I filed the charge back and this was their response to me "By initiating a chargeback, you have lost our trust completely. We can no longer place any faith in you". A question to the consumer if you are reading this: Who is supposed to earn who's trust in business. I got the feeling that this business is run by inexperienced persons. Go to their Facebook page and read the reviews, 50% do not recommend them. I wish I read the reviews first. Also, you can do a lot better with $300 (the average cost of their watches) on Amazon buying authentic Seikos and MODs by Pagani for half the price. At first all went well except that they said it was set in sterling. It absolutely wasn't, the shank was sterling because it had been changed the setting was 14 k white gold. I picked it up and in the light in the store it looked ok. As soon as I got outside and the natural light hit it, you could see a huge chip in the stone- It is a rather large Citrine. I went right back in and they said it was like that, I explained it most certainly wasn't and showed them the picture of the stone I took in their store when I dropped it off. They didn't even want to refund my money at first. I understand things can happen, but to deliberately try and hide it and not say anything is deplorable!!They even used glue to set the stone, which showed up after Water hit it. I am heartbroken as it is a rather large cleave in the stone and the ring needs to be totally re-done. Something that is going to cost me at least hundreds of dollars if anyone can even set it in such a way so it is not noticeable. If they can, it will of course totally alter the appearance of a ring that has been in my family for close to a century. Please learn from my experience, I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I experienced.

I seem to remember, I may be wrong but, in Amherst they gave a small discount to those without insurance. It didn't matter why we came to her. Wigs, compassion was all available years ago. A customer that returns over the years would spend as much as a cancer patient with insurance but I will never return. So if you don't have cancer insurance you will get better service at Macy's.

I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! I'm so happy with it and our experience with Bellman's, we'll definitely be back for wedding bands!
