    Sashimi lunch!

Not a big lunch crowd on Wednesday. Great food with a great price. Good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

I was recommended this place for ages and I finally got a chance to try it and I must say I regret not coming here sooner! We came here on a Saturday around noon, and it didn't seem very crowded but there were a lot of people coming in and out for takeout. I seems like their boba tea is very popular. I'll try it next time. The ambience of the store is a bit bland inside and out. Not sure why but I feels a bit suffocating. But still interesting in way since it's pan Asian. They're combined Taiwanese, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Service here was very good. They're very prompt and they give you some bonchon as an appetizer. It tastes like it was made in house because it's not very fermented, which is good for people who aren't used to to standard kimchi. They also have chicken mu kimchi, which is the refreshing radish one. They were also very prompt with refilling drinks and at the end they gave up some honey jasmine tea, which was amazing. I ordered the Angus with the bone ramen. The broth is very reminiscent of the soups I had at the street carts back in Taiwan, but they're much sweeter (I think to suit a more western palate). They literally had a bone in it. It truly was a show. I wasn't able to finish all my food. It really was so much! Honestly, this place really lived up to the type. I can't wait to come again!

I don't know terrific food, excellent service, and a casual vibe. I had the Tonkotsu traditional ramen, and some dumplings. The ramen was well prepared, and those dumplings are amazing. When I go back, I could just eat dumplings as an entree! In addition to the standard iced tea that I had, they also serve boba tea, and sake. There are plenty of non-ramen dishes available as well. Pricing was very affordable at about $20 per person, all in. I would certainly recommend I Noodle to others, and I will definitely be back soon.

Absolute best Ramen in NE Florida! Worth the drive to Ponte Vedra from wherever you are.

Amazing lunch special, $11.99 for a tuna poke bowl w with salad and two dumplings, plus the food is delicious. I am not in this area all the time but when I am, my wife and I love to stop here.

Fresh authentic dumplings made from scratch - pure perfection and the best I've ever had. 36 hour broth for Angus Beef is beyond flavorful, and was my favorite!!!Chicken wings were crispy, and Tuna poke bowl was fresh. Great atmosphere and the owners are super friendly, quick service and have a variety of boba teas and sakes.

Came here because the angus beef shank pictures on yelp drew me in! I was not disappointed - the beef is truly fall-off-the-bone. The meat was not exceedingly fatty either so it's certainly substantial. I would guess you're getting a half lb of meat excluding the bone. The broth was a little sweet for me but I came to enjoy it - other than that all aspects of the meal were fantastic. The kimchi/radish starter and sweat tea shot after dinner were perfect compliments. The waiter was new and he was extremely attentive and kind. Fast service. I came during lunch and the beef is excluded from the lunch deal, but still well worth it ! Just gives me a reason to come back again!

Stopped in for lunch. Had Tonkotsu (ramen noodles in pork and beef broth with pork belly) which came with a salad with ginger dressing (was crisp and fresh) and dumplings. Also had one of their premium Japanese IPAs. It was all excellent. The establishment is small, with plenty of countertop seating and a few tables, neat, and clean. They have an assortment of wines , beers and sake. I will be back to try other menu items. Service was great too.

Tonkotsu ramen is always my go-to. It's the baseline to judge any ramen joint. I Noodle's broth was rich, deep and mouth-coating. Extra kick from chili oil made it top notch. House made pork dumplings that actually taste cook, and cooked properly too?! Shit, we found a winner. Worth the drive to Ponte Vedra. Rich kids have no idea what's in their backyard.

We were in the neighborhood and decided to give this place a try for lunch. We are so glad we did. It is in a shopping center on A1A in Ponte Vedra. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is very nicely decorated with plenty of bamboo and artwork. They also have a tv playing videos and pictures of all of the dishes, which was nice. In addition to that, they have sample bowls on display of all of the entrees. The music was also nice. The menu offers appetizers, ramen, noodles, poke bowls, salads, and dumplings. I opted for the Dan Dan Noodle entree. It had noodles on the bottom, accompanied by house made chili oil and assorted vegetables. My husband had the lunch special, which included any classic Ramen bowl along with salad and two dumplings. He got the Tonkotsu Ramen bowl. It had rich pork and chicken broth topped with seared house cured pork belly, soy boiled egg, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and scallions.

