The cake was very tender and moist and the buttercream frosting was perfect. I'm amazed at the tenderness of the cake after eating horrible grocery store cakes. Kudos to Schneider's bakery for keeping the tradition of having excellent buttercream frosting. I'm not a fan of whipped frosting on cake at all. Anybody else like me that buys cake for themselves and doesn't need an occasion?

Nonetheless, it was still soft but I probably wouldn't go out of my way again to grab it. The space is light and airy and the natural light that comes in floods the space beautifully. I could see myself brining a laptop and hanging out by the windowsill or the booths. It is always warm and gooey inside and a little crunchy outside, perfect in each bite. I have been to this location few times, and it is always clean and steady flow of customers. There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the bakery. The reason I took a star off is because I have never gotten a friendly welcome by anyone at the store. But I will continue to go there because of their amazing cookies.

There are no pastries but they have cookies, cupcakes, bars, and other small treats. Oh and they do custom cakes! Anyways we wound up getting some cake bombs, a cake bar, a cupcake and coffee. The young lady working the front register was super nice and helpful. All of the items tasted great, totally worth stopping in.
