i came in here not even a week ago and my nails are already starting to lift and I got hard gel , I…read morewouldn't say it's the worst set I've ever got but it's no where near the best. It was 70 dollars for a basic set. I also asked to get my toes done with a tip every time I get my toes done they put a tip on all my nails just to give them the extra length. The lady doing my toes suggested something else and I told her I like the tip but she insisted on just putting acrylic on my toes without the tip. Well every time she went to file and shape them the acrylic broke and she kept adding more and they kept breaking. I think by her 10 attempt of trying she just gave up and left them as they were. She painted them white when I finally got to see the product I was gagged. None of my toes were shaped , one of my toe nails was longer than my big toe and none of them were straight. They looked worse than when I came in. I politely asked her to just take them off and it was very clear that they were talking bad about me right there. I didn't really care about that I just thought it was a little unprofessional. I'm a firm believer if you can't do something then don't I was willing to wait for someone who could do that I liked. Anyways I ended up walking out of there with a really thick layer of acrylic on my toes.

I've been coming here for about four years and the technical work is consistently excellent. My favorite tech is both talented and a pleasure to talk to. The Bad: The furniture is in "gross" condition. The pedicure chairs have large stains and dried wax on the footrests, but the tech stools are the worst--the vinyl is ripped to shreds. My tech actually has to cover the stool with a towel so the torn material doesn't scrape my skin. The Verdict: For a place that brands itself as "Austin's Original Upscale Nail Salon," the lack of maintenance is disappointing. This is a premium-priced salon, yet the equipment is falling apart. The owners need to invest in repairs to match the high quality of their staff's work.
