    Uneven face

    My dogs cut was horrible. It was very choppy and his face was cut uneven all over the place. His tail was not cut as I asked in a text. Neither was his ears cut. I even sent a picture showing how I wanted them. This time it took almost 4 hours before he was ready, compared to the hour and half it normally takes. I wish I would have been informed they were behind when I dropped him off so I could have ran other errands. I try to stay on this side of town when I drop him off because I live so far away. All I ask for is a neatly cut dog that looks like he went to a professional. I could have did this myself and saved my money. I've been here several times and each time had to tell them to do something they forgot. I liked coming here because they didn't keep your dog all day and the assistant Claudia (I think was her name) was nice, who is no longer there.

    Latte had her first grooming yesterday. They did a great job. Reasonably priced and she looks beautiful.

When I dropped him off, I specifically declined the late-night treat because I know my dog does not like peanut butter. However, when I picked him up the next day around 2:00 PM, I was surprised to find charges on my bill for both a "late" pickup and the late-night treat that I had declined. The most concerning issue, however, was my dog's condition when he came home. He was covered in fleas. Prior to his stay, he did not have a flea problem, and he had even been to the vet the day before boarding with no issues noted. Finding him infested immediately after boarding was extremely upsetting. Not only was this uncomfortable for my dog, but it also created a problem in my home that now requires treatment and additional expense. In addition, my dog is normally very high energy, but when he came home he slept the entire first day, which was highly unusual for him and added to my concern about his overall condition after his stay. Between the unexpected charges and the flea issue, this was a very disappointing experience. I would encourage pet owners to carefully review their invoices and thoroughly inspect their pets after pickup.
