Stopped in to get a Matcha Latte but they were out of Matcha that day. The barista mentioned a couple of options and so went with a Pour Over Coffee. The line was quite long so took about 5-10 minutes to get my order. It is a busy place. My friend mentioned there was a rooftop area so went up there to check it out while waiting for my coffee. Will have to come back for a coffee and a treat and sit there.

I loved coming here! Such a cute spot with great indoor, outdoor, and even rooftop seating--it has a really nice vibe no matter where you sit. I ordered the Moreno with oat milk along with the cheese bread and coxinha, and everything was delicious. They were sold out of the empanadas I wanted to try, but that just gives me a reason to come back! It's also a great place if you're looking to sit and get some work or studying done. There's plenty of seating, and the staff are super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to!

Piping hot fresh risoles ham and cheese style. Got it to go. In case you drop by and there aren't any in the case ask if they can still make you what you're looking for. Today the answer was YES!

$9 for a plain oat milk matcha :/ it was OK. They did not whisk or anything. There are lots of other delicious matchas nearby for a much better price and with toppings/flavor. If I tipped it would be over $10?... prices are off

The rooftop outdoor patio space is perfect for doing work or a work from home day. The latte was specially made by the barista and I wasn't crazy about it. It's not what I usually get so it's possible I just didn't like certain parts of it. I'm open to going back to try something different. I went on a Wednesday and wanted a beef rissoles but they were out of a lot of their pastries. I got the cochina which was good. The price overall wasn't worth it but I would like to go back and try again. I think it had a lot of potential.

This is a fabulous coffee spot with a great ambiance! If you like indoor seating, they've got you covered. If you like outdoor seating, they've also got you covered. They didn't have a white mocha, and I asked the server if she could make one and she immediately said, "I got you!". I highly recommend this place for a meetup with the homies on the weekend.

Such a beautiful cafe! There's a lot of space to sit down, and they have a rooftop seating area, which is great if you want some fresh air while you eat and sip your coffee. We ordered a matcha latte, moreno coffee, bacon egg sando on a plate, and turkey sando. Their matcha is pre-sweetened, and it was the perfect amount of sweetner. The colour was a bit light, but it was still pretty good. The moreno coffee was delicious. The cocoa tied really well with the espresso. Food wise, it came out fresh, well presented, and it was very flavorful. I didn't feel icky after eating this meal, it felt very healthy and light. the egg on my bacon egg plate was fluffy! I loved their honey mustard that came with it. Baristas were very sweet, we took a minute looking at their menu and they were patient and helped answer all our questions! Food and drinks also came out super quick!

Love having a Brazilian cafe downtown! Eddie the owner is super sweet and seems like he's trying hard to bring the Brazilian culture to Sacramento. The new location is great with a rooftop space. We love all the little touches in the restaurant from the decor to the utilitarian wall signs letting you know where things go. The staff all seem friendly. I always love ordering the Moreno; it reminds me of a mocha and a Mexican hot chocolate. I also prefer it iced! The coxinha is also great if you've never tried it - shredded chicken and cream cheese. I ordered the ham and cheese risole today which was very creamy and savory. While the pastries are in a warming case, they still have great texture and flavor! I also tried an açaí bowl today. The toppings were great, but I think the açaí itself had an interesting texture. You can tell it came frozen but maybe it had been thawed and refrozen at some point because there was a clear distinction of layers with a more icy layer on top and a sweeter, jammy, sticky layer at the bottom. This can all be solved by mixing everything together. The fruit was all delicious!

I came to Tupi with a friend around 11am on a Saturday and it was moderately busy but still with a decent number of open tables. It's a nice cozy and warm cafe with a large open space, and the upstairs patio is nice and peaceful. It was a bit cold on the day we visited though so we opted to sit downstairs, which is a bit noisier if you're here to get some work done like we were. I go the honey latte - this came out extremely hot, and in a larger glass than I thought it would. It had a wonderful thick milk foam at the top and a strong honey flavor. We also got a muffin and coxinha to share - the muffin had a nice, rich chocolate and was not too dry but not moist. The coxinha was interesting - the dough was pretty mushy and seemed borderline undercooked and the filling wasn't very warm. I'm glad I tried in but probably wouldn't get it again. Overall, a very cute, welcoming cafe that you can definitely get some work done at! Plenty of outlets along the walls and nice and spacious :)

Great location! Got there right when it opened and was greeted by lovely staff as it was my first time there. It's beautifully decorated inside and very cute upstairs patio that hold happy hour. I ordered the fresh cheese Bread and one of their ham and cheese- both weee fresh, hot and delicious.

