The atmosphere is plain, quiet- there is zero tv or music,. The chair sounds like it is going to break at any moment. The foot message was the only thing that was okay. She rushed me into the chair and didn't even let me pick a color. They were not busy so I didn't understand why the rush. I asked for a full acrylic set and the tips that she applied, were so poorly applied and filed that I asked her just to remove them before she even did the acrylic. She cleaned them up and still charged me for a manicure. She put so many layers of the toe polish that my big toes did not dry hours later and messed up. I do not recommend this place. read more

me and my friend went around 8 and they over charged us and were still asking for tip afterwords it felt almost forced. They charged my friend $102 without tip just for a pedicure and charged me $82, I was waiting for 30 mins and asked for the same service but we finished at the same time. I stopped by last Wednesday for a deluxe pedicure. The price is on par with other locations so I know what to expect in terms of service. If you don't have an appointment, you'll need to check-in at the front counter; which was pretty easy. I was greeted within 5 minutes and escorted to the pedicure area. I didn't get the name of the gentlemen who actually took care of me. He did a great job; took his time and helped me find the right polish color (I'm a bit picky; I prefer a universal shade that goes with everyone). The lavender, foot massage and hot stones were just what I needed - very soothing. I like this place due to the location - you can shop after or before your visit; make the most of your day if you're not in a rush. I do plan to come back again soon. read more

I have been a few times and I loved this spa until recently. Came in for a simple gel manicure and the manicurist used the dremel too to remove my cuticles. When I told her she was hurting me, she switched to the cuticle clipper and proceeded to cut into my skin. I was not in a hurry, i don't know why she was, the salon was empty. Now 50% of my fingers are scabbed over at the cuticles, great for the upcoming wedding I'm attending. read more

DON'T COME HERE. Save your time and money. I desperately needed a fill and decided to come here last minute and completely regretted it. The nail tech painted on soooo many layers of paint and my nails looked terrible. Because they were so thick they started chipping and breaking literally 2 days after getting them done. I called and the manager asked for pictures and said they could fix them and give me a new set. I showed up and asked for a toe polish change instead bc I didn't have the time and quite frankly didn't want to get my nails done by them again. WARNING DO NOT COME HERE ! By far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in for a full set and pedicure. They were working on both at the same time which didn't bother me but I could tell that the lady that was working on my full set was struggling. Once my pedi was done we walked up to the table to finish up and I noticed my nails had a bunch of the acrylic underneath them and that the nail tips that were placed were not connected to the tip of my actual nail. No one wanted to fix the issue and they wanted to charge full price after I wasn't satisfied with the work. They caused a huge scene in front of their clients and even one of the clients started talking down on me saying I need to pay them ... when paying was never the issue, the issue was why would anyone pay the full price for a service when it was not done correctly! No manager was present to deal with the issue and they made me so uncomfortable. I will never come back here or recommend this spot to no one. Beautiful salon, newest technology, very clean, and very pretty to look at. 2. A basic pedicure was still extremely pampering. 3. They did my acrylics AND pedicure at the same time which made it so much less time consuming. 4. They were METICULOUS and my nails turned out perfect (not too thick)! It's rare to find a nail technician that really strives for perfection but they did. 5. They have the sample nails for the regular polish so you can look and see how it will actually turn out which is awesome and I've never seen done before. 6. Really reasonable pricing. The person doing my nails completely ignored the shape I asked for twice. I finally just asked her to please stop with the manicure. When I went to check out I was charged $75 for the "basic pedicure" which she said the gel add on was $20 at check out but failed to mention it when I was picking the pedicures. They spent half an hour abusing one of my gals by going nuts on her ingrown toe nail without asking if she wanted them to. She was clearly in agony while they tore into her with clippers. She left the salon bleeding, and they charged me for a delux pedicure because of the time it took. At no point did they explain that to me or to her. Also my chair massager didn't work and they didn't let me change chairs. Not exactly a bridal experience, and really shady business practices. Never going back. I went to the Barton Creek Mall to make an exchange and decided to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding. I wanted to try the 'glazed donut' trend, which should have been simple enough... a light pink base with white chrome on top. First of all, there was no nail care involved or included with this $50 (base) dip manicure. When I noticed the nail tech was going straight in with a drill on my hot mess cuticles (I'm a new mom and hadn't gotten my nails done in months) and wasn't going to soak or trim them, I inquired about it and she said she would do my cuticles after she finished my dip nails. I've gotten at least 100 manicures and I've never witnessed this practice, although she acted like it was routine. After she applied, cut and filed the tips, I noticed some were super misshapen and asked her to correct them. She said she would do it after she applied the powder. Not sure why she wouldn't just do it before and I ultimately had to remind her once the powder was on. Some still aren't a good shape; I'll be trying to correct them at home. The photo I showed her had a solid base color on the nails. She just used the light pink she already had on the counter, telling me it was perfect. It was not perfect. It was way too light, you can completely see the white spots on my natural nail underneath and the tips are white, not pink. They basically look like super grown out nails. What might bother me the most, though, is that, since she didn't trim my nail underneath, and because she applied what might as well be clear powder on top of the dip tips, you can see the ends of my square naturals nail through my almond shaped extensions. It does not look good. When it came time for the chrome, she pulled a bag out, opened two seemingly random containers and asked ME which one she should use. How should I know? One was clearly green, so I told, "her probably not that one," and showed her the reference picture again. I asked her if the chrome would cover the imperfections of my natural nails and she said no lol. She chose pink chrome and you can tell it's pink. It's not the more subtle look I showed her or was going for. Also, you have to get up and wash your own hands here during the manicure. And the cuticle care never happened. I guess she thought the drill did enough. No lotion at the end, no hand massage. I was so excited about this self-care experience, my first manicure after having a baby, but every time I look down at my hands I like them less. I really, really wish the base was solid. It's so frustrating. Especially since I paid like $64 + tip for these (the weird pink chrome cost extra). Needless to say, I won't be returning to this nail salon. read more

