This is your typical Jamba Juice in a strip mall. So parking sucks, especially on weekends when the movie theater is busy. So avoid this location if you're only there to get a smoothie. But I give this a 4-star rating because this location does stay open later than most because they cater to the theater patrons. I only ever go to this location after seeing a movie next door at Mercado AMC 20 -- not because it's bad, but because I prefer the Rivermark location due to proximity. At lunch time and on weekends, the parking lot can get pretty crowded with lunch crowds and movie goers. Not good service the cashier never told me they didnt have chili mango and he charged me for that but way at the end as am waiting for the drink they told me they do not have chili mango so they said "what else?" So i asked for mango a gogo and it didnt even taste good at all. It was watered down too much. Not worth the hassel since the employees dont communicate with each other well. read more

This place is very similar to all other Jamba Juice locations. This location is within a movie/shopping complex or plaza. It gets really busy during the lunch hours. Parking can be very difficult! As far as the juice is concerned, it is pretty consistent. Service is good! read more

I've always liked this store a lot. Lines are fast and efficient. The staff is really nice too so I will always come back. One day my drink fell right outside the front door and I was so bummed. The lady behind the bar re-made me one super fast. She didn't have to but I really appreciate the customer service since that aspect is important to me. read more

Berry Topper is my favorite. This is the only thing I order here with extra granola. It serves as my breakfast or lunch. Yummy and healthy! Entire staff are genuinely nice. I've gone to this Jamba Juice for almost 10 years and never seen somebody so rude. we arrived to the mercado location at about 7pm Thursday Feb 4th. there were 2 employees working at the time. 1 male 1 female (no name tags). the female employee was at the register and took our order laying her chin on her fist with her elbow on the register as she mumbles something like "what can I get you?" with the complete opposite of a smile. then I thought maybe she's just having a bad day, until she turned to her coworker and would laugh about something then turn back to her bad vibe once she continued taking our order. after our order was completed she greeted the following customers with the same attitude like she was working at the dmv or something. the male employee seemed nice and finished making our drinks pretty fast but that girl gotta go! worst vibes at a Jamba Juice. read more

I came in early this morning, I would say who took my order but neither of them had full uniform or name tags on. The girl who made my drink, her name started with an A, came in from the back with an attitude. She had no name tag, no apron, no hat, looked at my order and rolled her eyes. Great staff, recommended more mango instead of yogurts for the small drink I ordered. Got a sandwich fro. The cold case, they heated it up and it was surprisingly cruchy and good (chicken). Wish they were open earlier in the morning. Parking during prime movie time may be hard. read more

Just ordered 5 smoothies for me and my nephews. I usually order a medium protein berry workout with whey protein and an extra shot of whey, which normally comes in a large cup. This time it didn't and I was told the recipe doesn't call for ice now and that was why it expanded. Not sure if that is true. When I asked the cashier if it would come in a large cup, he didn't know. You'd think he could ask his boss?? The smoothies were not blended long enough. My young nephews noticed that they were too short blending them and we all had frozen chunks that we couldn't suck up a straw. Things seem to be devolving at Jamba Juice. I've been a Jamba devotee for many, many years and NEVER have I experienced a total lack of customer service as I did here. They employees did not recognize a Groupon I presented, nor did they have any clue how to process it. Once they called in a manager who figured out how to use it, they attempted to keep the remaining balance from the Groupon, simply because they've never "seen something like this." When I asked for the remaining balance, the uneducated boy behind the counter said, "oh, you want to keep the rest?" Umm, ya.... Since I paid for it! I purchase 2 for 1 strawberries wild, had a coupon ,clerk Yohana R. is the cashier, charged me $11.30 for 2 drinks, not correct, I demanded a receipt to check it, but no she did not want to print a receipt, and I was even told to get out of t the line and she will help me later how rude.. she made an error and I was told to get out of the line , i waited and waited after 15 minutes, i approached her again to print me a receipt and I will just pay cash and nope, she says they don't print a receipt unless the purchase was $20.00 or more, then Jasmeen another clerk helped me, explaining that transaction was canceled so I have to pay for the purchase, I paid cash and printed me a receipt for $7.65, not even $20.00 worth of purchase,so they were lying also about the canceled transaction,I was right I was charged $11.30f or 2 for 1 drinks and another $7.25 for the same drink, a total of 18.95 for 2 drinks..they are con artist,talked to manager Andrea today and still no result, the drinks are good but the Employees are super rude,con artist and very unprofessional, avoid this branch or always demand for a receipt. remember their names Yohana and Jasmeen, robbed me with my hard earned money. read more

The smell of mildew was so strong it was unbelievable. I bought a drink anyway, but more out of embarrassment - I felt bad for the girl working there. The smell was so bad, it stuck with me and I couldnt get it out of my nose for about an hour. Everything looked fresh (frozen) but I couldnt get the smell and taste out of my mouth. great smoothies. although calories aren't very few. our BKM (Best known method) - get the POWER size in 2 cups with NO ICE (for select smoothies only). most smoothies are cold enough anyway so you get more bang for the buck. we do like the peanut butter mooed in 2 cups with NO ICE. Peanut Butter Moo'd® Smoothie only comes in original though and 770 calories. good location to get a movie snack (vs. eating popcorn and other junk lol) read more

Slow service in the morning. They have nothing prepared. Their refresh recharge station has nothing it is practically empty.

The African American cashier is so rude !!! She does not know what they have in the menu and I was not done with my order, she started taking other customer's order who was behind me. Also, I could not hear her when she asked me about the size of the drink because machines were working and she yelled and starred at me. I think that this place has no idea about customer satisfaction is significant and the workers first should be polite towards their customers. read more

First time here and I got the matcha green tea smoothie. Flavoring wasn't too bad, but the drink had many chunks of ice that couldn't pass through the straw. If they were this lazy with a drink that was probably prepared with a powder. I can't imagine how drinks with huge pieces of frozen fruit and other add-ons will turn out. Staff was friendly but very careless. They prepared the drink as fast as they can and produced mediocre results. The place was't even busy, so I don't understand the rush. I usually have really good experiences at Jamba Juice and I still like them regardless of my experience this time. I will most likely not visit this one again however. When I made my order I was not informed about the new promotion that they had. They had signs for it and several touchscreens to enter your phone number. The cashier swiped my credit card right before I asked about the promotion. I was told that it was too late and after I asked if she could do anything, she did void my order and started over. I entered my # but was not assured that I would receive the points. Only a couple of minutes later I was given a receipt that I did receive the points. That made it a three star experience. What made it a two star was when the next person ordered, the same thing happened to her. She was upset that she was not informed about the promotion and unlucky for her, she used a gift card so hers was not refundable. It seems like this happens more than once. To end this off, I grabbed my drink, went back to my car and started to drive away when I noticed that the drink was really watered down. It was not thick like usual and was runny. I kept it anyway and learned not to come to this location again. read more
