I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for years since it is the closest one to us. We recently had a minor issue there and the manager Gina went above and beyond to make it right for us. Honestly it had been years since we didn't have jumba juice and our 9 year old had been getting good grades and requested to get jumba juice. I'm all about rewarding them when they do good and we came here since it's close to our home. The guest service is really pleasant. The staff is nice. We got the blue gummy bear and the red plus 2 more drinks. My next choice will be the blue gummy bear again it was super good. Now that summer is coming we will be coming back. I have got real bad service from this location, initially i ordered a strawberry wild no bananas and pay with my phone app, when i got home i found out it was with bananas; went back to the location around 2pm and asked for a replacement of my drink, i showed my receipt on my phone and was told the manager GINA was not available (that she worked only part time) and they could not do anything. I had to come back 3 days later mid morning and she was there and still had to wait 10 minutes for her to show up and she did not take the phone app receipt. she asked me to bring the paper receipt. Not a very good Jamba Juice. I went today and ordered an Original Orange Dream Machine split into two separate sixteen cups. All of the other Jamba Juices that I've been to have been able to handle this order but I guess the employee working here couldn't. She gave us the Orange Dream Machine in the original sized cup. When we tried to ask her for another cup to split it in, she began walking away. I couldn't believe it. She was more fascinated with the rain pouring outside! After snapping her back into reality, she reluctantly poured a portion of the smoothie from the original cup into another cup. It definitely was not evenly divided. I was quite annoyed that this worker had such a hard time paying attention to the customer. I am absolutely a creature of habit, which sadly means that I tend to stick to what I know best. Unfortunately one of my "go to" drink were discontinued nearly 2 years ago! Jamba Juice is awesome, but just don't look at the calorie content of their smoothies. Even the lower calorie options will set any diet back. But now that the weather is warming up again, I expect to get in there every once in a while. As with many other establishments of this type, the pricing structure is such that you feel compelled to order a larger size. If only my wife would agree to a smoothie that doesn't have bananas (can't stand banana-flavored smoothies), then we'd be able to split a large and save the money. read more

Staff is willing to treat you as a human, so thats cool. They will even recommend off menu stuff they like if you ask. Expensive for what you get but I suppose the ingredients do have a higher cost than say mcdonalds stuff. No seating area or anything so, dont expect to relax, although if you walk down past the grocery store there is a table that you can hang out at if thats what you are looking to do. For whatever reason the crap for sale section always looks bare, maybe they sell a lot of it and cant keep it in stock? I bought 10 "bogo" cards {buy one smoothie and get one free) to support people a friend who was fundraising for children diagnosed with cancer, I have gotten these in the past but I learned that they can no longer be used in the same way. Now you need to download the Jamba app to redeem, but I was thinking that not everyone has a smartphone. I downloaded it in the store so I could get my free drink, and tried to order again. But then one of the cashiers told me I need to visit the store 6 times in order to use the fundraiser cards, which confused me more because it doesn't have that condition on the back of the bogo card. I have used these cards before and I know you do not have to visit a store 6 times in order to redeem. Then they said they would do it after I told them that, but then when I tried to use the bogo I was told by the Manager that I had already used my rewards when I had never used the card before this visit, my bogos apparently had disappeared. I tried to explain that I had never redeemed the offer before. Because there was a long line they decided the card could be used and I was able to get my drinks but not until they attended to people behind me. It was a bad experience for me, and I didn't know it was so difficult to use bogo cards now. I see that Jamba is making it difficult to use their fundraiser cards, when in the past it was so easy. It's sad because people do want to support and help fundraise but after this I don't think I will buy these kinds of cards. Usually pretty consistent, but this last time that I came, I was pretty disappointed. I had ordered a tomato cheddar twist and they didn't even heat it up for me. They normally do this right away unless I specifically request that they don't, but my twist was stone cold in the middle. This is my most used location. I come here most because of the drink consistently tastes the same. I noticed some locations aren't as consistent. Wow I'm still surprised about my experience last weekend. I went there for an orange juice when I was given the juice I ask the girl for a separate cup. My gosh if I knew she was going to react like that I would've never asked. She was very pissed even when she handed to me she almost dropped it and you could see it in her face too. One when she took my order she never asked me if I wanted ice with my juice and second ice is always free....EVERYWHERE!!!! Plus, she looked mad since she took my already but if she had a problem that her own personal problem, clients should not take the fault. Businesses looses money for employees like that. What is more disappointing is that I think the manager of the location was the one that did this to me for what I know. I used to enjoy going there. Mostly that boy William gives awesome customer service and some others as well . But this girl just made me loose my craving for Jamba Juice.
