However, I'm super picky about the groomers for my pup, and COVID-19 made it hard for me to feel comfortable sending her anywhere to get groomed. Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands. The staff is super sweet! Lee was able to understand what I was asking for and delivered above and beyond expectations! Lee told me Mali was matted all over, but she was patient with Mali and the outcome was so adorable! They even sent me a cute little photo once she was all done and ready to be picked up.

They not only take a personal interest in your fur baby but they have amazing prices. The owner cathleen truly cares about the animals. She took the time out to listen to me about my babies allergies and personality and took amazing care of her. I have been to places that my dog was nothing but a number on the appointment book. I found them through Nextdoor reviews and booked via text, which was super easy. They were friendly, responsive, and I was able to get an appointment quickly, not months out like a lot of places. I have three dogs, and they were able to schedule all of them together, which was a huge plus. They run things really efficiently. You're given a specific drop-off time, so the dogs aren't sitting in cages all day. Then they text you when your dogs are ready which is usually within a few hours and give about a one-hour window for pickup, which is very convenient. They are open so many days even on Sundays. My dogs looked amazing...so fluffy, clean, and well-groomed. You can tell they take pride in their work. I also noticed that other customers clearly know and trust them, which says a lot. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is just as friendly. This has been exactly what I was looking for in grooming, a place close to home that does just as good (if not better) of a job as the one I was driving far to. We'll definitely be back!
