Tasty and satisfying smoothies as expected! Was so thirsty and drinks were so delicious that I didn't have time to take any pics. Service was fast, friendly, prompt, and place was clean - excellent, expect nothing more and nothing less from Jamba Juice. Plenty of parking out in front but keep in mind it's a shared lot with plenty of plaza businesses and Starbucks line tends to be lengthy which is adjacent to Jamba. Woodcreek Oaks location My teen and I visited this Jamba located in the new Nugget Market Shopping Center on Blue Oaks Blvd. Inside is smaller than other Jamba locations in the area but I love that we now have one close to home in West Roseville. They have limited table seating on the pick-up side and they even have a little section against the wall with a few merchandise for sale. I ordered my usual, yup, my favorite Razzmatazz. I'm always tempted to get a Medium size but for an additional 0.50 cents why not upsize and make it a Large. My teen ordered her favorite Caribbean Passion. She also enjoyed her Classic Sausage, Egg & Cheese handwich. Service was fast and employees were friendly. Great first time experience. Lots of parking in this new shopping plaza. Next to Supercuts. Visited this location on 3.2.2022 since it's closer to my home. My daughter & I went bike riding for the early evening during the sun setting & I was craving my matcha green tea blast! I ordered a medium, told them specifically not to put soy milk, to remove the nonfat frozen vanilla & replace with the frozen oatmilk dessert ice cream & add a shot of energy. Upon receiving the order I was happy to finally think I got this order right. After drinking it half way through, the drink became more icy and less slushie... it had more ice then the matcha drink? Did I forget to ask to add oat milk or was that even suppose to be added in replacement of my soy?? But of I have frozen oatmilk dessert ice cream already added in there, does it matter to still add the oat milk as well?? I may need to return & have a do over. I wasn't happy with my drink results. Overall the place was in an awesome location. Loved the scenery as it faces towards Nugget Market. I loved the atmosphere of the store, was definitely different layout then the typical jamba juices I have been. Much smaller though. Not a huge area to sit in to chat to eat & enjoy the drinks they make like most jamba juice stores. This one was mainly counter and side area to sit that is close to the pick up counter. read more

It tastes like every other Jamba and what else could you ask for then that. The staff was friendly and the store was super clean because it is so new. They even have empty picture frames...I am guessing that will be for employees or something. This place is in a great location if you live in West Roseville. You used to have to drive for days and there is now a shopping center with all sorts of different options. I'm sure it will be a common thing for me to be here with the kids. They were struggling in the beginning with being new to the area. Appeared that there was a lot of training and maintenance here. But they got it together and now only a few months in they are doing great. It's a smaller then normal location, so don't come and expect to just sit and hang out. I appreciate it. You're in, then out. They are doing wonderfully. The new staff is taking hold and they even have USB ports for you to charge your phone. read more

I have been to other locations & there flavor consistency is questionable? I don't write reviews but I go here only as last resort because it is close to my home. I ask if there is a manager on duty who can check the consistency of there products. It would help them grow more business with locals , they should mystery shop (manager checks or someone checks for the company) here and other locations to check quality instead of relying on yelp reviews. I have been to this Jamba Juice several times and had great service and great smoothies... not sure what happened this morning but completely unacceptable and awaiting to hear back. The interesting thing is that the regional manager Jenny and Jeff were at the store while this happened. I entered the store and was greeted and told to wait a minute... one worker came to take my order and another worker came out from the back... I was asking for healthier option than the Electric Berry Lemonade...and was instructed that the plant based options are better. I ordered the Vanilla Blue Sky... based on the 2nd workers recommendation. I tasted the smoothie and it was a little different... i didnt think anything till a few minutues later as i was driving... i noticing like chia seeds.. a crunchy texture... so i called the store as started to examine the crunchy texture looked like a plastic. The worker told me they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee... i just ingested what i think is plastic and they gave me my money back and took a sample of the material... I am very concerned with my health and well being... and was instructed that someone will contact me. Amazing one of the workers was smiling, smirking while I was describing the issue. I visit Jamba Juice like 2-3 times a week safe to say I've gone to MANY Jamba juices. I placed an order and my drink didn't taste right I expressed my dissatisfaction to the crew and they wanted to make it right. Something was for sure off in the fruit that wasn't making the drink taste satisfying, the team took ownership offered something else to make apologized once.A team member by the name of Mario told me as I wait about the tumbler discount I'll get if I purchase a cup it was very informative. I appreciate them going the extra mile must I Add it was closing time they had sense of urgency but we're not rushing me out the store they genuinely wanted to make sure I leave happy. I appreciate that. It's been a while since I've been somewhere & people care and go the extra mile yet still providing excellent service with a smile on there face.
