Visited the location on Aug 22nd, purchased the $4.20 special on Pre-Rolls and kief prerolls. Received the special on one preroll but not the other got overcharged. No biggie, Red haired manager stated will make a note on account and get you the free one and pay the difference, kool no worries. Fast forward to today, I arrived to get deal and employee and Management calls me a liar, then tries telling me about how the 4 for $20 works. I said how is it you guys dont know your own deals, look on the website for the 22nd. Notes were on account and GM argues with me about the special. I've attached a photo of what the website says"Preroll" or "kief Prerolls" Aug 22nd. Manager refused to honor deal and wouldn't even look at Evidence. Then tries reversing situation and blames me stating I cursed at an employee lol. Luckily, security guard wasn't impartial and stated I did not. I didn't make a scene, I just don't like being called a liar when deal was obvious on website and I had the proof. I've never experienced such bad service and would like my money back. Not to mention employee comes out says this happens all the time. Avoid this place....Manager cares more about being right, then growing the business and "Making it right" for customers. TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF A DISABLED VETERAN WITH CANCER! Also, they got my order wrong, but you can't open it there, and you can't get a refund or replacement, but that wasn't the issue. The prodicts I got were good, I was a bit shocked they had so many flowers listed as Indica and with extremely high thc content. My problem.... I'm riding a motorcycle in 100 plus degree temps as it is. There's a lot of holiday weekend traffic, it was almoat a half hour trip there. I dress for the slide, not the ride, so I'm always in leather and a full-face helmet sometimes flipped up for more air. Leather gloves and boots, heavy denim pants... all this while sitting on top of a hot engine and hot pipes. I love riding. I'm just setting the scene for how miserably hot this disabled vet is. So I had left my large backpack in a chair by the door. The guard had held the door for me and then closed it while waiting for me to grab my stuff. I commented about how I wasn't putting it all on, I was gonna take a drink and smoke before I left. When I had my items and was ready to leave, he held the door open again. I thanked him. As I got out the door, he came out also. I commented how hot it was and asked if there was any shade. He didn't reply. I looked on the parking side: all beating sun, then noticed the trees in front had a couple of small shaded spots. I commented that I gonna go over there. He started helping a newly arriving patient. I walked over to the one little piece of shade and sat my helmet down. I took my backpack off my back. I have a sling bag I always carry with medicine and stuff, and it was over my coat. I was burning up, and i needed air. As I got the bag off and then started taking off my coat, then and only then the guard said, "We can't have any that here." I pointed to my still sealed bag sitting by itself, so nobody thought I opened it, and said, I'm not smoking that, I'm gonna smoke a cigarette. He starts explaining I could go across the street into I dont know maybe their building, and smoke in that parking lot. I explained I was overheating, and I needed to drink something and cool off. He tried saying AZ law says 30 feet, I corrected it as its 20, he points to the no smoking sign, I explain its like all businesses have it, and then you go 20 feet away, I pointed and said, I'm not good with distance but I'm pretty sure this is 20 feet away. He tells me I can't. I started gathering my things, i still couldn't get into my bag to get my soda out, and it was so hot. I started to leave and decided to ask for the manager. This other patient is still out front, his back is turned to the guard, and they do not seem to be doing anything. When i ask for the manager, he tells me, "In a minute when im done helping him." I say I'm sorry, his back was to you for so long I didn't realize you two were communicating. He seems to just stand there til the patients girlfriend comes up and at that time the guard goes in for about thirty seconds and comes back and says, "Hes busy, he'll be out here when he can." So I pick up the phone and call. Im explaining that I am hot, I am overheating while being made to stay outside while waiting to talk to the manager and I hope I dont fall out and they have to call 911 because they wouldn't offer me shade. He says he will be right out. Its not long before he comes out, and he starts by explaining they dont let people smoke there and theres signs, and i explain that i should have been told that. I went on to describe how three times i said i would be smoking and was never told no, and the only time they had an issue was when i started taking my hot leather gear and bags off my body. He mentions about going across the street, and I explain Im a disabled vet, have a bad leg, and I have cancer and lung disease, and yes, I know I shouldn't smoke, but I still do. He replies he had no way of knowing that. I say he didn't ask. Anyway, as Im about to leave, I see on the back side of the building, surely for employees, ashtray, right by the building... "30 feet," my bleep! read more

