Everything the service person told me was a lie. My system, Not discontinued, has a 12 year warranty and is still under warranty with Daikin. So, for 3 months now, this contractor has had my drawings, plans, etc., but hasn't gotten back to me, that really bothers me in a business. If you weren't interested in the job, that's fine, but don't string a potent customer around. Every time that I call, it's oh yeah we will get that to you.
