One of the highlights of our visit was getting to meet Chef Kim, who came out personally to speak with us and walk us through the menu. We started with the Vegetable Gyoza and Corn Croquettes -- both were delicious and the perfect way to kick off the meal. For ramen, we had several different bowls so we could experience a little bit of everything: Beef Bulgogi Ramen -- tender beef bulgogi with chicken broth, a soft egg, Naruto, and bok choy. One thing I really appreciated is that if you don't eat pork, you can substitute the broth, making it easier to find something that works for your preferences. This makes it easy to create a bowl exactly the way you like it. It further reinforced my view that meat always tastes best when served on a stick! It helped bring in the final score two three stars, making up for poor service and mediocre dumplings.
