When it came in, I received an email letting me know. The email not only got my first name wrong, but included three pictures of my brand new ring, that I already purchased, on someone else's hand. I went to the store to pick it up today and showed the employee at the customer service desk, asking if this is normal practice at Long's? He agreed it that it was strange, but no apology or anything. I also had to ask for all of the packaging, travel case and cleaning cloth that normally comes with a purchase of the dollar value from this particular brand. We got her business card after and I reached out. First time took her 9 days to respond, said it was because she was on PTO. No big deal, said she would get me information Friday. Information never came, I followed up the next day but still no reply after a week. While I do appreciate the hour she spent with us, respectfully will be taking our business elsewhere as trying to buy an engagement ring should not be this hard.

Given the number of similar negative reviews, this clearly isn't an isolated incident. When the owner inevitably responds with excuses or denials, please be assured: this is EXACTLY what happened.
