We had accidentally ordered two smoothies to this location about a month ago while we were actually at a different location. We used a gift card and called this store right away to cancel the order. The person who helped us on the phone sounded very genuine and told us it had been taken care of. However, the credit never went back to the gift card. We eventually stopped by the store to see how we could fix the issue, and the manager was extremely helpful. She simply asked us what we had ordered and immediately made the two smoothies for us on the spot. It was such a quick and hassle-free resolution, and we truly appreciated how understanding and accommodating she was. Since this location is near my daughter's school, we'll definitely be stopping by more often. It's always nice to support a place where the staff is so helpful and customer focused. Visited in the first day of spring to take part in trying 2 new drinks launching for $1. The two I tried was the dragon berry bliss and the mangomorphosis. In my opinion they had good flavor, but it was too sweet. It tasted syrup heavy and not as fresh as I was expecting it to be. The concept of the flavors were good and I liked the dragonfruit seeds in there, but I wish there was a way to adjust the sweetness level. There was no crowd to my surprise and the drinks came out fast. I'm not sure if this is a seasonal offering or a permanent item being introduced. read more

Sunday 6/13/2021 We placed a mobile order for what we could and had to walk in to place the old Peeya Kowlada flavor for the hubs. We stood in line without any of the (3) staff members to recognize that we were waiting to order for at least 5 mins. They were all busy doing something and there was 3 other people waiting for pick up while we waited to order. We were finally able to order and from that moment, all moved relatively quickly. It looks like this location does more mobile pick ups than walk in orders. Jamba is at the end of day a franchised jamba and beverages appear to taste consistent throughout. Jamba is my go-to for healthy treats. I always get the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl or smoothie. I'm diabetic and this works for me, (my fellow diabetics reading this, please don't take this as a snack suggestion, we are all different); but without the granola, it doesn't spike my blood sugar. Anyway, service here is fast, and friendly, with lots of sunshine. The items on the menu are customizable, and that's a good thing if you know what you want. The food and smoothies are good, healthy, tasty options if you're looking for something different to sate some craving or in case of munchies. This branch is located in a strip mall, so there's plenty of parking; be aware though that this area is busy most of the time. Other than that, this Jamba branch is my favorite location, for smoothies, and because of the staff; they're the ones who add that ingredient of sunshine even on a gray, damp day. read more

I usually love coming to Jamba and I'm a regular at this location, but I've noticed something pretty concerning during my visits. Almost every time I come in, there's a blonde hispanic girl working, and someone who I assume is her boyfriend, always hanging around in the back. He comes behind the counter, makes drinks, and goes in and out even though it's clear he doesn't work there. It feels really unsanitary and unprofessional, especially when they're showing quite a bit of PDA while people are trying to order. What's worse is that while they're hanging out, it seems like the other employees are left to do most of the work on their own. This review is during COVID19, so it's all the more important to support our local businesses, during these hard times. A friend has given me the Jamba fundraiser card, that gives Buy One Get One free drinks. As I enter, there are proper signage for keeping social distancing and the registers have clear plastic partitions. It was a hot day, so perfect for a nice cold juice drink. My favorites are the Mango Tango and also the Green Juice. Customer service was excellent. I'll definitely be back 5 more times, to use up the gift card. read more

I have been going to this Jamba store for the past 2 years every Sunday. The smoothies are delicious, and the breakfast sandwich is simple, yet very tasty. Nice jamba place. The inside is roomy, usually with lots of AC which is nice. The serve staff are friendly, and the drinks come out reasonably quickly. There are lots of seats. And starbucks is next door it's easy to sit in this jamba location and get free wifi :) Parking is easy because there is mall parking. The juice is fresh, same as other jamba locations. I've never had any problems with Jamba Juice in person, but I decided to DoorDash it today to cure the hangover. I don't normally have high expectations for smoothies ordered through DoorDash bc they usually start to melt on the way. I got my smoothies and cheddar twist and was pretty let down. The tomato cheddar twist was cold like it got warmed up and then left out for a really long time before it got picked up. The smoothie was the worst part. It had departed a bunch and was barely blended that I couldn't even suck the smoothie through the straw. Thankfully I had a boba straw saved so I was able to use that instead of the straw they gave me. I really hope this isn't how they regularly blend their smoothies for customers and this was just a fluke. read more

No no no no no By far and above the WORST Jamba Juice I have ever visited. I keep coming back to give them "one last try", but after four attempts - and each of them worse than the one before - I've learnt my lesson and won't go back, despite how much I love my juice. First time I ordered a juice that had blended spinach in it. Except there were huge chunks of spinach and it wasn't blended. To the point where it wasn't even possible to drink it with a straw - I ended up using a spoon. Second time I ordered carrot and orange juice with no ice. Only it came with so much ice it was like watered down nothing. Third time because I asked for no ice that meant I only got 3/4 of a drink... Last and final trip the guy (I feel bad - he was obviously new) made my drink (but had forgotten the vitamin burst) went to pour it but wasn't holding the cup... Drink everywhere. So he has to start again (bearing in mind making the first one already too him over ten minutes, and I was the only customer). I was almost ready to give up and walk out... The staff here look miserable, the juices they produce are bad bad bad and I would rather go out of my way to the Jamba on Mary than step foot in here ever again. read more
