After paying $500 to him, He wants to charge us again to fix the issue that his company left us. We had heat in our home before the repair. After workers from M&M Precision Plumbing came to our home we have no heat. The repair cost us $500 and the owner Max wants to charge us more money to come fix the issue that his company caused. We have had other Plumbing companies inspect our issue to determine the cause was a Direct result of M&M not bleeding my valves properly leaving my pipes air locked. Max (the owner) was supposed to come fix this issue over a weekend, but has ignored phone calls and never showed up to our house. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. Save your money and look for a more reliable company that you won't need to take to Small Claims Court!
