Over the weekend while running errands with my family, I was in desperate need of a Fall beverage! I wasn't in the mood for Starbucks so we decided on Dutch Bros. We ordered the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Breve, the Candied Cherry Lemonade and a Dragon Slayer Rebel with Lemonade. All 3 drinks hit the spot! I've never had a Rebel before and I am a sucker for anything blue raspberry so I was a big fan of this and I would definitely add their energy drink instead of lemonade next time! The Candied Cherry Lemonade was an Icee on steroids and the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Breve made me briefly forget it was over 100 degrees outside! This location not only has a drive thru, but also an interior that you can order at inside. We did the drive thru so I can't comment on what the inside was like, but still cool to see that they offer both options. Staff were their normal Dutch Bros selves and the drinks came out quickly. This is an awesome location! I already like this area for all the convenient shopping and lunch spots so close together. To have a Dutch Bros where my love and I like to shop is even better! While my car was getting the tire sensors fixed at Les Schwabb, my Lovie and I walked over to Dutch for a cool treat on this hot summer day. This location has indoor seating! I ordered my usual, the extra sweet Caramelizer, and my love ordered a Butterscotch something, lol. With it being sticker day, we each got one. They were nice enough to give me an extra for my bestie who couldn't come with us this time. Dutch Bros has an app you can sign up on and earn points towards free drinks! They give you free birthday drinks and half off your half birthday drink! You earn points for every purchase if you scan the app. There are special days you can earn bonus points and it gives you updates on special events they host, too (like fundraisers). We waited around 5 our so minutes and our drinks were ready. It was nice and air conditioned inside. Our voices echoed as we talked. Most of the time, we were the only ones in here. The only thing that throws me off, is that you go up to order through a window and the crew is surrounded by a wall. I feel like it takes away from that Dutch Bros Spirit and the people that work here are one of the reasons we love Dutch Bros so much! The indoor service seems to be a logistical issue for this location. The indoor service is particularly slow to take the order followed by a significant wait for the drinks. It actually looks pretty cool inside and it's very clean. I went in the morning and they only had 3 people working so I had to wait a couple minutes to get greeted. Their window is kind of out of sight of their work station so they didn't know I was there. But, they were still friendly and they made my drinks perfectly! A medium iced flavored coffee is $6.50 + tax. A large iced flavored coffee is $7.50. A rebel is no different than a Red Bull and that's $6-7. These prices are absolutely ridiculous, a couple years ago Dutch bros was affordable. At these prices, Dutch bros is just going to be a phase that dies out. So no disrespect to the workers here, but the Dutch bros is a public company on the stock market, which means there don't care about their customers they just care about how much they can get someone to buy coffee. I've been going to Dutch for a while, more like the last 8 years. I went to the one on Sierra after class just wanting to get a drink and was greeted fairly negatively. Seemed like the worker was a little upset by how she welcomed me. I order my drinks, and though they were a little complicated, I have gotten them both more than maybe 20 times done close to perfection. When I ordered my drinks the server seemed upset and timid. As I went to go get my drinks I payed for cash and giving me my change seemed drastic to her.My first drink with a PARFE was pretty much just whip at the top(they aren't the same). My second one was ordered extra thick and came out as if they made it and then threw it in a microwave for 30 seconds based on how poorly it was made. There was zero thickness to the drink and zero appreciation for my order. Not to mention the extremely niche and unenjoyable music. Thank for ruining my day Dutch Bros on Sierra. The drinks are great here. I have had 1 mess-up over the last like 10 visits and the workers were so nice to remake my drink for me. Usually you have to bring back the drink the day of per policy, but the girl was nice enough to inform me of this for next time and still do it anyways. The inside of this Dutch is super great! Meh. Location is fantastic. Love the indoor space. Drive through is highly prioritized and if you order inside prepare for massive confusion. If you mobile order but arrive before your order does, they won't ever call your name out. You have to continually go back up to the window and ask if it's ready otherwise it just sits there. Found out mine was the drink sitting on the ordering counter where all the guests were speaking and talking and ordering the entire time I was waiting. Dumped it out because....germs and spit. I even decided to go inside this time to see if it would be faster but nope, 25 minutes for 2 small iced coffees. i even asked for a refund but they said my drinks were ready and handed them to me 2 minutes after i asked. There were 2 people ahead of me inside but still waited awhile, even had a girl come in 20 minutes after i ordered and she asked the wait time for one rebel and they said 10-15 minutes and she left. crazy just crazy. hire more workers or get your timing together. other than that drinks are good and employees are sweet. read more
