My friend and I come here quite a bit, but my friend goes more often than I do. I love that this place is clean whenever I'm there and I love the customer service! I've never had a Jamba Juice treat me so well. I'm allergic to both bananas and mangoes and the shift leader went and got my fruit from the freezer to make sure nothing was cross-contaminated in my smoothie. I'm definitely going back here my custom-made Razzmatazz is phenomenal read more

Love this particular Jamba Juice. I've always received a fantastic smoothie and in a timely fashion. They can get really packed, but they're still super fast and friendly. On my last visit, I paid for one drink with a $20 and was supposed to get back $12 but she only have me 5. Once I realized, I went back up and she immediately recognized the problem and gave me .27 cents, confusing my order with the last one. She was really apologetic and was able to find my order. I'm a regular customer here and honestly the drinks are unpredictable. You may get a fantastic smoothie or get a horrible smoothie. As a regular customer I don't change my order often; I usually get mango o go go or white gummy. That being said I know how my smoothie should taste like. This morning I went in (because of the buy one get one free) to get my regular mango o go go and the lady who made my drink made it extremely sour. I came back to tell her and the girl "Anna" had a scornful and impolite attitude. Instead of making a new smoothie, she just added ice and yogurt which turned the drink flavorless. In contrast, there is a work/manager name Dorothy and she is phenomenal! She actually talks with her customers and her smoothies are out of this world. She has a very zealous attitude which contributes to her sense of humor. All in all, this Jamba Juice can produce the most delicious smoothie or a disgusting one. read more

I got the almond milk peanut butter an berries w/zinc and antioxidant boost: Taste like a straight up pb&j on point but with that touch of healthy. My girl got the almond milk pumpkin: Gaaaawd dizzam they should call that Houdini cause that is some magical S%&# lol highly recommend those two and customer service was great, got me out of the nice and fast! This is my go to spot when i need something to cool me off on these hot San Diego days. Every time I enter the store the staff always greets me. I rarely have to stand in line. If they happen to be busy they work fast and are very efficient. The staff is knowledgeable about the drinks and like to suggest new menu items. My fav drink is the Mango A Go Go. read more

I personally love Jamba Juice, especially the fact that they are usually quick, well at least thats the type of experience I had at the one in Eastlake where I ised to live. This Jamba Juice is right by my new place and I came in right before work. There was only 2 employees working and it was kind of upsetting that I was first to order, then he took about 10 customers orders before even starting to make my drink. The other girl working with him was just walking back and fourth to the register beside his doing something even tho she saw there was a line and did not help take orders. Today was probably one of my worst experiences I had at this location. I came in for a peanut butter mood with light peanut butter for substitute for banana and a matcha green tea blast with whey protein. The girl charged me extra "twice" for banana which clearly I said substitute. I used to work at Jamba Juice and when you substitute less of an item for another item on the drink they don't charge you. She charged me twice for extra banana when clearly that's not what I wanted. One of the girls behind the counter started to make my drink and she noticed my drink looked different she decided to put it upside down and show her coworkers how weird it looked and was acting very unprofessional. To make matters worst they didn't get my order right I didn't notice the mistake until once I got home. They had put whey protein in the peanut butter mood instead of the matcha I had clearly stated. I am upset that I paid money for this experience I felt as if I wasted money on something I just threw in the trash since my drink tasted awful. Generally good customer service, store is always clean, and they never mess up my order. On my last visit I had a new employee help me with no issues other then not charging me for the kale in my drink.... which upset her boss because she informed me that it will be more expensive next time. This was the worst experience ever. Over 12-15 minutes to get oatmeal that is already prepared. A cashier standing at the register with no customers waiting for more , one lady trying to make drinks. The cashier cant get oatmeal? this IS terrible. Top it off , when I get all the way to work, the oatmeal was not done it is super watery. Yes and I bought two and wasted my money on this non-edible food. I am calling the store later today after I calm down to get my money back. I should have went with only one star, but my drink that was made was good. I give this Jamba juice 2 stars not because of the quality of the drink or food, but because of poor customer service. Tonight when I came in to order a medium mango a go go, I input my number to redeem a $3 off coupon on my drink but nothing printed out. So the person who was ringing me up named DOROTHY made it seem like I was lying to her about my coupon and kept asking me if I was sure. I told her exactly what was on the screen and I told her I pressed yes to redeem the coupon and now it said that I was only 25 points away from redeeming a coupon. She said, "you're suppose to redeem 35 points for your next coupon" and I said "i know that, it said 25 because I did not use it the last time I purchased a drink." She rolled her eyes and then realized the receipt machine was out of paper and when she replaced the empty roll, behold!! My receipt for $3 off printed out. She told me she had to void my order if I wanted to redeem the coupon so I won't get charged for the $4.99 drink. I told her ok that's fine, and she rolled her eyes again and looked mad as she was voiding the order. She did not apologize or even look me in the eyes while talking to me after the coupon printed out. I could have easily paid for the $4.99 drink without the coupon, but she made me feel as if I was a liar. I ALWAYS come to this Jamba Juice & everyone is usually nice, but this girl was so rude. WARNING!!!! Be careful who makes your drink. Fella with less than pleasant attitude "some how" gave me contaminated matcha blast. Yes contaminated as in human hair! I work in a coffee house and know accidents may occasionally happen. But the nefarious nature of my experience leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth (pun intended.) Everyone else here has been exemplary so I hate to have to do this but I have to clear my conscious I've waited too long. He was the only one there seemed like he hated my guys or his job the second I walked in, part of me just wanted to say sorry to bother you nevermind. But I naively starred out the window while he made my drink. He seemed much nicer by the time he handed me my drink and even put a little extra in a large cup...random and unsettling. I actually almost turned around and tipped but something felt disingenuous about the whole thing. So after drinking 75% of my drink (regrettably) up comes the straw a long curly black hair. Im blond, and he didn't have very long hair. HOW COULD THIS HAVE BEEN ACCIDENTAL?!?! With how they make the smoothies, its a topped drink blended at that it doesn't seem probable that its an innocent mistake. I wasn't even a B* to him I just didnt tip him cuz his attitude sucked there's no exuse ever for what happened. Needless to say I freaked and without thinking got rid of the evidence. I wish I had the stomach to save it the next day went and spoke to manager. She was very nice and apologetic offer me a better experience (ei uncontaminated matcha) but I was too grossed out by what had happened. Hoping there would be some justice or resolution down the road. Week or two passed and wanted try again praying someone decent (like the manager) was working but no the same guy was behind the bar up to god knows what so I keep it moving didnt bother to stop the car.