Had a chance to try I noodle Ramen and Dumpling its a small place in Ponte Vedra but well worth it. We started off with their steamed chicken dumplings and they were awesome. We then had the Ramen soup both were flavorful with some good tasting broth. Our server was great and was on point.

Absolutely a must go. Food was delicious but the service was exceptional. We had the chicken wings as an appetizer and tonkotsu, braised beef ramen and tuna/salmon poke bowl. Wings we're hot and crispy. The tonkotsu was yummy. Poke was also done very well. But I will be dreaming about the braised beef ramen. Not sure what it was but the flavors were on point. This is an absolute must try! Smaller place but super friendly. My daughter dropped her fork and before she could pick it up someone had already replaced it. Very clean place. You can tell they take pride in being great. Will definitely be back! Sorry about the half eaten food, almost forgot to take pics.

The vibe is fantastic and the staff matches it perfectly, friendly, warm, and attentive. We went twice in the late afternoon and never waited for a table, which is a huge bonus for a spot this good. The small plates alone are worth the visit. The Katsu Sando Sliders feature crispy chicken katsu on soft potato bread with fresh cabbage, katsu sauce, Japanese mayo, red onion, and sweet pickle peppers, every element working in perfect harmony. The Potato Korokke was equally incredible, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with katsu fried potato and vegetables paired with katsu sauce and Japanese mayo. The Gyoza were perfectly crispy Japanese fried chicken dumplings, and the Harumaki was a great addition too. Everything fried here is done with real skill, the crunch is always there and never overdone. If you love spice, the KakuKara Ramen is an absolute must. A rich, creamy sesame broth made from chicken and pork stock with Japanese hot sauce and red miso, it is spicy, deeply flavorful, and completely addictive. Loaded with pork belly kakuni, homemade pickled peppers, cabbage, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds on those perfect curly noodles, it is everything you hope ramen will be. If you prefer something milder, the Katsu Shio Ramen is a beautiful classic, a delicate Japanese sea salt and dashi seasoned chicken broth with shiitake mushrooms, katsu chicken, red and green onions, and the most wonderful onsen tamago custard egg that takes the whole bowl to another level!

Other random side notes are that they're closed Monday (which i forget alot) & their miso soup is made with a more savory (bone?) broth that I'm used too- not a bad thing, it just surprised me. It was super crispy, but the meat was still so juicy. And the sweet and creamy sauces just finished the perfect bite. The ramens were pretty solid too. The matcha broth was super creamy and light. And the tonkotsu was so flavorful, with really tender chashu and a perfectly soft boiled egg. Plus the noodles were a really good texture. The restaurant itself is really cute too. They also have a convenience store type of ramen station in the front, which I really want to try. As well as a little arcade game that you can play in the front while you wait to be seated. However, I was really not a fan of the service. It's nothing really against the servers because they were super nice, but they just seemed so frazzled. We arrived around an hour before closing, but it took forever for us to be seated, despite seeing a few empty tables around. By the time we were seated, we were told kitchen would be closing in two minutes, so we had to hurry and put in our orders. All of that was fine and I didn't mind. But what I did mind was that our waitress checked our order twice when we first have it. And she came back to our table within the next five minutes to check our orders again for a third time to make sure she had down what we wanted. I wanted the matcha ramen and was most looking forward to having some chashu and egg. So she confirmed my order three times that I wanted matcha ramen. But when it came out, she gave me the vegetable bowl. I knew the kitchen had closed at that point, so I just ate it, but I was really disappointed. (I did get to try a bite of my friends egg and chashu, which also didn't really help because it was so good and made me wish mine came with those even more.) When we were finished eating, it took forever for the checks to come out. This I also didn't mind that much, because the servers, again, looked really frazzled trying to close up. But at this point we had waited until well after their closing time, so part of me was hoping they could just close us out first and then finish closing down the place. I think we waited at least half an hour from when we first asked for the check (at which point we had already been waiting a while) to when we finally got our cards back. I did see they charged me for the vegetable version of the matcha ramen so it was whatever, but then also I was confused - so it wasn't a mix up in the kitchen, she rang it up as the vegetable one from the beginning! Even though I never mentioned it and she never said vegetable when confirming my order. It was a dollar less to get tofu instead of an egg and chashu which doesn't seem worth it. Writing this all out, I'm sorry to rant, because the food really was good. And looking at other reviews, it looks like the service is usually pretty good. But again, it was just disappointing. That being said, I am really hoping it was a one off thing because I would go again and try some other menu items too.
