Really, really super nice fellow who is overloaded with work. Her car was in here for like two months and never was anything actually done to it which is inexcusable. 1 Star for bad customer service. Went there lots of times and at first i really liked the place and people but they act like they are doing you a favor by working on your car. They are smart maybe to smart...They do have better prices then the dealer but charge you $100 just to tell you what the issue is and that doesnt go towards labor. $100 flat rate and didnt even take anything apart. Took 5-10 min. I was not told there would be a charge and if i had known i would've left. I just wanted a estimate i knew what was wrong for the most part. Another time i took my car there to get fixed and thought it was fixed when i got home it wasnt when i called they said tough we have done work for u and gave u good deals?!? So my car doesnt work and i just paid u. I hate to leave bad reviews but i would hate for anyone to go through what I went through. Maybe ur rich and then this might be a great place as they are good at what they do but I work hard for my money and believe in honest pay for work. 100$ for a estimate that took 5 min??? Do not take your Mercedes SL500 to this shop. I took mine to have a diagnostic check due to issue with ABC warning light. They kept the car for two days and when I picked the car up and returned home, I found that the doors wouldn't lock the trunk would not operate properly and the fuel filler cap would not unlock. None of these issues existed when I dropped the car off. I called them and returned the vehicle which they kept for two more days. When I returned to pick up the car nothing had been repaired. While they had the car I did some research on YouTube and found that the possible cause was a blown fuse in the Keyless Go system. When I questioned the mechanic, who worked on the vehicle I asked if he checked the fuses. His reply was, "I checked all the fuses that I knew of". I stopped at an auto parts store on the way home, picked up some 20 amp fuses and fixed the car myself when I returned home. It's sad that I am not a mechanic and don't know a lot about Mercedes but I was able to find the repair in just a few minutes on the internet. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! They have been giving me the run around. Saying my car was suppose to be done on a Friday, but it was actually done two weeks after the set date...all of this for a new starter? Really? Also, after paying my money days later he explains that something else is wrong with the car and that it's an issue only a dealership could fix. After spending $1500 I would think you would have fixed it with no problem but I guess not. read more

BAD customer service! They had our BMW for 5 days - they never returned our calls. They did contact us on the 5th day to say they had no work order for our car! They had no idea what they were suppose to do with it! We promptly picked it up and we got the run around as to whose fault it was. POOR way to run a business! read more

