's 24 hours, but at this point I'm done. The customer service is AWFUL. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 iced lemonades (we usually get rebels but it was kinda late and we didn't want to be up all night since we had work early the next day ) and they gave us blended drinks. When I told them it was supposed to be iced they got visibly annoyed. They remade them, and we were confused why they had carbonation. I assumed maybe their lemonade is carbonated?? Nope. They gave us rebels. We were up all night it was awful. What if I had been pregnant? You just killed my child. What if I had a heart condition? You just killed me. Absolutely ridiculous. And also, when I came here in my birthday they didn't acknowledge it, the person at the window didn't even look up at me. All she said was "cool" when I told her I had a birthday drink. Do better. Within my day not being the best they messed up my drink I asked for a large black tea they gave me a medium & instead of giving me a normal large iced tea. Which I know their tea is literally a steamed big tea bag in a pitcher bc I used to work at many Dutch locations so ik I'm not putting them out of the way (also do ur job tf). They packed my large cup full of ice & I see them just pour the black tea from the medium into the large cup & there was still empty space within my cup of black tea. I'm a little whacky that I don't come to Dutch Bros for their coffee only cause I find it a bit too sweet for me. Every flavor that I've tried to get was just way too sweet. But I do come here when Im having a sweet tooth for sure. I like how they have a 24h drive thru, and I love how the service here is always upbeat and top notch. Not once have I found a cranky Dutch Bro. Recently I tried the Chocolate Crunch frost which this flavor bumped up to too 5 of my faves. Another flavor I really like is the strawberry horchata. I came here today after going to church. I was craving Dutch Bros right away as soon as I drove up I noticed there was only three cars in the drive-through, which is perfect for me so sometimes you don't wanna wait for a while. I waited not even five minutes and had my order taken and not even five minutes later my drink was ready. This is a very great establishment. They don't just have coffee. They have several different drinks to choose from. They have red bold drinks, energy drinks teas they even have decaf options and they have muffin tops, which are really good and every time you go to Dutch Bros when you have them, scan your phone, your earning points towards free copy who doesn't love free The staff that works. I came here this morning and I ordered a drink that I had ordered before but I got it extra sweet because the last time I got it I could barely taste any of the flavor. When I got to the window, 2 of the Baristas inside were talking crap about my order. The girl at the window noticed that I was there and hearing all of it and was overly nice to me. The other drink was a white chocolate banana ice chai latte with strawberry soft top and cinnamon sprinkles. Dutch luv! This location has been around for at least three years now. It is the closest Dutch Bros to my home. My first visit was in September 2016 when I won 2 tickets to the Breast Concert Ever 2016 + any size/drink compliments of Dutch Bros and NOW 100.5FM. I gifted the tickets to another Yelper (he would enjoy the concert more) and I got the coffee for my hubby. I'm not a coffee drinker. That was my only encounter with a Dutch Bros until fast forward to 2019, just four months ago, when I started coming here more often. I looked at their smoothies menu (they called it "frosts") and tried this flavored drink called Crazy Hawaiian... and fell in love with the taste and sweetness of it! It took me awhile to get on board the bandwagon but I'm hooked! Then unbeknownst to me were these stickers... I just happened to get a drink on the 1st of July and I was given a sticker! Whoa... I didn't know how popular these stickers were so my daughter and I went for our 2nd sticker to add to our young collection (Aug 1st)... at MIDNIGHT! and OMG! the place was packed with high school teens both at the drive thru and the walk-up counter! I mean, younger folks give me life but I felt like I was in a high school campus. BUT, surprisingly, we didn't wait long for our drinks! Before we knew it... my name was being called. Now about these young baristas and staff... I've not (yet) encountered a barista that was rude or unpleasant. I always get Dutch luv from these baristas. My last few visits to Dutch have been a super wonderful success! There is always a long line here so always expect to wait at least 10 minutes. The Dutch team will take your drink order while you wait in line. Everyone is super chatty & friendly. If your not sure what you want, ask them for their opinion. Tell them what you like and they can suggest it to you! These days, they can take your cash or card payment with the Dutch team member while in the drive thru, before you pick your drink up at the window. When you head to the window, sometimes your drink is still not ready. So they strike up a conversation with you... these are amazing friendly people.. don't forget to tip them for all their hard work! You can also walk up to their window & order a drink, but I feel like it still takes just as long to get your drink if you were waiting in the drive thru line. My family and I are in complete addiction of Dutch Bros Coffee, where my mom greets them as "Mr or Miss Dutch" when the staff approaches our car window. I've been here about 5 times during the past 2 weeks since visiting family here. They have an intense variety to try them all out blended, iced, or hot beverage. From sweetest to not so sweet: French toast: the cinnamon flavor is extremely sweet. Birthday cake: with sprinkles the white chocolate adds a great touch. Drinks are overall good no issue with that, the only problem I continue to have is drive thru wait lines. I work graveyard shifts and often wanna get a drink to take to work, I've gone multiple times and on multiple occasions I've seen them taking over 10-15 minutes helping 1 person out. My issue is that a lot of times it's a coworker/ friend that's in that line and they're just talking gossiping about their love life and what not when the line is building up. They just seem unbothered by the fact that there's now a line of more then 7 cars. But as soon as that friend leaves and it's your turn to order your drink they become straight forward asking what you want to order and than smiling and asking if you wanna leave them a tip and it feels like a completely different person because they make zero effort to talk to you while your drink is being made. Almost like an awkward silence and your drink is done and made in less than a minute. I just think that there's a time and a place when they can chit chat and catch up some of us got places to go and what should've been a 5 min delay shouldn't take 20-25 minutes, unfortunately this is the closest dutch to my job if not I'd be going elsewhere read more
