It's Sunday Mother's Day and my daughter comes home with blood coming out of her front tooth, my worst nightmare. Her front tooth got loose and I'm a little worried. I called the office and was referred to Dr cell phone. He called me right back. He was willing to meet me and my daughter on Sunday Mother's Day! My family have been patients of Dr. Tonner's for over 25 years. He is an excellent doctor, has taken care of our teeth impeccably and his staff is wonderful handling appointments, insurances always friendly and everyone's always on time. He was pivotal in changing honestly my daughter's life. he asked me to do Maxio-facial surgery? Something that I was not open to at that time. My daughter now has had a bite speaks better because of doctors recommendation. My daughter has Down syndrome and he has always been aware of those complications. Dr. Toner and his fantastic staff really take the fear and anxieties away, when it comes to dental work. Dr. Toner is very honest with whatever is going on with your teeth, and gives a good insight as to what to do going forward, along with the treatment plan. The staff that makes that office run, are phenomenal (shout to Miss Cindy) and so professional, every time. Ally and other Dental hygienists and assistants are so gentle but thorough with your cleanings, X-rays and whatever it is you may be needing! If you have nervousness about seeing a dentist for the first time in a long time (like myself) I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Toner. Unlike a lot of other Dentists, he will not shame you for taking a period off from your dentistry, but will encourage a good pace to getting you back on track, with what you're comfortable with. read more

It's not often I feel compelled to immediately write a review after leaving an establishment. Today was different. I was referred to Dr. Toner after a pretty lousy experience with a new Dentist just a week ago. I spoke with Cyndee who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. She was able to get my previous chart from that former "Dentist" and set me up with an appointment in less than a week. Upon arriving I met with "Kat" who, for the first time going to dentists, didn't cause any pain while taking x-rays. She too was super kind and knowledgeable. When Dr. Toner came in, he did a THOUROUGH exam. Unlike the former Dentist who didn't do half of an initial, comprehensive exam, Dr. Toner did it all. I immediately knew I was in good hands and 100% trust in Dr. Toner and his staff. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. The other office asked me to leave a review twice and even offered a "free gift" if I did. Leaving a review was never mentioned at Dr. Toner's office. After having another dental cleaning here and bonding work, I can assure you they do great work. The cleaning doesn't have the tools dig into your gums or hurt and they still do a full thorough cleaning. My tooth bonding here was also high quality and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I am an anti dentist person. I have had the worst experiences at just about every dentist I have been to. From having them cut my mouth with the drill to pulling out my wisdom teeth while I was awake. Dr Toner is so far beyond these other dentist I have been to. From the first encounter, she was very condescending and rude. I kind of felt as though she was a little racist, by her tone and the way she looked at me. After years of not seeing a DDS I finally got insurance and was referred to this office by my boyfriend who has been a patient here for many, many years. This office is absolutely amazing. The staff is truly outstanding. Dr. Toner is a very nice man. He was helpful and made everything easy for me to understand. I was nervous since it had been so long but it was great knowing I was in good hands. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Debbie at the front desk has been so great helping me with my insurance. Shannon was absolutely great as well! She made me feel calm and talked me through my cleaning. Thank you Dr. Toner and staff! I recently had an old crown fall off. Since it was a rather large crown, this left a sizable gap between my teeth. I needed quality dental work ASAP and Dr. Toner delivered. I strolled into Dr. Toner's office on a Monday morning and was immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist. I explained my situation and had an appointment for Wednesday morning within minutes. Dr. Toner's staff also verified my insurance within a couple of hours and promptly informed me of my options. Dr. Toner and Katrina did a great job replacing the crown. They were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both of my visits were quick and painless. I am so happy I found Dr. Toner..He was very meticulous and took his time with a old worn out tooth! Now its like new again.
