We sampled a few and really enjoyed them all. If this place were closer to home, I'd absolutely be a regular. There was plenty of parking, which was nice. The only downside was that there wasn't a food truck the day we visited. They did have pretzels available for purchase, but that's about it, so I'd recommend eating beforehand or checking to see if a food truck will be there. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. I really wanted the craftsmanship of a cocktail without the alcohol and fortunately they offer a non-alcoholic tequila alternative that can be used in any of their drinks.
