Parking was actually easy, and they do one hour free with validation, which was nice. There was a security guard at the door who opened it and welcomed me in. At first I was honestly a little intimidated walking in, but that quickly went away. A guy named Liam helped me out he introduced himself and was really friendly. I told him it was my first time and that I wasn't super familiar with how everything worked, and he explained things in a really easy, non-pushy way. They have a good mix of stuff, clothes, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, shoes and wallets. The first thing that caught my eye was a Prada bag (I don't own anything Prada so I was kind of excited lol). I tried it on and kept browsing. I also saw some really nice Chanel bags, but definitely out of my price range right now. I talked to another girl working there too and got her opinion on a bag I was thinking about, and she was really helpful as well. Everyone there was just super chill, no pressure, no hovering, which I appreciated. I did end up buying something. I wouldn't say it was a crazy deal, but it felt like a fair price and something nice to add to my collection. Liam also showed me how their app works and said they can bring items from online into the store if you want to see them in person, which is actually really helpful. I've been browsing the app daily seeing if anything catches my eye. :) I personally had a good experience for my first time going in. I typically shop directly from the designer boutiques or department stores but I was trying to be more eco friendly. You have to be buzzed in to enter the store. The store is tiny. They have shoes, bags, accessories and clothing. I walked around to see if there was anything I liked that I could purchase or exchange my items with. I didn't see anything. The person who processed my return was very friendly and quick. Before I left, I asked to see one of the purses behind the glass case. The staff member instructed me to wait by the case and that they would be right over to open the case. I went to the front of the store and stood by the case. I noticed that the person who let me into the store appeared again this time only mere feet from me, standing in the middle of the store, watching me. He made eye contact with me, it was clear he stood there to watch me wait? I have never been profiled before so that was a first. It was unsettling and very off putting. It would be different if he had been standing there the whole time if he was security or something. But he was chatting away with one of the other employees while I was getting helped. Anyway, the person helping me finally came and showed me the bag. I felt mortified that I was being watched so I quickly looked at the bag and decided to leave. I don't think I will ever visit this store ever again. What an awful feeling to feel when you are just trying to shop. I've seen many reviews online about the company as a whole having issues with fake goods. Just be mindful when you shop here or with them online. DO NOT BUY CUSTOM LEATHER JACKETS HERE…read more These guys have no idea what they are doing when it comes to measurements and tailoring and have terrible customer service to top it off. I wasted $1,600 on a leather jacket that's 10" too big for me and they won't exchange it or give me my money back. I stopped into the store one day, and a woman named Mary extolled the many benefits of a custom tailored leather jacket, mainly the specifics of how well it would fit. I bought one, and she took my measurements for it at the store. Nearly six months later it arrived and was WAY too big (see photo #1). We arranged for a return and she asked me for my correct waist size. I told her (and this is in writing via email exchange "I wear a size 32" jeans") and she assured me that would be enough for the correct jacket to be sent. Another nearly six months go by, and the new jacket arrives. And low and behold, it is again way off in the waist. I measured the waist (see photo 2) and it corresponds to a size 44" jeans. And now the store is accusing me of having worn the jacket and refusing to process my return, sent the jacket back to me, and refuses to answer my calls or emails. I spent a year dealing with these clowns. They are negligent and have no clue what they are doing. They got the measurements wrong not once, but twice in row! And now because they don't want to have to pay for the jacket (presumably the manufacturer is not to blame so they would be stuck with the bill) they are looking for loopholes in their return policy to stick me with the bill despite the fact that this is clearly their fault. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THIS STORE - THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING
