Jamba offers a really great refreshing menu with a whole bunch of choices. Everything I have tried I have really enjoyed but my favorites are the all fruit smoothies and the newer smoothies that have the fruits and veggies in them. Not all of the smoothies are healthy, but I feel that these are pretty good for you, especially with an immunity boost or vitamin boost. This location is not my favorite of Jamba Juice locations as when it gets crowded I have had to wait quite a while to get my drink. Sometimes 10 minutes or longer to get my drink when they have been crowded. Also, the workers are not always so friendly here. The people behind the counter who make the smoothies are not always smiling and often I have had my drink "thrown" at me without even a smile or an ounce of happiness at all which doesn't leave you with a good vibe. Many times I have also left here without my drink cups even filled up all the way which sort of feels like I have been cheated a little bit. I try not to review these "chain" type places but the people who work here are amazing. It can get super busy at times (around 3ish when the students get out of school) and it could take up to 10-15 minutes to get your drink. The workers work their butt off here and apologize for the wait and have a smile on their face the whole time. I have no idea how they do it. I'd be stressed out of my mind. My coworkers and I try to do them a favor by going slightly earlier when its less busy. The workers even help us order if we aren't sure what we want. My boss usually says something like, "I want something with strawberry, but not too much strawberry.. no banana etc.." and they consistently choose smoothies or even fruit toppers that her picky a** loves. There was a girl and guy and it was about 6 when i was going in and they were already preclosing everything.so all the wraps, pretzels etc were put away. This location is great and close enough to the parents home so I can stop by on my way to their place. I came here today after not eating anything for 24+hrs due to getting my wisdom teeth out and man... this place is perfect during those sick days when you can't chew anything. Every time i come here, the service is great and quick! and to add to it, the buy any jamba juice and get one for free coupons are great! Last couple weeks in south bay were extremely hot and what better way is there than to drink a ice cold smoothie! Well I came into this Jamba Juice on two different occasions, ordered the same drink. Mango-a-go-go substitute the juice for fresh OJ, try it, you're welcome. First experience it was a perfect execution of my favorite drink here, Second time not so much...it was really watery and leaking through my lid before I could drink the upper portion, while double fisting. That's right, double fisting Jamba Juice because they had a promotion of buy one get one free so I got twice what I would normally drink which made up for its lack of consistency. read more

I have not been to a Jamba Juice for sometime, but when I showed up to this place, it was like meeting an old friend again, I was greeted as I opened the door, like norm at Cheers in Boston. When I order it was done correct and the staff was very happy to not only take my order, but to make it and get me on my way. I know there are plenty of things to chose from as a treat or desert, but if the staff makes you feel like you are part of their family, then you will continue to come back. The only reason I am not give a 5 star rating, is because there was nothing that really stood out, I know this is how all Jamba Juices work, then are to greet you at the door, and take your order really face and make sure it is accurate, so if they can show me something that put them over the top I will change my rating and give them a 5 star. This location, next to Starbucks, is on the corner of El Camino and San Tomas, and can only be entered an exited heading Southeast on El Camino. The lot is small, but you can usually find a space. Jamba in general: Jamba Juice offers a wide variety of sherbert and frozen yogurt smoothies. They will make your drink however you want, and have different vitamin blends to add. They offer several low carb drinks. You could make a smoothie at home for cheaper, but they have some unusual offerings, such as acai juice. read more

