So I walk in and ordered the açaí bowl. They run out of strawberries and bananas for the toppings. So I sub pineapple chia seeds and almond butter. I then order a wheatgrass shot and Rogelio fails to tell me that they also ran out of oranges AFTER the fact I paid. Who does that?! If I would've known they were out of oranges I wouldn't have ordered my shot. Also the bowl was very watery like it was lacking ice or way too much juice. I'm very disappointed after one bite because it's just not an açaí, it was a yuck bowl. The pineapple didn't look fresh either, as it was a substitute for one of the items they ran out of. The wheatgrass shot tasted super dirty too. And mind you I used to work at Jamba Juice in 2006. My location had way better customer service than this one. Smfh. read more

I've given this Jamba multiple chances to prove me wrong. Unfortunately, this is probably one of the worst ones I've been to. Service is the main issue. Either they are 1) understaffed 2) employees are slacking off 3) both. Last visit, I literally witnessed two workers arguing over who's going to make my drink, and then ended up waiting 10 minutes for a SMALL very simple smoothie. Not to mention whoever took my order was on their personal iphone at the register as I was giving them my card. Inexcusable, and a few times i've even had my drink come out completely wrong. I used to love coming here. Until some profiling started to happen. I came here with my husband and child , we stayed in the car and my husband who is a very handsome and kind black man went in to pick up our order was treated terribly. 3 white people were in front of him waiting for their order, they were kindly handed their drinks by a female worker. The customer service here blows. I used to go here all the time, however I have stopped going to this location. For over a week now they have been out of pineapple. They use it in their colada coolers. I have gone in 3 different times over the past week, and each time I am told the same thing, and when I asked why they still have none, I was told because it ran out.. no... really? lol Seriously though, if you are going to be out of pineapple for an extended period of time, you should not advertise the products as being available when they are not. Employees should be able to give a discount to customers as well when they do not have what they ordered for an extended period of time. I called and ask if I can place an order the phone and I was rudely turned down and was told they only accept mobile app orders. I came in and they had a phone call order that they accepted. That's very rude of them to turn me down but when another person orders through the phone, they accept it. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I always go to this place because this location is the nearest location by my house. Staff is unfriendly as well. I walk in and there was no greeting whatsoever, and all employees just stared at me as I walked in. Another customer walks in and they all jumped up and greeted the customer. This is a nice little Jamba Juice next to a funky Petco and very nice Henry's. Customer service was great, my smoothies were blended perfectly. No nasty chunks at the bottom. I would have liked to been able to sit in the juice bar itself but there was no indoor seating. It wasn't a particularly warm day so we tried to find a not so windy spot but that was pretty pointless. Get some indoor seating and this place can definitely be bumped up to a full 5 stars. read more

I'm giving this 5 stars because of a gentleman named Josh I've been coming here since it opened. The people are always welcoming and friendly . I know yelp is obviously a place where people go to vent and give 1* reviews but I'm sitting in my car after Josh remembered my name kept my drink cold and my pretzel warm while I went next door to look around Petco. He was professional and polite way to go buddy. You can make it anywhere in life with that type of customer service. Overall this Jamba Juice is always friendly and helpful. Tried buying a smoothie through the app to get $2. Once you setup everything on the app it's pretty smooth transaction from there. But two things you need to be aware of 1. You can't customize yet your drinks. 2. Pay attention to expected wait time from the email you get confirming time. 3. It's not everything they have is available via the app. 4. You can't enter your military or police discount. But for me it was more a novelty to try. Lines move pretty fast so not a big deal to wait and get what I want. Other than that this location is consistently on point. read more
