(I did transfer ownership to my friend of our dog for his autistic son who asked for her. I had the dog switched over to him since his son has a hard time forming bonds and instantly has one with the dog). I think between the transfer of ownership and my cat dying. It got deleted. I called and spoke to a girl there and I told her the date back in September I had just been in there to have my cat put down for kidney failure and spent over 500 for the apt and cremation. I was put on hold and she came back and told me they could set a new profile up for us to keep coming back. Besides this mistake and one other in the past they are pretty good and fair priced. Good hours and weekend hours. They also have rectified each mistake which to me shows their commitment to their clients. Their doctors are very compassionate.

The doctor we saw was very rushed and business-like. He explained very little without being prompted and handled the kitten roughly and without compassion. Same for the two techs who drew blood, who lacked personality or "bedside manner". All in all, not a great experience. We won't be going back.

I have never written a review as sad / of this content …read more.. Yesterday, we as a family, had to make a hard and humane decision for our sweet 16 plus year old Dachshund who had been ailing for several months ... Our boy now had fluid both around his heart AND lungs ... He also went down to less than 5 lbs ... We saw a young female doctor who was utterly kind, compassionate and empathetic. She was so gentle with our boy and patient with us. I was bawling and my kids were very upset and teary eyed. We were only offered two options and agreed on the worst one that was best for our sweetheart... The process started and I held my boy while my kids pet his tiny head. Jack passed peacefully and didn't flinch with the needle, as with all other vaccinations in his long life ... We opted for cremation ... we got his paw print in a sweet small plaque and locks of his fur in teeny corked bottles :( I am unwell and will never be the same, but this doctor (I was out of it and forget her name) and assisting staff were exceptional. REST IN PEACE MY JACK - I LOVE YOU FOREVER ... .

I was a total mess when we arrived but the staff was waiting as promised and took my cat to the back to begin working on him immediately. The Doctor came out to explain what was happening and took us to the back. They did everything they could for my little guy but he unfortunately didn't make it :( This was my first time losing a pet and I was of course totally in my emotions but they were so patient and caring. They allowed us to have time alone to say farewell and also walked us through our options which they call "wishes" for the pets. They offered a free paw print keepsake which we really appreciated before we headed back home .... one of the toughest days of our lives but Mount Laurel Animal Hospital staff made it as bearable as anyone possibly could and took great care of our little guy from start to finish.

I did receive a sympathy card as well! These People Really do Care! I went back again taking Callie's Baby- Spyder Monkey @ 15.7y.o. in Nov.2017. She had a wellness check up. got an injection to Lift her spirits! CC was /Monkey Mama,,, and Spydy is Mama Monkey! I must get in there to get her the same injection ASAP. She is now 16.25 and I am concerned w/her breathing, as she also suffers allergies. I Have been awaiting them to return my call as I went to a Vet, I was So Upset & Unhappy. They All want too much Money, It seems it is All about the Almighty-dollar! This Truly bothers me! I had a Great Dr. Ellis- near Franklin Mills, and sadly he retired! I Loved Him! It is difficult to see your cat age, but I still see a Strong Spirit in her, and I know that she will let me know, as Callie did, when it is her time. Not yet though! I just want a Clinic Visit and will bring paperwork from Nov. 2017. They are THE BEST! I have spread the Word to Many Pet lovers about them! I do Hope I can Get In, not that I told Too many people to go there! haha.... I hope to have her here a few more years, and If Not I most Likely will adopt again! I always Do! Had many cats, and they all lived Good Long Lives! I pray that My Spydy will hang out with me a little Longer! She is My Blessing! I had adopted Both CC & Spyder in Penns. which that shelter had closed. CC had 7 kitties, and leaped into My arms, well, she was a beauty, and I took her and the runt, a lil' grey kitty I named Spyder. Found out Callie gave birth in the Bathtub, and Spyder is a bathtub Lover! She has to be in there to clean up every morning too! The she comes out to Splash me Awake for her a.m. treats! Callie was aBeauty-Half Caramel Face, and other B&W, But Oh so Shiney! When she stood on her Hind legs she resembled a Penguin!! haha.... They were Both Indoors Only, and I'd Never have nails removed. Horrid!.... As yrs went by, Spydy Grew Taller and Longer than Mum! They'd fight etc.... my Callie Grew wider, more content, and lower to the floor! She was my watch cat! #LOVED her! Love her Monkey too! SO ADOPT People, Do it For The Animal's Lifetime, not just for a while. Treasure it, & it will return all your love tenfold! This~I Promise! I am a professional Catsitter & Lover of All Animals! I grew up on A farm, so We had a Lot of animals dropped Off! I became the Caretaker...I Loved them ALL too!.....I have had many beloved cats, and I ALWAYS ADOPT them! ~Teri Hertler
