Clean bathrooms. Easy location to find with plenty of parking. The only thing that could use improvement at this particular Starbucks store is a community board. I happen to think the Starbucks community board gives the place a little bit of Soul and offers the employees an opportunity to contribute some artwork. After a very large dinner and a half-hour walk around the shopping plaza, I realized I wanted coffee. I normally don't drink it so late but it was Saturday night and I had nowhere to be the next day. I was glad to learn this Starbucks stays open until 9:00 pm. Many of the stores around me close at 8:00 pm. I got there around 15 minutes before they closed and got a tall cup of Verona. I got an Iced Matcha Latte with Brown Sugar Syrup, and the staff were super nice. They even drew a smiley on my cup! Everyone was being greeted with a cheerful "have a good day," which honestly makes the visit feel better. I also redeemed my points for a Starbucks cup, and the staff explained the whole thing really well. Even though there were plenty of people inside, it still felt quiet and relaxed--not chaotic at all. Not sure why this Starbs only has 3 stars. My partner and I come here often and they are always pretty consistent. I don't drink coffee, so my go to is a hot chocolate oat milk or flavored cold oat milk. We usually do mobile order and it is convenient. Service is friendly and love that they went back to writing cute notes on cups. There is plenty of seating and if you want to stay and hang you can use glassware. Today I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a medium hot Mocha and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake. After waiting quite a while, my cake was incorrect. I let the barista know, and instead of communicating with me, she simply placed the correct cake on the counter without calling my name or letting me know it was my order. Since there were several orders on the counter, I politely asked another employee if the cake was mine and asked her to confirm. The barista responded sarcastically that it was. I explained that it didn't have my name on it and that no one had told me it was ready. At that point, she started laughing, which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. At that moment, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund because I refuse to be treated that way. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't accept is being laughed at and treated disrespectfully for asking a simple question about my own order. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have a similar experience. read more

But if you're a chocolate lover, I say give this one a shot. I got a tall, which was $5.95 (a little pricey but I wanted to treat myself today) Parking was a bit difficult because the plaza was super crowded. I had to circle around for 15 minutes to finally snag a spot. I sat in the store for quite a while getting some work done and I don't know if it was the smell of coffee or the fact that everyone else around me was also working, but my productivity level was through the roof. I live close by so walking to this starbucks is convenient. The cafe is in great surroundings and a few tables are also set outdoors. The only feedback I think I must give is that the quantity of my large cuppaccino was way too less. I know cuppaccino has frothed milk but my cup was extremely light in weight. I've been here over a 100 times. The staff and facilities are a solid five. That said, the scums of the Earth come here to steal coffee and break into cars. My car was parked right across from here 8 PM when the windows were smashed and my work bag stolen. At least a quarter of all my orders (coffee and scones) were stolen. My wife and I were at this location a few days ago and were really shocked at how we were treated. I've worked in the area for years so this place I come to a lot. First off the service is just horrible. Maybe 2 of all the employees there aren't rude and but there others aren't so much. This Starbucks is such a great location for studying, reading, and space for alone time. It's a big store with lots of seating and high ceilings with windows that bring in a lot of light. I spent about 30 mins inside sipping my coffee and left without smelling even a bit like coffee. I'm not sure if this is a Reserve store but the design and layout looks like one. They are efficient with making drinks and call out your drink loudly which is always a plus. I like this store a lot and will be sure to come more often. read more

I usually order several coffees for my employees and I've have had the misfortune of having to walk several trips back and forth because they ran out of trays. Besides all the crappy management, the staff are the greatest. They always greet you as you walk in and treat you very nicely. Almost all of them have a smile on and help you to the best of their abilities. There are times they even greet you by name or ask you "the usual?" One of our go to Starbucks locations. This location is in the Santa Clara plaza with the Whole Foods so parking can be a bit tight. My husband is such a regular here that the barista already know his drink and would have it ready when he came to walk up. During Covid lockdown when people had to wait outside, if they saw him park and walk up they would already have his drink in hand which I always thought was awesome.