Had my nails done with the less effort ever, I had pedicures and manicures in other places and I think I'm able to tell a difference between bad and good ones and definitely this is not the place for me, I just don't like for nail esthetician to talk over the service trying to distract me from the fact that they're doing a poor service, and that they're not even doing one service correctly. We had such a bad experience at this salon!! The service was terrible and the staff was rude. They said there was no wait, but I waited 30 minutes with my feet in the water so I couldn't leave. The towel she used was dirty and had other peoples fingernails in it. I asked for a different one, but she said I was ok and just flipped it over. I paid $45 for a foot scrub and massage, but did not receive either. Afterward she scraped the scrub that she got out for me back into the container. There was also mold growing in the drying station. We have been going to the salon for years. They sold the salon and now it has gone down hill. On top of overcharging me I accidentally hit the tip button and the lady rushed me out without refunding me my tip. I chose a pretty bright pink and Ruby red ombré dip nail and the First Lady was rudely adamant that she couldn't do it, and the second person, I'm pretty sure he was the manager, said he could very confidently. Not only was the color completely off, but they charged me $60 to get nails that looked like a Halloween horror show. It legitimately looks like my nails were ripped off and bloody nubs were left in their place. I decided to go home and not make them feel bad however, not even one week later, the nails are falling off and peeling at the cuticle so that it pulls my hair. The service was bad, the color was off, I was completely overcharged, and the quality was terrible. Dip nails last 2-4 weeks on my fingers. I have had this on my fingers for 6 days. I'll start off with they weren't very sanitary. Lady used the top of her tin that contained the drill bits for acetone on my feet. I then had to describe and show what I wanted probably 10 times if not more (for the remaining of the time) she constantly kept asking if I just wanted a refill.. which would of just been clear.. I asked her if she just wasn't comfortable and that I rather have someone who is and she denied and said she is and could do it. She had one hand soaking and then cut the tips off and took my nails off with another acrylic nail which damaged and caused pain which I kept saying. She ruined my nails on the hand while the other was still nice and strong. Then asked to do a different design instead. Put the wrong size tips on and filled my skin away that was left glued on many fingers. Couldn't get shape I asked for and asked another person to do the design. I asked if she could work on the shape as well and it basically looked the same but I was growing tired of saying more and more every 20 seconds. The designs I asked for were outlined on all fingers except the ring finger, with that one having clouds. No one felt comfortable to do the clouds or had the "right brush" for it. The second lady attempted the lines and it was nothing like the inspo picture and she got mad and asked someone else who said it was too hard for them all. So I was over it at this point. Not worth the $375 I paid for the group service because everyone had just as a bad experience as I did. Uneven nails, burned legs, my sister in law didn't get what she wanted either but luckily was happy enough with what she got. Definitely don't recommend. I could say even more but this was the gist of it. Now I have to go pay another place to fix their mistakes. 3 mani/pedis (2 full sets) and was $375 after all their upselling after already telling them exactly what we wanted, we just gave in and kept saying sure when they asked to upgrade cause we felt uncomfortable but definitely learned our lesson. read more

I spent almost $70 on just a manicure. After my husband called back and told the person in charge that I didn't want them anymore, they said all they could do was change the color. I wanted my money's worth so I went back to get the nails removed because they looked ugly and just not right. When I tried to get a refund, Holly said that she couldn't give me a refund after she did a shitty job on my nails. She told me AFTER she took the nails off that I could go back and get a manicure and she added an additional $25 off for next time. When I tried to go back and get the deal SHE GAVE ME. She said that she couldn't do it and that she could only offer me $20...after I spent almost $70 on nails that I DIDN'T EVEN KEEP. She wouldn't let me get a full set and got very rude and ugly towards my husband and I. So if you want to get your nails done, don't go here. And the other workers will also sit there and talk about you and give you dirty looks the whole time you're there.