Coffee here was really good. We didn't have to wait to get our drinks and my husband and I had a very cute date here.

What a gem! Today was my first stop in and I was so impressed- I got a Vanilla latte and it was delish!!! I'll Be back to try the foods as the place smelled amazing! Service was friendly & fast - loved the upstairs what a super cute rooftop Area and again - hidden gem!!

I've gone back here twice in one week now! First off, I love how many seats they have. This place is so welcoming for any kind of meet up. Studying, friends catch up or even a board game fun! (Which they provide). First thing that stand out to me is their customer service that goes above and beyond! I forget to grab his name but he remembered us from our first visit! The customer's that asks for a hot cup with cold drinks because he did it again with our Brazilian lemonade and açaí smoothie! Secondly, their coffee. My husband and I are coffee fanatics (beans matter) and this spot has made it to our top 5 best coffee in town! It's a rare find. Lastly, the inviting ambiance. Chill music, the cold air they keep consistent and like I had said previously the many choices of seats and tables! The plants that hang, and the greenery of the trees right outside as your view. They also have live music upstairs Friday nights! Which I was also told serve alcohol!

It's huge, and it's fun. You pick the bread, you pick the veggies, you pick the condiments, they pick the meat. I can never finish a whole sandwich, I can only get through half at a time .. My favorite deli in San Francisco before they closed, was "Panelli Brothers, and they sold what was called, a "Panelli whatever.". Same concept. The special takes me right back to that. I will continue to shop here. Thank you.

This is a luxury. $20/large sandwich. Life isn't cheap. Things like this is a treat. So I took my son out to lunch. I wasn't asking for more meat, I wasn't asking to ADD meat, I was asking to simply change the more expensive meat for the cheaper lunch meat. Cashier standoffish, definitely didn't care about customer service, just a flat No build it yourself. Ok. No ty. Again, already a $20 sandwich. No thank you. When the sandwiches were ready, after at least 5 peoplewho came in behind us, another girl called out my name, but incorrect, no big deal. It was definitely good, but I don't know if I'd be dying to go back when I think Ike's, Mr. Pickle's, Corti Bros, and maybe even Nugget or Sprouts make more interesting sandwiches. To me, those places use slightly higher quality ingredients as well, though maybe I just didn't order the best sandwich here. Overall, it was a good sandwich and a good experience. You're probably not pulling out your laptop to do any work or catch a vibe there unless listening to music and sending emails in a sandwich restaurant is your thing. My go-to order is the Amuna's Tuna on Dutch crunch with everything on it except jalapeños. If you're feeling a little lucky, you can get a combo meal with chips and a drink. For starters, Ike's has its own way of doing things: plain mayo is not their thing. Only way to get plain mayo on a sandwich is to get lucky that there's a smidgen still left in a jar in the fridge after they prepare their house spread. They mix GARLIC and gawd knows what else for spices to make their Ike's sauce, so allergies beware. They offer plain mustard, but not plain mayo? For seconds, the sandwich bread is not up to the challenge of holding together the mountain of fillings inside. Pics prove my point. I want to eat a sandwich with my hands, not a plastic fork (or a shovel). And I don't want to wear it, not in public. Proportions, people! One size does not fit all. Now, in fairness, the meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato were fresh, chilled, and flavorful. However, IMHO $2.00+ to add equivalent of half an avocado is robbery when a whole avocado is $1 in the market. Fortunately I arrived when there wasn't another person in the store so I was able order up a plain ham and cheese sub with L, T, and A. The counter person was patient as I attempted to navigate the menu board. I communicated my wish for a simple sandwich and it arrived, albeit ridiculously overstuffed and above my budget expectations. Props for kindness and understanding. My first visit to any shop is always testing how well they do basics. So far, I'm not an Ike's fan. I'm no newcomer to sub sandwiches. At 82, and being a Massachusetts native, I've been a sub girl for at least 75 years, ever since I could wrap my fingers around the perfect sub roll.
