Jamba Juice is still one of my favorite places. Rain or shine I love treating myself to one of their delicious smoothies. I also love the bowls that have granola, it is very fulfilling. This place is located inside the mall. There are tables if you choose to sit or you can just have it to go. The staff was very nice and quick. This place was very clean and organized. On this hot day I had my favorite Mango a go go with a boost, delicious!! My daughters had Açaí super antioxidant and Strawberry wild. Both drinks were very tasty. My boyfriend and I came here to use our offer from T-mobile and we were pretty much ready to order. There was a customer in front of us but that was fine as it seemed like they were just about done. Once it was my turn, I went up and the cashier didn't really greet me or offer any comfortable service. I told her that I wanted an Electric Ice large with no ice. Now after she took my order, my boyfriend stepped up to get his order in but was not told that she would be right back or if he could wait. He was just standing there for almost 15-20 minutes without any acknowledgement. He would try making eye contact but to no avail. This was frustrating as we had stuff we needed to do and the lack of professionalism was even more annoying. It wasn't as if they were busy either. Once the same cashier gets back to my boyfriend, she doesn't apologize or anything but just stares at him. He gives her his order and they make it within 5-8 minutes. Not sure if this was their peace offering but it wasn't really worth the long wait, rude service, or the Jamba Juice experience. Now the main reason for this review is my drink that I received. Maybe 40% of my cup is filled with the drink I ordered. I was shocked, I know I asked for no ice and usually I would get maybe 85%-90% of my drink but 60%???? It basically felt like I got a half-assed medium (if even that). You can see in the picture too that it wasn't cause I sipped it. I looked in the cup as soon as I received and was flabbergasted. But with how awful the service was and the dead expressions of the two employees, I just opted to report this to Jamba Juice. Luckily, both my boyfriend and I got a response from the general manager who apologized and offered us a free smoothie on them but I know for a fact that I am avoiding this location at all costs. Absolutely one of the worst service that I've ever received anywhere for no reason. The ambiance is deary as they block out the sun which I get, but maybe do it with some colors? While their drinks are great the self- service does not work and when you ask for help the staff looks at you like a doe in headlights. They had to completely reboot their order system because a printer was out of paper. This caused orders to come to a screeching halt and created a 20 minute backup. It seems like there should be a plan in place for something as simple as a printer running out of paper. read more

I usually get the same stuff from Jamba Juice, and haven't been to Jamba Juice for a while, but I heard they now have tapioca and I wanted to try the new Watermelon Breeze. So, I got the Watermelon Breeze and added their tapioca (they also have strawberry popping boba). But this was not your typical bubble tea tapioca. If you're a bubble tea lover/addict like me, you probably won't like their tapioca. They're small little pieces and not that nice chewy texture. The Watermelon Breeze was good, but it would've been better without their tapioca. Service was quick and friendly. read more

There is definitely nothing like some fresh squeezed goodness. That is by far my favorite option on the menu. I think more places, restaurants included, need to have one of these machines for sure! This location is located at the front entrance of the Tacoma mall so parking is easy. Business hours as I'm sure you guessed on your own are mall hours, so 9pm shut down. As all other locations I have been to, this place is extremely clean. The offer a very large array of options as well. You can also make some shit up yourself and they will totally accommodate your request. The best way I can describe this place is, healthy. If your vegan no worries they have a ton of options for you. They have fruit and veggie combinations too so if your not in the mood for some fruity shit you do have other options. The one Jamba Juice in Tacoma you do not want to order from! I ordered from this particular location they kept changing the delivery time, in fact they extended it four times so I finally had to cancel the order an hour later. When I did, they kept my fee for the order against Uber regulations, since the establishment is not supposed to extend the delivery time past the original delivery estimate. They did not deliver my food, they will not answer the phone, and they still charged me for the food. read more

This Jamba juice was so nice. The cashier was nice and fast, as was the service. I ordered a Pitaya smoothie bowl. It came out in like 5 mins. It was beautiful, full of fruits and that pretty magenta color. The bowl had strawberries, bananas, blueberries, granola, pumpkin seeds and honey all for $8! It made me so full. I am on a slight quest. I am looking for a juice shop that could make a fresh version of the Spicy Hot V-8 juice that I like. I think I would fall in love with it all over again if I could get a hold of a fresh version of it. It has been many years since I have been to a Jamba Juice and I did not know if their menu changed. It seems more or less like how I remember it. Most of the fruit drinks seemed to be on the sweeter side and not exactly what I was looking for. I went ahead and ordered a menu item anyway. I got the Chocolate Peanut butter and Banana juice drink. It wasn't bad. A bit rich that what I wanted but it was ok. It was fresh! Since I last was here I see that Jamba introduced snacks which was a welcome sight for me. I had the Parmesan Pretzel which was a tasty snack. Despite striking out at Jamba Juice for my sought after juice drink I still enjoyed what I had here and will continue to search for my juice drink. read more

Such a friendly staff. I can't remember the girls name but she helped me decide on a good drink then told me everything that was in it. With the extra strawberries I added, it made the drink too big for one cup so they put it in two, nice not to have to just throw away! Came in with my friend who had never tried a wheatgrass shot before. The staff was very helpful in getting us set up with some wheatgrass shots and smoothies. The Puyallup Washington location overcharged my credit card and when I called their manager she refused to credit me even though I had the receipt in front of me unless I drove the 45 minutes to her store! This place is definitely on the spendy side, but if you're like me, and you just want something healthy, but are on the go a lot, then this is a good alternative to just resorting to fast food. I love their juices, although my kids aren't fans of their juice, they'd prefer the smoothies. I LOVE this Jamba Juice. It sits very conveniently in the Mall (right in the middle). It also opens before the Mall opens, so for those mall walkers (like me) you can stop here and get yourself a refreshing smoothie. Jamba has a wide selection of FRESH MADE IN FRONT OF YOU fruit smoothies. My favorite is Strawberries Wild. Another favorite of mine is their fresh squeezed Orange Juice. It's literally the best OJ I have ever had. They do sell a few snacks such as a really yummy warm cinnamon pretzel and chips. Every drink comes with a free "boost". Basically a tasteless powder that goes into the drink. You can choose from several different types which they can break down and explain for you, but my favorites are immunity boost for when I'm feeling a bit under the weather, and energy for my sluggish days. YOU CAN'T TASTE THEM IN YOUR DRINK. All sorts of yumminess going on here. I'm a Jamba fan for life! read more

Maybe I have become accustomed to mediocre service but I was wowed by my service at the Jamba Juice in the Tacoma Mall today. I was very happily greeted when I walked in and the gal behind the counter was great with the few questions I had, even offering a replacement smoothie if I didn't like my original choice. I got the coconut berry bliss--almond milk, strawberry, coconut, blueberries and dates. It was awesome. Very coconutty but exactly what I wanted. I also got a sourdough pretzel with Parmesan, unfortunately there wasn't a ton of flavor to it. this was the only shortcoming I witnessed during my experience, but it wasn't the reason I came. read more
