I walked in there and felt like I was entering a laboratory for people who never eat bread. The Drink-Down: Greens with Ginger: BOI, that ginger will slap the soul right out of your body. It's spicy, it's fresh, and it'll clear your sinuses faster than a jet engine. The Freeze: If you haven't tried the soft-serve made out of juice, are you even living? It's delicious, it's vegan, and it's basically magic. The Shots: Little tiny bottles of "Immunity" that taste like a battery had a baby with a lemon. I love it. BUT LEMME ASK YOU: Do you go to Pressed and drop $50 on a "Cleanse" that's basically just fancy fruit water, or do you go to the grocery store, buy a bag of kale and a lemon for $4, and throw it in the blender?! FEEDBACK I would like to suggest that Pressed consider updating their app and loyalty program to include in-store scanning. I loved the blue horchata drink previously, & this time I ordered a Blood Orange Kumquat drink that was perfectly tangy, citrusy, & sweet mixed together. Warning! Check the expiration date! Got a ONE month old Horchata drink...the drink tasted very weird...and my stomach hurts from taking just 2 sips... Had $50 worth of gift cards here and it was a NIGHTMARE trying to use it! The company looks like it has rebranded so I couldn't check/confirm the balance online. After a long time I decided to give Pressed Freezes a second chance since I had a code. I got the chocolate freeze with strawberry, pecans, and almond butter and it was nothing to write home about tbh. The toppings were fine but the freeze itself was watery and icy, and lacked flavor in general. Definitely not worth the hefty price tag either for the amount you get. If I had review this place a couple of years ago, I might have given them fewer stars because none of the employees ever knew which toppings were vegan and most of the toppings weren't vegan and sometimes they would lie and say they were when they weren't. They offer sets and individual juices plus "energy shots." My favorite drinks are the almond milk, greens 1, roots 2, and citrus 2. The drinks have no weird additives so everything you get literally comes from the nut, vegetable, or fruit. Everything tastes so raw and totally earthy. The first sip will take you back but you'll get use to it lol. TMI but their juices are so raw that I had good trips to the bathroom. Listen folks, "good trips" not bad ones. You're stomach and body with thank you. Oh btw, if you live with 10 miles of any of their locations, you'll get your order delivered for free! Customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Arrived to the store and did not receive any acknowledgement or greeting until I jingled my keys and said hello to get attention. When making my order I noticed there was a slight struggle with the machine, but assumed she had fixed it in order to make my bowl. Made it all the way to my car when I realized she didn't give me any açaí in my açaí bowl. I went back and waited in the store for more than 5 minutes, saying hello and trying to get someone to come to the front. I tried calling the store as well but was unable to reach anyone within the store. Once she came to the front she said she must've accidentally put the wrong base and tried with the machine again, having the same issue as before. She informed me the machine was down (which it clearly was earlier but she did not inform me then), at which point I asked for a refund. I was only refunded my bowl and it did not include my tip (which I will be disputing with my credit company). Since then, they've opened a few other locations in the South Bay, here in Santa Clara and Cupertino. This one is located in Monticello right off of Lawrence Expressway. There's plenty of parking in the garage or lot shared with other businesses. Usually their employees are welcoming and cheerful. We did come in one day checking to see if they had any Valentine's juice grams left and the employee working looked like he didn't want to be there at all. I've been to this location twice... the first time they were "out" / closed (in the middle of the afternoon) so I couldn't order anything, and the second time I had a really sub-par experience with both the service and my order. I usually love Freeze but the one I got here didn't taste fresh at all and the Freeze was really icy and watered-down. The almond butter and cacao drizzle looked like they had been sitting around for ages and the cacao was tasteless (probably because it was so hardened/thick/old). The woman serving us wasn't helpful either and overall, I won't be visiting this PJ location again (but I love the Santana Row location and would recommend going there)! read more

The juices at Pressed Juicery seriously taste amazing! My mom and I picked up 4 juices here that were recommended by the friendly lady working- Greens 2, Roots 2, Citrus 2, and Vanilla Almond. It was $20 for 4 bottles or $8 per bottle. The juices are all natural and contain no preservatives or fillers of any sort which I love. Greens 2 was probably my favorite one of the ones we tried. It was really refreshing and you can really taste the cucumber. It defiantly does not taste like a nasty green drink like some other brands can taste like. Roots 2 is another veggie based juice but this one consists of carrot juice, ginger, and a few other vegetables. Roots 2 was recommended to us as the best one to try in the Roots series of juices because it is the one where you can taste the ginger the least. The juice was again really refreshing and surprisingly good! I can see it being used as an afternoon pick me up at work. Citrus 2 is a fruit based juice. However, I did not get a chance to try this one personally. Vanilla Almond is made up of delicious almonds, dates, sea salt, and vanilla. It is full of healthy fats and delicious goodness. This one is thicker, tastes richer, and is obviously more calorie dense than the others. This one was really good and is tied with Greens 2 as my favorite. The shop is really small and located in the Monticello Apartment Complex right off Lawrence Expressway and Monroe. The customer service was excellent. The lady working gave us great recommendations based on our preferences. It is also important to note that the juice is not pressed in the shop. The toppings were tasty and fresh, loved the flavor from the almond drizzle, the granola was also great. My main gripe was the açaí base, it didn't taste super fresh and some parts of it had big chunks of ice that didn't taste very good. My friends got the other two bowls, the original and the superfood. They thought the agave made it too sweet.
