I don't know if the previous review got the wrong place but it is the bipolar opposite of my experience of Zoom grooming off camp bowie. I have taken my dog(s) to several groomers the last 10 years and this is the first place I have found that is absolutely phenomenal. They not only take a personal interest in your fur baby but they have amazing prices. The owner cathleen truly cares about the animals. She took the time out to listen to me about my babies allergies and personality and took amazing care of her. I have been to places that my dog was nothing but a number on the appointment book. I have have had such bad cuts that when I took her back they acted like it was my dogs fault that she couldn't get cut properly. I picked up my baby today and she was happy and evening cut all over. She looked so pretty and was so happy. Zoom grooming has a forever customer in me. I promise you that you won't regret taking your fur baby here. read more

This location is an absolute dive, but who cares! The employees are really nice. Pricing is inexpensive in comparison to other places in the area. They really take good care of your pet AND they do a great job. The first cut, I didn't like. I asked for changes when I did the pick-up. They want their customers to be happy, so they'll fix the cut without issue. Hey, I'm picky! Seriously, if you have a problem, they'll do their best to fix it. Just ask. I really like their service and willingness to please. I recommend them to others without hesitation. read more

My dogs cut was horrible. It was very choppy and his face was cut uneven all over the place. His tail was not cut as I asked in a text. Neither was his ears cut. I even sent a picture showing how I wanted them. This time it took almost 4 hours before he was ready, compared to the hour and half it normally takes. I wish I would have been informed they were behind when I dropped him off so I could have ran other errands. I try to stay on this side of town when I drop him off because I live so far away. All I ask for is a neatly cut dog that looks like he went to a professional. I could have did this myself and saved my money. I've been here several times and each time had to tell them to do something they forgot. I liked coming here because they didn't keep your dog all day and the assistant Claudia (I think was her name) was nice, who is no longer there. read more

Brought my cat here June 2022 for a lion cut. First time she had ever gone to a groomer. Very pleased with the outcome. In more ways than one. I still wonder to this day if the cat I picked up was really the same one I dropped off. I mean this is the most amazing sense. The cat I dropped off always napped in a hidey spot, was cautious in her playing, and hated to play on smooth flooring. The cat I picked up, immediately on returning home, started flipping her toys into the air, jumping high to catch them, and was racing around having a great time. And she would race onto the smooth flooring at full speed, slam on the brakes to slide to a stop, then turn and zoom off. And, again that very day, for the first time, napped on the carpet out in the open. And this happy behavior has only increased since then. She received some very special mojo that day. Kathleen transformed our 14 yr old Husky Yellow Lab from fur flying/hair everywhere disaster into a perfectly shaved beauty queen. Our Baby has got very severe arthritis, particularly in her hind quarters. This was her first grooming since the onset hit her. When I brought her in our beauty was apprehensive and definitely wanted to go back with me. Kathleen assured me Sasha was in good hands and that she'd be extra gentle as she sees dogs in same shape. Well, when I went to get her she really didn't want to leave! She came out to greet me with a smile and tail held high and swaying back n forth. She the proceeded to wander right back into grooming room like she didn't want to leave. Wow! Great job. Experienced professional for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. UPDATE 3/6 Once again, as usual, WOW! Cathleen and crew are the best ever. She made our diva happy once again and as always. Quality, quality groom. I've taken my dog to Zoom grooming a few times, the previous time was on March 1st and they did a good job (first pic). I took her again this week and asked for a trim all over to even out her coat, but that was not what she was given at all, she was completely scalped. She does not look like a Labradoodle now, or even the same dog to say the least. She also has 2 small wounds, and when I called to ask about it she stated they were scabbed over, insinuating that they were old cuts which is not true, they were fresh. Even if that were the case, I would think this is something that could have been brought to my attention. To make it worse, she charged me $100 when I've always paid $70 and she stated her prices had gone up. This is something that needs to be mentioned before the service, not after. I understand costs have increased, and accidents happen...but you also need to take accountability and be professional. read more

Unfortunately we were unable to try out Zoom Grooming. We called today, Dec. 26th to try and schedule an appointment over Christmas break. The phone was answered by an extremely rude individual who stated...."It's Christmas Day. We're not scheduling appointments today on Christmas" I thought it would be okay to call a business the day after Christmas, (Dec. 26) but apparently not. They did call right back to try and schedule, but....hmm, no thanks! This was awkward and flat out rude! read more

I thought this place would be great for my pup. It had good reviews and service was quick. Unfortunately the cut wasn't that great. She was left too long even after stating to use a shorter blade. She will be needing another haircut soon. Her beard was clipped too short and her ears were not cut well along with not cutting down her sanitation areas. I shouldn't have to bring my pet home to fix a cut I paid for. read more

She cut my dogs hair really short which wasn't a big deal but later that night Scarlett had 4 to 5 really bad shave burns. 3 under her neck were super bad. I text zoom groomers and sent pictures to tell them what had happened and no response...nothing....nada!! I would never recommend using them at all read more

My two dogs have been groomed by Zoom Grooming four times now. Usually my dogs are scared to go to a groomer but I can tell they are well taken care of at this place. They do not shake when I bring them here. I am very impressed with the great haircut and reasonable price. I will continue to bring my dogs to Zoom Grooming. read more

Celina came to pick up my 15.5-year-old fur baby for a bath and blow dry. They were back around an hour later. My little old lady was perfectly happy and content. She smelled great, looked great and her nails were trimmed nicely. Celina trimmed my big boy's nails as well and he surprisingly sat still for her. Excellent, convenient service!
