Decided to try a new juice for my boss. I got me the same thing to also try it since I've never had this place. Vitality Juice - Carrot, Apple, Celery Kale Vitality Wrap - Tomato Basil Wrap, avocado, super greens, hummus, roasted potato, radish, pickled red onions, lemon tahini vinaigrette, garlic aioli... The juice was lacking. My boss said it tasted watered down. Would I get it again, probably not. Can get better elsewhere. Now the wrap. Oh boy where do I start? Based on the ingredients above, I thought, "hmm, this should be fairly tasty". I open it and looks completely disgusting (way different than the picture). It looks like someone just thew it together, closed it and smashed. The attempt at toasting it was a fail and tasted more stale than anything. I also did NOT taste the pickled onions, garlic or vinaigrette, all some of my fave ingredients. I was forcing myself to eat it but just threw most of it away. Shame. Friendly team and the bowl and smoothie I got hit the mark for me. Got the Dragon smoothie and Dragon Bowl which both were tasty. First time here and honestly the last...arrived around 7:30pm and store is super dead barely 1 customer whos been served already and he's on his laptop. We ordered two drinks finding the smoothie on the menu very pleasing only to be disappointed afterwards. Honestly had I know it would take almost 30 min to make two simple drinks that taste so bland and disgusting, I would've never came here and wasted my time waiting so long. There was no one in the back kitchen starting on the drinks until 30 min later. When we got our drinks I asked the same cashier who took ournorder if it takes this long to make two drinks and her response was "oh we were busy in the back".....Im sorry busy with that? There was only one guy working, but he was very attentive and fast with accommodating everyone at once again he explained the menu because I'm pretty new to here. We placed an order through DoorDash, and when it arrived, none of the items were labeled, not the bowls, not the wraps. We literally had to guess which order belonged to which person. This was especially unacceptable because our orders included specific allergy requests. Failing to label food when allergies are involved is not only careless, it's dangerous. To make matters worse, the restaurant even left a rude note telling us to "order in advance." On Veterans Day 2025, I went to this location thinking they were giving a free smoothie as advertised at certain locations. Although I was informed this specific location was not involved in the promotion, after hearing my story about being a veteran and current federal employee that hasn't been paid during the 2025 shutdown, management decided to step in and give me a free smoothie. Even though it was the case that this store wasn't specifically taking part in the Veterans Day promotion. The location was clean and well maintained. I came here with a friend due to her dietary restrictions. We both ordered the steak wrap and she got her's in a gluten free wrap. Let me tell you, I was shockingly surprised. The wrap and meat was SOO GOOD. Absolutely delicious. Meat was not over cooked, it was tender, juicy and yummy. I would totally go back just for that. Got the go green smoothie, the dragon smoothie minus pitaya, and power panini on telera with chicken. I asked for no dijon in the sandwich, but found when I got home that they had included it. For the long 25 minute wait (with only one other customer in the restaurant), I would hope they'd at least make the order correctly. Guess not. Thankfully, the quality of ingredients was good in the panini. On the other hand, though the smoothies were freshly made, the taste was less than ideal, lacking any hint of sweetness and I could barely taste the fruit (idk, maybe it wasn't ripe enough or the fruit was stored improperly, affecting the flavor or lack thereof). Spending $55 for a few items and waiting so long for subpar quality is inexcusable. They need to understand that serving subpar quality while charging luxury prices is unacceptable; it makes the money and time feel wasted. People did work to pay these outrageous prices. Took about 7 minutes to get my items and I was on my way. My SO got the dragon smoothie and he enjoyed it. When I opened the Breakfast bowl I was disappointed at the portion. This is the smallest açaí portion I've ever received at any vitality bowl. To add to it the peanut butter was missing. The bowl tasted fine but it was missing an ingredient I paid for and was part of it. For how pricey these bowls can be the expectation is the order is made correctly.
