THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Omg... never thought I'd have such an AWFUL experience... I had a change in insurance so had to change my dentist and came here for a cleaning... they did my "entire cleaning" in 5 minutes... they just rushed through the entire cleaning, didn't even floss my teeth and then proceeded to say I had 4 cavities and needed them filled today.. which is a bunch of BS because my previous dentist whom I went to for 24 years said everything was fine... so INFURIATING. Will definitely NOT be returning and hoping I can get my old dentist back ),: not to mention... the girl taking my x-rays couldn't figure out the machine... so after 40 MINUTES.... It had been years since I had been to see any dentist so,I made an appointment and I was More than nervous to go in there. When I did,Noemi was so very nice and made me feel comfortable,that was just what I needed! Then when I was told I need a couple crowns, my insurance denied to pay for them 3x's.. All I can say is WOW! I was recommended to Gentle Dentist for some work I needed to get done. I was having some discomfort with a tooth, not knowing that I needed some serious work done! (Insert Crying Emoji Here). The Dentist took her time to explain why it happened, showed me pictures and then talked (patiently) about how it was going to be corrected. She scheduled me in for the procedure once my antibiotics were completed. Needless to say, I was a chicken to return. She was so reassuring and it was a painless process. She made sure I was comfortable and continued to check on me as she worked on me. Came back two weeks later for the crown (which was made on site) and now I'm back to 100%. Very Pushy dentist trying to get the most from your pocket and insurance and unnecessary treatments! I went in and they told me right away that I had bad gums and needed a deep cleaning (which is extra insurance need to approve) they wouldn't give me a regular cleaning. But they did insist that I have cavities. Shocked me because I've always had good teeth, but I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years so it scared me. They filled two. Fast forward my insurance denied the deep cleaning and this dentist still said NO regular cleaning. I went to another dentist and he told me I have great teeth and the cavities didn't even pop up on the X-ray and probably weren't even needed!!! Ugh! After calling a few reluctant offices, only Orange Gentle Dentist worked around my schedule and speedily set up an appointment. Upon entering, I was tended to immediately. Seeing the dentist, for most people is a very uncomfortable visit. No one likes being probed for 1.5 hrs. However, the staff was EXTREMELY friendly, making the appointment a breeze. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and have a sense of humor. If only all medical professionals were like that, right? I can't find anything to criticize about Orange Gentle Dentist. I went to the Irvine location on Jeffery rd and absolutely loved it ! I absolutely loved how they respected my time and were on schedule with the appointment. I'm horrible at X-Rays but Jessica the assistant was patient, kind, and understanding. It went smoothly she calmed my nerves! Dr. Aleissa have been my dentist for years and since I moved to Dallas I have been to several dentists but still not finding a provider with the same quality.. My daughter went in this morning to have a tooth cemented back in, and the dentist was recommended to us through Medi-Cal. They could not cement the tooth back in. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and deals with major anxiety. The woman in the front, and who was the assistant, was very pleasant with my daughter, but the dentist was not. My daughter felt like she was being interrogated, and my daughter has a problem going to the dentist to start with. We will not be going back to the dentist. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. BEWARE!! I was a patient here for a long time until they decided to yell out in front of other patients and staff my health conditions. It was pretty unbelievable. I have some serious health conditions and they literally yelled my private health information out to others in front of everyone! I ended up getting up out of the chair and walking out of my dental appointment. I had to contact the state and I had to file a complaint with HIPAA. If you don't want the staff or doctors talking about your private health information to other patients I wouldn't go here. Your health information is NOT safe here and will be talked about amongst other patients. The office itself is very clean and new looking. Everyone at the office was very friendly and professional. Both the dentist and staff constantly checked up on me during the session to see how I'm feeling and let me know when each 15 minute session is almost up. I want to immediately point out that I am TERRIFIED at the idea of seeing a dentist. But despite my sentiment towards their practice, the staff and Dr. Dina made me feel like they were doing everything possible to make me feel at ease. They were very communicative from start to finish, always insisting that I let them know if I ever feel any form of discomfort during my treatment. They honored my appointment and there was very little wait time throughout their process, and their level of professional conduct was second to none. I hadn't been to a dentist in a number of years, so I had to get some cavities filled. Despite the fact that I'm a macho man, the doctor insisted on ensuring that I felt no pain. She did not let me get off of that chair until I felt completely comfortable with my bite and I had zero complaints. I will not be coming back to this office. There is a nurse named Noemi with long bleached hair. She is rude and a very confrontational person. This nurse is not kid-friendly at all. She lacks professionalism in this field as she insisted I disclose medical information in front of three other patents. I asked to speak with my Dentist and she refused to let me speak to my Dentist until she knew why. She is extremely negative, and I saw her have an altercation with another patient n front of other patients and it was very harsh and loud. She is a downgrade to this dentistry. I have been going here for over 4 years and really enjoy the staff and the environment setting. The doctors are very kind and respectful. However, Naomi needs to be held accountable for her actions. So this office made an appointment with me for today, only to have me come in and tell me they would not be doing any work for me. I had previously come in for an examination and the dentist gave me her recommendations which included a minimum of $2000 dollars worth of work out of pocket. I went to a family friend who did some of the dental work for me free of charge. When I told this to the dentist she became upset and told me that if I was going to come to her for work that I would have to do ALL the work with her or NOTHING. She said these were "her rules." I wasn't going to argue with her. I decided I would gok to a dentist who cares about my teeth instead of one that is trying to make money off me. UPDATE: In your response you fail to clarify why the dentist said "this is my rules" pertaining to her all or nothing treatment plan. Why else would she tell me to "go back to the dentist who worked on you." It is unprofessional of her to try to convey this to me in arabic so that it would not be understood by anyone listening to our conversation To be clear this is not the first review of this nature where patients have been mistreated after seeking a second opinion or for simply having MediCal. Long story short I was denied service for having work done elsewhere not because I refused to bring you reports(which I agreed to bring). So if this review seems damaging it's because it's meant to be that way. Never have I been more disrespected by a healthcare professional and I wouldn't want to be treated by someone who did not respect me as a person. So if you are truly trying to correct any shortcomings in your practice I would suggest you treat all patients the same regardless of their insurance provider and/or profit you stand to earn from them.
