I'm a fan of their Moreno Coffee and Coxinha. It's great to see a Brazilian coffee shop in the area. One of my favorite features of this location is the rooftop seating, which makes it an enjoyable spot to relax during the warmer months. The upstairs seating area is bright, spacious, and inviting, and the staff is warm and friendly. I look forward to coming back to try more items from their menu.

The chocolate Moreno is one of my favorite drinks. Im more a chocolate than coffee guy. The service and ambiance here make every visit very pleasurable. Came a bit late tonight.....they open late....and sparse.in their yummy baked goods. Theyre also very good. Next time I may try a sandwich.

Stopped in to get a Matcha Latte but they were out of Matcha that day. The barista mentioned a couple of options and so went with a Pour Over Coffee. The line was quite long so took about 5-10 minutes to get my order. It is a busy place. My friend mentioned there was a rooftop area so went up there to check it out while waiting for my coffee. Will have to come back for a coffee and a treat and sit there.

So inviting with artwork and Brazilian photography, extensive menu of Brazilian treats and your regular coffees. Perfect vibe for a hangout.

I loved coming here! Such a cute spot with great indoor, outdoor, and even rooftop seating--it has a really nice vibe no matter where you sit. I ordered the Moreno with oat milk along with the cheese bread and coxinha, and everything was delicious. They were sold out of the empanadas I wanted to try, but that just gives me a reason to come back! It's also a great place if you're looking to sit and get some work or studying done. There's plenty of seating, and the staff are super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to!

Piping hot fresh risoles ham and cheese style. Got it to go. In case you drop by and there aren't any in the case ask if they can still make you what you're looking for. Today the answer was YES!

Such a beautiful cafe! There's a lot of space to sit down, and they have a rooftop seating area, which is great if you want some fresh air while you eat and sip your coffee. We ordered a matcha latte, moreno coffee, bacon egg sando on a plate, and turkey sando. Their matcha is pre-sweetened, and it was the perfect amount of sweetner. The colour was a bit light, but it was still pretty good. The moreno coffee was delicious. The cocoa tied really well with the espresso. Food wise, it came out fresh, well presented, and it was very flavorful. I didn't feel icky after eating this meal, it felt very healthy and light. the egg on my bacon egg plate was fluffy! I loved their honey mustard that came with it. Baristas were very sweet, we took a minute looking at their menu and they were patient and helped answer all our questions! Food and drinks also came out super quick!

Love having a Brazilian cafe downtown! Eddie the owner is super sweet and seems like he's trying hard to bring the Brazilian culture to Sacramento. The new location is great with a rooftop space. We love all the little touches in the restaurant from the decor to the utilitarian wall signs letting you know where things go. The staff all seem friendly. I always love ordering the Moreno; it reminds me of a mocha and a Mexican hot chocolate. I also prefer it iced! The coxinha is also great if you've never tried it - shredded chicken and cream cheese. I ordered the ham and cheese risole today which was very creamy and savory. While the pastries are in a warming case, they still have great texture and flavor! I also tried an açaí bowl today. The toppings were great, but I think the açaí itself had an interesting texture. You can tell it came frozen but maybe it had been thawed and refrozen at some point because there was a clear distinction of layers with a more icy layer on top and a sweeter, jammy, sticky layer at the bottom. This can all be solved by mixing everything together. The fruit was all delicious!

The rooftop outdoor patio space is perfect for doing work or a work from home day. The latte was specially made by the barista and I wasn't crazy about it. It's not what I usually get so it's possible I just didn't like certain parts of it. I'm open to going back to try something different. I went on a Wednesday and wanted a beef rissoles but they were out of a lot of their pastries. I got the cochina which was good. The price overall wasn't worth it but I would like to go back and try again. I think it had a lot of potential.

I came to Tupi with a friend around 11am on a Saturday and it was moderately busy but still with a decent number of open tables. It's a nice cozy and warm cafe with a large open space, and the upstairs patio is nice and peaceful. It was a bit cold on the day we visited though so we opted to sit downstairs, which is a bit noisier if you're here to get some work done like we were. I go the honey latte - this came out extremely hot, and in a larger glass than I thought it would. It had a wonderful thick milk foam at the top and a strong honey flavor. We also got a muffin and coxinha to share - the muffin had a nice, rich chocolate and was not too dry but not moist. The coxinha was interesting - the dough was pretty mushy and seemed borderline undercooked and the filling wasn't very warm. I'm glad I tried in but probably wouldn't get it again. Overall, a very cute, welcoming cafe that you can definitely get some work done at! Plenty of outlets along the walls and nice and spacious :)

Great location! Got there right when it opened and was greeted by lovely staff as it was my first time there. It's beautifully decorated inside and very cute upstairs patio that hold happy hour. I ordered the fresh cheese Bread and one of their ham and cheese- both weee fresh, hot and delicious.

What a gem! Today was my first stop in and I was so impressed- I got a Vanilla latte and it was delish!!! I'll Be back to try the foods as the place smelled amazing! Service was friendly & fast - loved the upstairs what a super cute rooftop Area and again - hidden gem!!

$9 for a plain oat milk matcha :/ it was OK. They did not whisk or anything. There are lots of other delicious matchas nearby for a much better price and with toppings/flavor. If I tipped it would be over $10?... prices are off

They were already out of sourdough and wheat bread, and the Arnold Palmer I ordered tasted almost entirely like lemonade. The sandwiches were prepared quickly and looked great initially, but while eating mine, I bit down on something hard and spit out a piece of glass. Finding glass in food is a serious safety hazard that could cause severe harm. I called immediately, and they offered a refund or a replacement sandwich. When I returned around 3:15 PM, the shop was closing early because they ran out of bread entirely. When I mentioned my call to the staff member up front, she dismissed me, saying she couldn't help because they were out of bread. After I clarified that I just wanted the refund I agreed on with the manager, she handed me off to someone else without another word. Instead of an apology for serving a dangerous foreign object in my food, the staff handed me cash (even though I paid by card) and essentially brushed me off with a poor attitude. Mistakes happen, but finding glass in my meal combined with zero accountability or basic customer service ensures I will never return

For starters, Ike's has its own way of doing things: plain mayo is not their thing. Only way to get plain mayo on a sandwich is to get lucky that there's a smidgen still left in a jar in the fridge after they prepare their house spread. They mix GARLIC and gawd knows what else for spices to make their Ike's sauce, so allergies beware. They offer plain mustard, but not plain mayo? For seconds, the sandwich bread is not up to the challenge of holding together the mountain of fillings inside. Pics prove my point. I want to eat a sandwich with my hands, not a plastic fork (or a shovel). And I don't want to wear it, not in public. Proportions, people! One size does not fit all. Now, in fairness, the meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato were fresh, chilled, and flavorful. However, IMHO $2.00+ to add equivalent of half an avocado is robbery when a whole avocado is $1 in the market. Fortunately I arrived when there wasn't another person in the store so I was able order up a plain ham and cheese sub with L, T, and A. The counter person was patient as I attempted to navigate the menu board. I communicated my wish for a simple sandwich and it arrived, albeit ridiculously overstuffed and above my budget expectations. Props for kindness and understanding. My first visit to any shop is always testing how well they do basics. So far, I'm not an Ike's fan. I'm no newcomer to sub sandwiches. At 82, and being a Massachusetts native, I've been a sub girl for at least 75 years, ever since I could wrap my fingers around the perfect sub roll.