I originally brought in my 1998 Corolla as it had a puncture and a leak coming from the fuel tank. I purchased my own fuel tank and brought it in to only have the tank replaced. The tank was replaced by them and was charged only for the labor that it took them to install it. 2 months go by and to my surprise the fuel tank was leaking again! It's very uncommon for a fuel tank to only last a few months. I brought it back to them and spoke with Manny regarding the repair. I told him that since it's leaking so soon if they could tell me what they think would have caused the premature leaking. I again had purchased another fuel tank and had it in the rear of the vehicle in case it was the tank and not a hose. I then call back as I was never kept in contact with and I spoke with the receptionist who had told me that they we're going to charge me for the labor that it took to install the fuel tank and a diagnosis fee, Excuse me? I didn't authorize any work to be performed nor sign off on any diagnosis fee. I had to wait until the next day to talk with Manny as they had stripped out a bolt when they replaced my fuel tank again without asking me. I spoke with Manny the next day who explained to me that they we're charging me a $95 Diagnosis fee for removing a heat shield and the exhaust to find that the fuel tank was punctured again. I was very confused why they would charge me an additional $95 to remove items that need to remove in order to replace the fuel tank. I then spoke with the owner who told me how they have been doing this for years (I feel bad for their other clients) and that it's only fair to charge me all this money when it literally was included in the labor it takes in order to replace the fuel tank. I then explained to the owner my rights as an individual and how I did not sign nor give any sort of verbal authorization for any work to be performed on my vehicle. At this point knowing that this could end very badly for his businesses he finally agreed to waive the diagnosis fee. After picking up my vehicle and driving it home I heard a loud clunk from the rear of the vehicle. I pulled over and looked underneath and did not find anything apparent. A few weeks go by and I am driving on the freeway with my kids when all of the sudden my vehicles stalls. I pull off to the side and look underneath and not to much surprise my fuel tank is pouring out fuel. I noticed that the fuel leak was coming from the top down so I immediately had my kids exit the vehicle (Who were covered in fuel as it was leaking inside the vehicle as well) pulled up my rear seat where the access panel to the top of the fuel tank is and found that the fuel hose and connector to the fuel sensor were disconnected. I quickly reconnected the hose and connector and got my kids dried off as best as I could then got them in the vehicle started it up and got to a safe location where I pulled over again to find that the bolts to the fuel tank strap where disconnected from the vehicle which allowed the fuel tank to drop down forcing the connector and hose to disconnect. I took the vehicle back to them and explained to the owner what had happened. They kept the vehicle for a day and at 5:00 (When they close) I stopped in to pick it up as the owner told me it would be ready. Well it wasn't. There was a exhaust gasket that they needed to replace and no one cared to tell me it wasn't going to be ready. I spoke with Manny while I was there to find out that the bolts that were installed were the incorrect size so they had to install a larger bolt. Going back to the 2nd time I brought my vehicle in and they had found damage to it I could only think since they where the last ones to touch it why didn't they catch this at that time? What if the mechanic they employ put in the wrong size bolts and the fuel tank had come loose prior resulting in it dragging on something causing that damage? When I brought this up to Manny he said "yeah that could of happened" So why was I going to be charged for a Diagnosis's fee when they never Diagnosed it correctly? Why was I charged labor for the 2nd time when it was their fault in not noticing or installing the incorrect bolts? Why was I charged another $39 for exhaust gaskets after they worked on it for the 3rd time when it should have been resolved the 1st time? Just do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys. Read their other reviews and find a good reputable place that will do right by their customers. I will be seeking legal help on this as my Daughter who has very sensitive skin had a reaction to the fuel that got on her lower legs and feet as well of the interactions I've had with this company. read more

This is my independent BMW mechanic of choice. I have a 2006 325i with 105,000 miles. I haven't had any major issues since purchasing it used. Recently had the gasket repaired, along with back brakes. They are reasonably priced. They gave me an itemized checklist of the repairs I needed and prioritized the repair so I was aware ahead of time of the cost. If something is found during the diagnostics, they call to inform me of the findings and don't hassle you into getting repairs that you may not have expected. As a woman, sometimes I don't like dealing with car dealerships and repair centers because many times it is assumed you don't know what you are talking about, but being knowledgeable of cars, especially the ones I own, I love the fact that they treat me with respect! Ms. Melody is really nice there! They even dropped me off at my home while having to keep my car for the day. Only BC I live less than 5 minutes away, but regardless, they didn't have to do that! If you've been burned by BMW service centers, give them a try! read more

We were evacuee's from the wicked Hurricane Irma from So. FL. My banker at Suntrust , headquartered there, recommended this establishment, which ironically enough was very, very close! We had been through enough with evacuating in huge traffic all the way there! Michael, who was our car savior(!) fixed our car in no time. He really saved us from so much. If you have never been through a major hurricane, afterwards, everyone in any surrounding area , which is getting bigger now, is subject to price gouging! After Hurricane Andrew $15 for a bag of ice for example. This gentleman was hugely fair, reasonable and a safe haven for those of us stressed and far from home! We were completely relived and he was hugely professional and timely. I recommend him highly! read more

We took our truck there after receiving an estimate from them for replacing our catalytic converter. We called this morning and was told to bring it in. On a hunch, we asked them for a total price and they told us that the estimate was wrong... Ok, so what if we didn't ask? The 'new' price turned out to be DOUBLE the amount. Granted people make mistakes BUT DOUBLE? How about something called communication?? You think the customer should know prior to driving all the way out there and dropping it off that the bill is going to be doubled? On top of that, the front desk girl was smart and nasty with my wife, telling her to leave the shop and copped a major attitude with us. Not good. Unprofessionalism towards customers? Bad communication? If something is your fault, you own it and be honest and take responsibility for it. Not yell at customers and get attitudes with them. We will take our business elsewhere permanently. One star is too much for this shop. read more
