I like how creamy the ice cream texture was because of how they mix in the ingredients on the cold slab. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. They sell ice cream cakes as well for around $50 and up. The girl who mixed up our ice creams was really quick and efficient. I like how there are seasonal offerings. The flavors are definitely indulgent! The bad: We asked for a cone but the girl put it in a cup. She had headphones in so perhaps she didn't hear us correctly. The cinnaroll ice cream was too sweet and wasn't as cinnamony as I expected. The interesting: The mud pie signature creation has peanut butter in it. It was great. Absolutely terrible service here, showed up at 9 when they close at 9:30 and they said they are already closed to me and multiple other people. It was the Indian teenager who was working on 11/21/25. He was also very rude about it. I told him that the sign says they close at 9:30 and he lied saying they close at 9. I even called them after I left and they confirmed that they close at 9:30 but they are "closing early". I personally saw him turn away at least 5 customers. Honestly I don't care that much about not getting ice cream but if I was his employer I would want to know how much money he is losing for me. We came in on a Friday night at 9pm (1 hour before close) to get the new taco ice cream, but the girl working told us they don't make it there, despite the confirmation we received from the online menu that states they are a participating store. Whatever, we moved on to get ice cream anyways and tried to order an ice cream sandwich. "We don't have those right now" the girl stated. We were confused since they have the supplies for it, but whatever we were disappointed again and just ordered ice cream. Another guy working takes my order and proceeds to not ring me up for the ice cream. Now I was incredibly confused since we stated at the start we were paying separate and the two of us ordered separately with separate employees (in a completely empty store btw). The male employee completely walks away from the check stand and I had to remind him to ring me up. He comes back and rings me up, I laugh trying to make light of the situation, yet both employees don't even give a smile or an apology. Very weird considering I had to ask to pay for my ice cream. Maybe I should've just taken it for free since they clearly were not concerned about doing their job. The front door was locked and there was a note on the door that said, On break be back in 15 minutes. The employee arrived and unlocked the door. Only to find that there was already an employee inside, he was wearing crocks and flannel PJ bottoms. Poor service, the ice cream looked like it was melting inside the case. Flavors were cross-contaminated with other flavors. The lights were off. The employee who arrived apologized for the door being locked. The other employee who was already inside cold stone did not apologize for making their customers wait outside during business hours. We have been coming here for 14 years. Very disappointing. i come here a lot, but now i feel unsafe because of one of the workers there. there are no name tags, so i will give the time in which this happened: at around 6:30 pm on Saturdat August 3rd. i came here with a few of my family members, and at the checkout, two of the mentioned family members were having a conversation with one another and they were laughing. one of the workers, a man, immediately became aggressive and asked what they were laughing at. confused, they mention that they were having a private conversation that had nothing to do with him. he decides to escalate things and gets even more upset. one of the family members asked if they werent allowed to laugh. the worker claims that he is allowed to asked questions (i dont know what this is supposed to mean). then proceeds to say that he would be there until 10 pm to fight. one of the family members he was harassing to fight is a disabled veteran, so there is definitely question as to whether or not that was intentional. one of my family members asks if thats how he speaks to his customers. the other worker, a woman, was trying to de escalate the situation and told us that she would speak to him. she was very kind throughout the whole ordeal, and she even started doing the work by herself because he had to stay in the back room due to his aggressiveness. this situation was incredibly confusing, because none of us knew why he was trying to fight over them having a personal conversation. i now feel unsafe at this location. i dont know if i could come back here, especially as a woman. i dont know if he would threaten or attack me. this is a total bummer because i come here all the time, and now im afraid to. read more