So I've only been going to Jamba Juice because of those free 12 fl oz Brewed Coffee or Hot Coffee drink that I have. I ordered the Vanilla Coffee Whirl and well it made my stomach whirl in a bad way. I've tried this at the Cupertino Jamba Juice near De Anza College and that one was too sweet. However, I would rather it have it sweet than some weird tasting drink. Luckily the staff was friendly. I don't know why every smoothie I order they skimp 3/4" to 1" from the rim. Most other locations blend extra to ensure it's filled. But of the handful of times I've been here it's been a problem. They must train the employees to scoop the bare minimum. True story. We ordered a 16 oz Mega Mango and it was skimp about 1.5" I had to draw the line there and ask for another one. This Jamba Juice totally exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and Yvonne was SO helpful in telling me what the different drinks were like. I usually get the Mango A-GoGo but this time, with Yvonne's assistance I chose the Peanut Butter Moo. Delish!! Typical Jamba Juice. Came here a couple of times because its near my work. The employees are all pretty nice and friendly. I walked in today and saw that the two female employees (the only ones working at the time) were engaging in quite a juicy piece of gossip. I mean, they were really getting worked up about whoever it was they were talking about! No major complaints except that the layout of the place is totally confusing. As you walk in, the area where they prepare their drinks is directly on the left side, whereas the cash register is directly in front of you. There seems to be a lot of useless space behind the counters and the counter space where they place your drink when its finished is really small and is sort of "hidden", so that you would only notice it if you were on your way out of the store. It's pretty confusing but not a big deal. On the bright side, they filled up my drink (a sixteen Coldbuster - I've been a little under the weather lately) all the way to the top, something which I've noticed many Jamba Juices don't do anymore. read more

Location is near Korean restaurant I like to frequent ... So it's a few minutes walk down to it... The jamba juice itself? itty bitty. standing space for customers is about the size of a handicap restroom stall. 6 customers waiting for a drink? you remember those summer beach commercials where the only workout one gets at a beach is to suck in their stomach? That's how you have to maneuver through to order a drink and to maneuver back out to wait for a drink I asked to split my drink into 2 cups, verified with cashier, he said 'oh yeah. it is' ... waited that lovely 25 minutes for it... and the chick making it gives me this look, when she was about to pour it, that I asked for a split drink. It was not a very nice look. I believe her name is Kat. As for the wait? The guy scooping the yogurt was kinda standing there twiddling his thumb for more frozen yogurt, which of course the cashier that rung me up had brought to him. And when the cashier brought over that yogurt? The guy asks for another tub of frozen yogurt of a different flavor to bring as well ... no offense frozen yogurt scooper? I just came back from THIS jamba juice right now. This short Caucasian female worker had poured my smoothies in the small size containers, but she overflowed both. And, she overflowed one container far more above the rim of the container. I was a little confused why she didn't just remove the excess. She shoved the lids on containers and gave the containers to me. As soon as I put the straw to my lips, the excess smoothie of the container poured into my shirt, all over my bra and and then all over the outside of my shirt. Even though I was frustrated, I just let it go. Then, I get to my car and place the containers into my cup holder. While still holding the containers by the base, the "problem" container exploded all over my $45,000 car's drivers side car seat, the center console, all over my jeans, and then into my shoes! All because this idiot female was too lazy to remove the excess smoothie off the top of the container. Thanks! How about you pay $80 to get the stain out of my leather bucket seats of interior detailing of my car? YOU IDIOT! I get Jamba Juice drinks all the time.... at least once a week for the past year. I had my daughter with me and she rudely told me that she needs to get out of the store if I'd like to place my order. I only order because I walk her to the car and left her with another adult. I haven't been at this Jamba Juice location for a long time. This is one of the first Jamba Juice around this area when I started coming back in the day lol. Customer service is great. Employees goes over beyond. I just witness a customer asking for water for his dog and then the employee gave a little plastic bowl of water. It is a little warm, a beautiful day. I ordered the Mega Mango and got the kids Red Gummy, it's one of their secret menu. Kids love it and actually have gummy bears. There's also White Gummy. On peak hours it is hard the find parking you need to have patience. Some just want to get their drinks and leave. There's also Starbucks at the corner. read more

Overall I love the company but this location stinks! It's way too small for the business it attracts. Every time I go there is a line out the door. And because the line to go in is the same for going out it gets way overcrowded and confusing. Also, the cashier, Jason, I think was him name should not be allowed to work with food. We were dying for thirst because if this darn heat wave. My daughter and I decided to share a drink. So we placed our order, the guy that helped is had gloves on, it was obvious that he was handling food prior to us walking in. As he took our order and we were ready to order, the guy doesn't bother to take off the gloves he was wearing and decides to handle my money with them on. Once we were done exchanging money, he goes back to handling the pineapple with out changing his gloves. That's disgusting!
