For a healthier and still tasty option, Robek's has (IMHO) a decent array of healthy juice and smoothie options, with less additives and sugar. So what will you get at Jamba Juice? Pleasant service from some really nice people. A great tasting, sweet smoothie with fro-yo (it's not in all of them) and lots of options for powdered this & that. What's in all that I'm not so sure. Now to be fair, there are other healthier options. Wheat grass juice and the like. And that collection of Vitamix'ers - impressive. The great thing about a Vitamix is that you can put in a whole apple, loads of kale, pineapple, ginger, carrot, orange, berries (all whole), add some plain water and ice and zap! Delicious smoothie. When I see a smoothie like that on the menu, I'll gladly order one and consider a higher rating for JJ. read more

Fast, convenient, healthy smoothies. This location suffers from a bit of a capacity issue, as it's really small so during rushes you end up waiting 5-10 minutes. But of course the simple solution is to just try and avoid those times of day!! I've been going to this Jamba Juice (pronounced: Yamba Yuice) for years now. Yes, since before the fire there a year or 3 ago (which I did not set!!). I usually get the same thing (Original Pomegranate Pick-me-up w/Vita Boost), which is good because I have almost the whole staff trained so when I walk in, they start making it so it's usually ready by the time I get to the register. Came in today for a Coldbuster drink and a shot of wheatgrass juice. I have a bit of a cold and thought those two things would help me. The gal behind the counter was very pleasant, however, when I went to pay using my debit card she then told me their machine was broken and I needed to use cash. Curses! I had no cash on me! I felt very 'exposed' as she then yelled to everyone else that their machine is broken and 'you have to have cash!'. Two people immediately left. She asked me to wait to the side and a few minutes later announced the machine was now fixed. She asked me for my card and it worked. Still, I feel she could've been a little more professional and not shout like she did. My Coldbuster was delicious and the wheatgrass juice....well, it tastes like the inside of a lawnmower, but hopefully it did the trick! read more

This Jamba Juice suffers from inconsistency. Sometimes, the workers don't even bother to greet you. The biggest problem is the inconsistency in the way things are made. Since the bowls are now $8, there needs to be more oversight from management to make sure recipes are followed. It is really frustrating. read more

Perfect quick stop for when you're hungover and want to pretend like you're drinking something healthy. There is never a line, always parking nearby, the service is super quick and friendly, and they'll make you lemonade even though it is no longer on their menu. Love the peach mango smoothie. There isn't anywhere to sit inside (though they do have some patio furniture outside) so this is definitely a grab and go kind of place. Your typical Jamba Juice. Not as healthy as juicing yourself at home, but definitely not a bad treat. Have never had issues with customer service here, but cleanliness has been hit and miss over the years. I usually go in when I am in the area. If it seems like they are not on it with the cleaning, I simply leave. The only thing I can recommend to management here is to be more consistent with cleaning and you would be golden! read more

This is my favorite Jamba because of the location, the architecture and the staff. They seem to open earlier than the other Jambas and the juice team is always bubbly and helpful. They have yet to mess up an order and always remember that Sunrise Strawberry does NOT contain ice. Disappointed today as I went to this location. I was a customer who had arrived before 4 people. Sat there for 10 minutes or more for 1 smoothie. As I am waiting I was missed and all 4 customers after me received their smoothies before me. Lady that worked there didn't even notice I was missed until I went up to her and told her. The location is very convenient. The staff get me what I need and are friendly. Jamba Juice is always a tasty treat. There's a speaker in the ceiling when you first walk in.... My 22 month old son and I hang out under it and dance while we wait for our drinks. I wish I could break dance like him but there's no space for that. This is my favorite Jamba Juice in Sacramento and I've been to so many of their locations. It is very clean and there is no problem finding parking. My first time going I was greeted by Vanessa at the cash register. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I didn't know what I wanted to order that day so I said surprise me. She suggested ordering a La Vida Mocha so I went for it. What a good suggestion it was as it has become my go to drink every time I come here. If Vanessa is at the register I don't even have to say anything she already knows what I want. Perri is also a very friendly and hardworking employee. Once I came in and there was a rush of customers I noticed how calm she was and got everything done quickly. Great service, great Jamba - just what you'd expect. My wife always gets the orange carrot juice - which the staff graciously made even though i know it's the most difficult drink to make! I always get the Citrus Squeeze, which isn't on the menu but I've been ordering it for years and never been dissatisfied.
