All that being said, however, the prices have become prohibitive at this place. It's a smoothie, not a five star dining experience. It costs like 20 bucks for two people to go here for a SNACK. I still have to wait almost 10 minutes past the the pick up time. My food and drinks are rarely ready for me to pick up and go. Which is the whole point! The girls who was taking order is pretty rude and was giving attitude to me and to the 2 customers that came after me. Not sure if she was granky because she was scheduled with a trainee.m, but come on it's only 7.30 and you already give attitude to people? I ordered a medium kale ribbean breeze.. They didn't even fill it to the top of the cup. And not by a little, I mean probably a good 7 oz. I missed out on for an expensive drink. Then I ordered a turkey sausage and cheese breakfast wrap.... But NOPE! I didn't even realize it til I got back to school, it was a spinach and cheese wrap. I used to work at jamba juice and this is a ridiculous mistake. The wraps have sticker labels.. And if drinks come up short you pour it back in the blender and add more ingredients. Whoever is in charge needs to fix how this location runs because the poor workers had way too many mobile orders to do. The people who were in line including myself had to wait a long time before someone took our order. The music is so freakin loud you can't hear them saying the name for the order and it's a guessing game as to which is yours because the kids working don't know either. and my smoothie was not good. They aren't able to make the smoothies correctly because there's way too many to make and only 3 people making them. This poor store has gone downhill. Always understaffed. Last time we were there, they gave a food item to the wrong person and that person returned it AFTER they had touched it, and the staff member put it aside and then gave it to us when our order was ready. This is my go to jamba location. Staff is usually really helpful and super nice. This last time I came in though, I had a really bad experience that could've honestly been avoided on the staffs part. I was in line patiently waiting to give my order because the manager what it seemed was training a new girl. Which is understandable. It took about 5+ minutes for her to take my order. This wasn't the issue, but could have definitely been handled differently. Then as I was on my phone waiting for my order, about 5/10 minutes in I saw my cup still sitting there while another person who ordered after me get their order specifically an açaí bowl before mine. Those usually take longer. It seemed like the two people making smoothies while the manager was training were doing other things and forgot about me, till I walked up and they realized I was still waiting. At this point I didn't even care and was about to walk out since I was now running late for something. Then they finally started the order which took a couple seconds to make. I finally got my drink, and as I drank it. The powder they used was still chunky, and no blended all the way. So I threw the drink out because it wouldn't even go through the straw. The only reason I would've seen why they give service like this is because I got in about 30 minutes before closing. And I know can be frustrating helping people as you're trying to get done and go home, However I work overnights and had just woke up around that time. Plus it's simply your job. This whole experience could have gone extremely differently. Went a couple days later, and they were good. I understand we have our off days. But this just needs to be addressed by your staff if it hasn't. read more

When I walked in I expected it to be slow because there were lots of people. The staff at the pouring station were getting done with smoothies very quickly and from what I can tell it was made properly. The employee at the register area was very helpful and even asked me how my day was. He recommended a smoothie so that's what I got. Whole thing took maybe 5 mins. The staff here are pretty nice and handle those BOGO coupons like a champ. Sometimes it can be a bit slow, but that's to be expected of all Jamba Juices. I always get Jamba Juice, but I usually get mine at the Safeway on Snell because after 7 drinks, you get a free one!! Horrible customer service. I, along with 9 other people were waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. I was second in line and the lady who was taking orders just left without any notice and went to the back. I always order the Smoothies with Organic Granola (which are fantastic! the strawberry-banana chunks have the most calories because of the peanut butter) First time i ordered the Strawberry-banana chunks = no banana topping Another time: mango-peach topper = offered baked goods for $1with this purchase Another time: can substitute anything without charge Recently: strawberry-banana = got charged extra $0.50 for the topping, though i said no peanut butter! Not only that they even asked if i wanted the entire banana, if you are going to charge me 50 cent extra i better get the entire banana!!! (they normally give u half a banana for the topping) But otherwise as taste goes, its the same = given recipe by the corporate, so they always taste the same. I have a mixed review. Jessica- No Bueno. I called in an order, as I do everyday, and she rushed me through and heard what I said, but did not listen to what was said. Fast service, really clean environment. The drinks were blended really well and the cashier was super friendly to everybody. You have a view into the work area and it looks really clean and organized. The person who takes your order is extremely welcoming and he didn't make you feel rushed. This is my favorite Jamba in San Jose. It is not too close to my house but it is close to my work. This is one of the few Jamba that offers fresh juices. I always order some type of green kale juice and it is always made fresh. Today, (Saturday) my order was taken by Dom. He was super professsional and even asnwered my questions when I wanted more information about the super greens. This juice always takes longer to make than regualr smoothies and I already knew but Dom checked in with me to thank me for waiting and explained my drink takes longer but it's coming. I thought that was nice and very considerate. I wish all the Jambas had great employees like Dom and his excellent service. I know it's just juice but I don't like attitude with my green juice so I will keep coming back to this location. read more

Ok so I've been to this jamba a few times. It's apparently staffed with all teenagers. Although they are nice the service is extremely slow, they have an issue or even attitude when asked to use gloves and you have to repeat your order. A little over a year ago I gave this particular establishment a 5 star review. The big reason: Their customer service, their will to work with a sense of urgency and that same great taste I can expect from the Jamba Juice I know. A lot of time has passed since I gave that review and the morning shift that earned my 5 star review is no longer be there. (many were college students, I wish them the best!) The new staff in place are courteous with their customer service and work with a sense of urgency - that I greatly appreciate. It's the preparation of their products I haven't been pleased with this past month. The ingredients are there, it's got that great taste. It's the presentation and execution I am not pleased with. Take for example Jamba's energy bowls (the acai primo and chunky strawberry are great examples) - its hit or miss for me in this location. At times it's delicious and flavorful. Theres a thick creamy texture you can scoop onto a spoon on each and every bite. It's like that SOMETIMES... other times, the ingredients are there, its just not thick and creamy anymore, its served watered down like a bowl of soup. It's pointless to use a spoon at that point, especially the Chunky Strawberry which shouldn't be watery. Other times there seems to be an uneven distribution of toppings on their energy bowls and oatmeal. How come some days the bananas and strawberries are filled to the brim? Why is it the next day I get a few slices of bananas and did you really cut that strawberry into 4 slices giving me 1 slice diced? It's nothing personal, just inconsistencies that have made me decide not to come to this location anymore. Some days, the food is great, other days I feel like I got shortchanged. 2 stars for great customer service, that's still appreciated. read more

Worst and the slowest Jamba Juice location that we have ever been too. The three young men working there have no sense of customer service, seem confused on how to make drinks, and are slow to complete orders. It took 20minutes for them to make our two drinks. And for some reason, they kept completing drinks out of order. We got our drinks before the person in front of us, and two customers who came in after us got their drinks before us. Nobody seems to be managing the place, and it's clear that staff there has not received proper training. read more
