This is a TERRIBLE representation of customer care. I frequent this Starbucks daily! I spend my hard earned money here - everything about this location is wrong, it's especially bad when they tell you they make sweeps of the area to make sure nobody will get a refill on THIER coffee. If this wasn't so sad it would be laughable. Today on October 17th, 2025 at 8:45 pm, a racist comment was written on my cup. I find this behavior incredibly disgusting and insensitive. English is my second language and while I do have an accent I try my best to communicate. There were only two female employees working here. I called the store and explained my concern over what was written but the worker I talked to refused to admit "English" was written and lied that they had written "Enjoy". Frankly, the lack of accountability is the most frustrating and I hope there will be consequences for this disrespect and such blatant lies. read more

Open 24hrs? No not really. Drive thru 24hrs inside till 8pm.. this needs to be somehow addressed in their description/hours I'm not the only one coming in thinking it's open later. This would be an awesome location if they at least were open inside to 9 or 10pm. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Employees working night of 10/17 around 8pm were very unprofessional. Typically baristas will write a nice comment or sometimes nothing at all on the cups, but tonight a friend of mine ordered from here and "English" was written on the cup. That is just plain out discrimination and racism, not acceptable. Both girls working were cowardly and didn't take accountability for uncalled behavior, claimed to remember the order & only have written "enjoy". When I walked into this starbucks, I really had to go to the bathroom which I understand that there is rules, so no transient person or random people can use the bathroom without purchasing drinks or food. But I really had to go to the bathroom, and I told the lady that I will purchase something. Please just can I get into the bathroom? And she refused to help me until I paid for something. I did pay for a drink and a food item. And then the person at the counter gave me the code, written down on a piece of paper and said, you need to bring this back to me. I did, but then he gave me my change from a $20 bill in a cup. The Starbucks personnel needs to think about medical reasons too of why someone may need to go to the bathroom. I ordered Ice Tea Matcha Latte without ice, and 5 spoons of matcha. I ordered it on a drive-thru since the store was closed and so I didn't immediately notice that the matcha was made poorly: it was not stirred at all, there were about 8-9 spoonfuls (I asked for only 5), and the foam of the drink was about 2 inches. When I later returned for a refund the store manager said he would not do a refund since I drank more than half of the drink and offered only to remake the drink, even though I had not drunk a quarter of it. I was originally given the drink only 3/4 full. Despite this the store manager argued with me, he was against me, I was not pleasant to communicate with him. As a result, I left the drink and said I would contact customer service. I would like a refund for the drink and compensation for this unpleasant situation read more

I typically get my white mocha at the Foothills location, but they were closed this morning, so I came down to the Cirby location. When I came inside to get my drink the barista, Liz was really short with me and seemed like she was in a terrible mood that day. Starbucks is supposed to be a welcoming place for customers. Not sure of the two ladies working drive Thru Today 5/3 at 3pm BUT they are angels from coffee heaven. I was at another Starbucks, which shall remain nameless, but not a "Diamond" In the rough at all!! I ordered a salted cream cold foam cold brew with an extra shot. (Yes all the caffeine). But the foam wasn't sweet, it was watered down and disappeared quickly. For medical reasons I haven't had dairy in a while treated myself and was let down I get to Cirby and warn the speaker box that my request would be different, and win the award for Odd order of the day. I asked to buy some proper sweet cream cold foam and they first offered to remake the drink, I declined since I had a whole cup left. Then after I offered to buy the foam they refused and had a cup waiting for me to pour the proper creamy foam, that only angels could delivery over my coffee. 24/7 drive thru is cool. Lobby closes at 11pm. Been here twice. Its always busy. The barista girls are usually friendly. 3 star because the drinks weren't that great. My coffee was super strong. The girl working the counter where they hand out drinks was stressed and in a bad mood. 3x times i got a coffee or tea with no ice or barely any ice. First time she messed up and misread my drink instructions. She fixed it but had attitude cause there was an annoying customer who was extra picky about his pour over. Joint was clean . I've had to come to this location a couple times the last few weeks because my usual Starbucks is either closed or they're not doing order ahead. I love that this location is 24 hours because I work such weird hours and sometimes want a coffee at 10 o'clock at night. The staff there is really nice, especially for how busy they can get because they are the only 24 hour location in the area. When I order for my mom, sometimes the drink order can be a little complicated, but they have never had an issue with getting it right. I just want to say that this location is amazing! My wife and I went to the Starbucks on Sylvan and Auburn blvd. only to have both of our drinks wrong once we left (didn't know they were wrong as we didn't taste them until we were on our way and out of the parking lot). We decided to stop at this location (Cirby and Riverside) on our way home to order new drinks when we talked to what we believed to be a manger here. She really made our drinks and did not charge us! My wife and I were fully prepared to pay for the order especially since this store wasn't the culprit of the terrible drinks, she insisted since it had just happened and it was a Starbucks store regardless. I wish I caught her name to give her a shout out specifically, but I didn't. All I know is we will make sure to do our business here and recommend everyone in this area to this location. read more

Since my review back in 2011... I felt like these guys deserve some good recognition. I've come through here a bunch of times since that review and I must say...they are doing a fantastic job. I love getting a Venti Iced Americano, with white mocha, and adding half & half in place of the water at the top... if that's not heaven- then please tell me your concoction. I'll try it (I'm over that Caramel Macchiato thing, lol!) This is a good strong drink that really gets you moving fast. The staff here had been amazing. I've seen many faces over the years here and I have seen an improvement with everything from happier faces, cleanliness inside the store, and FANTASTIC TASTING DRINKS! The coworkers are always so friendly and they make the drinks very well! The employees through the drive through are always in a good mood and are quick! They move fast and efficient! I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and no whipped cream today. I've ordered there at least 5 times and never had a problem before. My iced latte tasted great and I am a Starbucks fan. (Please excuse the gory details.) However about 3 hours later my stomach started rumbling and I've had diarrhea that basically cleaned me out. My stomach is still rumbling though. I suspect the almond milk was bad with some bacteria. There's no other food that I ate in the last 24 hours that would cause my symptoms AND the timing coincides with how long it would take to affect me. I hope the Cirby Way store is careful to maintain high standards of equipment cleaning and using fresh ingredients. If anyone else has experienced the same thing, someone that goes there more often should mention the issue to them. read more
