Last time I went in I got Alli to be my bud-tender, she was informative and fun, but even though I could tell that she knew her stuff she made sure to get input from other experts who work there like Christian, Sean, Tay, and Panda who have all helped me before. I'm non-binary and gender queer... not a lot of people are kind to me when I'm out in Mesa, but when I'm in Jars it really makes me feel seen as a human being when Christian and Panda will go out of their way to say something nice to me, even if I'm not working with them. Alli has usually been on the door when I come in but I was so happy to have the chance to get her to bud tend for me. I've been going here for a bit and I've not had a single bad experience. I get promotional emails and go on days with deals I like and before I got on the emails, the prices were still good, the bud good, and the vibes immaculate. I have so many amazing budtenders to shout out: Jess, Mary Kate, Christian, Alex, and many more but I keep losing my receipts with their names lol my only gripe is that my one of my favorite deals is on Tuesdays and I get paid Wednesdays lmao Update: I love coming here so much. Love this place for many reasons. They have great products at affordable prices and always got specials going on. My budtender was Gabi today and she was awesome. We had a great conversation about different strains we each liked and she steered me towards something new that I hadn't tried but ended up liking. My only gripe would be if your gonna use the online order line, u know how much money you need before you walk in the store so have the cash with you. Nothing worse than someone wasting the bud tenders time and all the people in line by not being prepared w the amount of money you're willing to spend. Overall had a good experience. The vibe is good, music choice was good, selection was also good. I wouldn't say there is much that stands out or anything really and their pricing is generally in line with or a little higher that the average in my area. Selection was very solid and the employees knowledge of it was top notch. If I had to give any part of this experience a stellar review would be the young man who helped me out. I grabbed some concentrates, an edible, and got a free 8th for being my first time in. I wish I could recall his name but as you might expect, I'm pretty stoned right now. The selection here is top tier almost overwhelming in fact. Great sales on everything from dabs to flower. The only thing me and my partner expirenced that we would change is we asked for a hybrid that wouldn't put us to sleep and we were given a dab pen that was a full indica and 88% THC we are on vacation and can hardly use it without getting couch locked we discovered lol. So great product but wished for something less strong and any other suggestions would to be to maybe have menu and prices and your discounts on all the advertising screens to be able to better see everything while standing in line since we can't see everything in front of the counters that you have to offer. read more

JARS is great! The Mesa location is perfect for me. I'm able to visit after work on my way home and it's right off the freeway (the 60). Their five pre-rolls for $25 is a great deal, it's usually my go to order. The store itself is clean and well organized/stocked and there's never a line. I also really enjoy inter with the staff at the Mesa location. Every time I visit I'm greeted with a smile and quickly assisted with my cannabis needs. special shout out to Panda! I have found my new nirvana! Nothing against my old dispensary but this place just has it. I've only been there 3 times, got one bud tender twice, the amazingly patient and respectful Divine! Such a pleasure to be able to have his knowledge and experience and not once did I ever feel rushed like he needed to hurry on to his next sale. Date of visit 2/27/24 Great service, worked with Budtender "Divine", he listened to all my input, made some great selections and gave me the full rundown on my order (i.e. remaining allotment for the month, discounts applied, $ saving's for the order, etc). 08/18/25 Amazing service from this local jars!! ordered online while recovering from my surgery and in my order they were so kind and packed my selection carefully and threw in some extra goodies for me which was incredibly thoughtful. The delivery driver was incredibly kind and helpful (despite making him wait for 10 minutes outside my door while i struggled down the stairs) and even recommended me an excellent drink to make with a goodie they included in my order :) Amazing team that made my day and order worth it! read more

I am handicapped and as I was standing in line waiting for my turn a young lady that worked there came out and said she would help me so I didn't have to stand in line anymore. Once inside she was so helpful and asked me what I was looking for and she told me about the specials they were running.
