My 96' Acura RL, purchased with 88,000 miles in 2005, runs great, as did my Honda & Nissan before..

Service and price is wonderful!…read more Thank you for your help and getting my car new tires. I probably saved over $1k if I went to Costco. No nickel and diming, here is the cost all inclusive.

I called ahead and provided the exact tire size I wanted for my Mercedes Sprinter. I was told the…read moretires were in stock, and we agreed on a price. Based on that information, I drove to the shop and left my van with them. When I returned, I found they had mounted the wrong tire size. Instead of the size we agreed on, they installed smaller tires and then told me they didn't have the correct size available. If they didn't have the tires in stock, they should have been upfront about it before touching my vehicle. Because they could not provide the tires we agreed on, I had them remove everything and reinstall my original wheels and tires. During the process, they also damaged the lug bolt holes on my brand-new Mercedes Sprinter. Rather than taking responsibility, they attempted to thread a different size into the damaged holes. That is not an acceptable repair and should never happen on a new vehicle. I will be taking the van to Mercedes to have the wheel mounting points, hubs, and surrounding components inspected for any damage caused during their work. This experience was a complete waste of time and has left me concerned about the condition of my vehicle. Poor communication, wrong tires installed, and questionable workmanship. I would not recommend this shop. Different bolts Damaged hub assembly Lawsuit will be done
