Really disappointed to hear that they just fired their top performing employee. I've noticed that most of the other employees are lacking the drive and motivation that Panda captivated. It's possible that jealousy was the main factor in the decision of getting her fired, seeing as how she was flawless at her job. I mean come on now, I would be jealous too if one of my coworkers out performed me and got rewarded with tickets to Coachella... Panda is the nicest person the planet, takes pride in her job, and works harder than anybody that's ever worked in these dispensaries. She's also got over a dozen animals at home to tend to when she's not at work instead of mindlessly scrolling on tik tok smoking employee discounted weed. I've also heard that the owner of the company is extremely strict, I wouldn't blame him when you're profiting off a legal money farm. Okay... can I just say how much I love this place‽ The deals and prices are chill af and I'm a heavy smoker who likes good stuff. But the reason I go here are the people. Last time I went in I got Alli to be my bud-tender, she was informative and fun, but even though I could tell that she knew her stuff she made sure to get input from other experts who work there like Christian, Sean, Tay, and Panda who have all helped me before. I'm non-binary and gender queer... not a lot of people are kind to me when I'm out in Mesa, but when I'm in Jars it really makes me feel seen as a human being when Christian and Panda will go out of their way to say something nice to me, even if I'm not working with them. Alli has usually been on the door when I come in but I was so happy to have the chance to get her to bud tend for me. 2 years ago I left a great review, after tonight we won't be back. They waisted about 30min of our time. My husband wanted to use his points and the guy tried telling him to get something else. My husband wanted whatever he could get his points for, plus some other things. Tony refused to listen to what he wanted and grabbed something different. When he couldn't ring it in because it wouldn't work with points they called for a manger the manager looks at my husband and tells him it's because it's not the right one in a very rude manner. It wasnt my husband who picked it out, it was the cashier Tony. Then the manager says well we are out of that. My husband said well I want to use those points so what can I get in place since you are out? Manager says nothing, we cant give u something else. I've been going here for a bit and I've not had a single bad experience. I get promotional emails and go on days with deals I like and before I got on the emails, the prices were still good, the bud good, and the vibes immaculate. We had a great conversation about different strains we each liked and she steered me towards something new that I hadn't tried but ended up liking. My only gripe would be if your gonna use the online order line, u know how much money you need before you walk in the store so have the cash with you. Overall had a good experience. The vibe is good, music choice was good, selection was also good. I wouldn't say there is much that stands out or anything really and their pricing is generally in line with or a little higher that the average in my area. Selection was very solid and the employees knowledge of it was top notch. If I had to give any part of this experience a stellar review would be the young man who helped me out. The selection here is top tier almost overwhelming in fact. Great sales on everything from dabs to flower. The only thing me and my partner expirenced that we would change is we asked for a hybrid that wouldn't put us to sleep and we were given a dab pen that was a full indica and 88% THC we are on vacation and can hardly use it without getting couch locked we discovered lol. JARS is great! The Mesa location is perfect for me. I'm able to visit after work on my way home and it's right off the freeway (the 60). Their five pre-rolls for $25 is a great deal, it's usually my go to order. The store itself is clean and well organized/stocked and there's never a line. I have found my new nirvana! Nothing against my old dispensary but this place just has it. I've only been there 3 times, got one bud tender twice, the amazingly patient and respectful Divine! Such a pleasure to be able to have his knowledge and experience and not once did I ever feel rushed like he needed to hurry on to his next sale.
