I'm completely blown away!!!! I have been looking for a brow artist that would meet my expectations. Janelle has exceeded my expectations. If you take a look at her IG page, you will see what I'm talking about. Now, I know why she books so quickly. Her work is simply perfect! I knew walking in that my brows would be in good hands. She's a true brow artist! She is very professional, takes her time and makes you look and feel fabulous. My brows have not looked this good in a long time. This was my second visit to Brows By Janelle! This time I met with Jillian. First time brow visits for anyone can be very scary, you just don't ever know what the outcome is lol . As soon as I sat down she took a look at my brows and assured me I was in very good hands. I would definitely recommend Jillian as well as Janelle! Very friendly ladies, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Janelle is a genius! I walked in with thin sparse eyebrows (due to a horrible waxing job years before) and walked out with decent eyebrows.

Janelle did such a great job on my daughter, It was is very nice and clean environment and I enjoyed watching her work as she is an artist!

Don't partake in this business!…read more After reading the owner's response, I would like to clarify a few things. I appreciate that the no-show fee was ultimately refunded. However, my concerns extend far beyond that single charge. I had been a customer since December and initially had positive experiences. In April, I had an eyebrow waxing appointment that resulted in burns around both of my eyebrows. The burns were painful and lasted for nearly two weeks before healing. While I did not immediately leave a complaint or review, that was because I genuinely liked the technician and assumed she was simply having an off day. I chose to give the salon another chance rather than immediately criticize the service. Had the burns been the only issue, I likely would not be writing this review at all. Separately, I began having issues with appointment confirmations and reminders. When I first started coming to the salon, I consistently received appointment notifications. When those notifications stopped, I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and was assured it would be addressed. To my knowledge, the problem was never resolved. When I later missed an appointment and was charged a no-show fee, I reached out because I wanted to discuss both the fee and my previous service experience. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to call the salon, I was unable to reach anyone. The owner's response states that direct email and voicemail information were provided to me; however, I never received any email, voicemail, missed call, or direct contact information. Had I received a direct way to contact the owner, I would have gladly used it. What I find most disappointing is learning through the owner's response that the salon had apparently decided not to continue providing services to me. That decision was never communicated directly. I continued attempting to schedule appointments because I genuinely wanted to remain a customer and had no reason to believe otherwise. Instead, my appointments were repeatedly canceled, which left me confused and frustrated. My biggest issue is not that mistakes were made. Every business makes mistakes. My issue is how the situation was handled once concerns were raised. I reported a notification problem, was told it would be addressed, continued experiencing the same issue, and then struggled to get ahold of anyone to discuss it. If the salon no longer wished to continue providing services, I believe that should have been communicated clearly rather than leaving me to wonder why my appointments kept being canceled. What was most disappointing to me was that I never felt my concerns were genuinely acknowledged. The response I received focused on defending policies and explaining the salon's position, but there was little acknowledgment of the issues I raised, including the burns from my eyebrow service, the appointment notification problems that I had previously reported, and the difficulty I had reaching anyone to discuss my concerns. At the end of the day, this is not about a single appointment, a refund, or one bad experience. It is about communication and customer service. I genuinely enjoyed coming here when I first started and would have preferred to resolve these issues and continue as a customer. Unfortunately, that did not happen, which is why I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.