Bad experience here yesterday. I walked in and showed my ID to security. She noticed my birthday was the next day. 6 hours away. She hyped me up telling me to go tell the Budtender to get a freebie. I went to the counter and the Budtender told me nope. He didn't care. He just wanted to talk about dirty heads that was playing on the radio. Lame. Told me to come back the next day. Lame again. So why the heck did the first employee hype me up like that. If an employee hyped a customer up like that you probably should just honor the deal. False/Misleading information on the website and at the location. I asked for an indica strain in a pre roll being that the website provides that information. I left the Dispo without checking the bag thinking they did and they gave me a hybrid. I got home and called about 15 mins later and all they said was oh yeah its an energizing indica hybrid, and i said that i know thats why im calling because they gave me something i didn't ask for. I stopped at the entrance so the security can check Id and he don't let me go in only cause my drivers license is from Mexico. I told him it's okay i got my United state's passport but he didn't even want to look at it. He said "if it's not a Us drivers license i won't let you in" I have been to plenty of dispensaries in the last year in three different states including New Mexico, California and Texas and nobody has ever had an issue with my drivers license. read more

The selection is overvalued and has inconsistent prices. Goldsmith used to be 10$ for .5g vape cartridge, now you have to buy 5 for 10$ each. The .5g distillate syringes are 25$ too. 25$ for .5g of distallate?! The 14g 50% discounted shake, is only 15% thc or below in recent development, which isn't too bad for 20$. The pharm carts are good quality, the oil is distillate, a bit runny, but not terrible. 30$ for 1g and on Bogo that's 15$ each for 2gs. The service has on multiple times been able to process my coupon/discount(s), but on other times I've been jipped out of a deal (like hitting the exact dollar amount for a promotion, when promo says it does not need to exceed- just at least). Halloween was the best event for Hana, free goodie bag for waiting outside is always great. Also one day will be like 40% off aeriz and the next following day it's like Bogo, like why did I opt in for buying today when I can get it cheaper tomorrow. Overall Hana is 4/5 for service, 3/5 for selection, and 3/5 for value. read more

Staff was friendly. Easy location to find, and unlike many Phoenix dispensaries, this was not in a super sketchy or unsafe location. I could go here alone as a small young female and be just fine. They had both of the kinds of pods I use which is a bonus since not many dispensaries carry them. Very high prices for very weak bud. "Summer time savings" deal is bogus, $50 after tax for a low-mid grade 8th of house flower and that's supposed to be some big deal? What a joke. Well lesson learned stick to the big dispensaries because apparently there's a reason they're big while Hana stays small with only 1 valley location and 2 locations total. I highly suggest not wasting your money here, JARS on 24th street is only a couple miles away and has much better product for better prices not to mention far better customer service and accurately represented deals on their website unlike Hana. One of my worse experiences I've ever had at a dispensary in Phoenix. Coming from a "so called" vip patient (total BS) I come here twice a week Mon-Fr with my job being so close and sometimes on the weekends. So today I one in and ask for a mask she said there was no more so once I got to the back I asked the bud tender for one because I had never seen the girl at the front counter. So she here's me ask again then bursts in from across the room saying "there is no more,I've already told you" So the I ask for what I get almost every day which is at least an 8th of modified bananas, which I was told at first they have no more grams from the girl at the front desk once again, very rude as well. Never asked for a gram but an eighth which I get almost every day. So the bud tender tells me they only have quads available. Made absolutely no sense to me, so as he's explaining this the girl buts in again very rudely so I explain that I wasn't talking to her but to my bud tender. I had already asked to speak with management about this incident but instead I was threatened to be made to leave which is abuseing what little power a person has within their job is exactly what happened to me at this dispensary. Instead of clearing this up I was made to leave without any explanation other then I was asked to leave, but for what exactly??? Sucks this happened but Clearly the girl at the front counter is extremely new &RUDE. Not to mention this all started from me asking if they had an extra facemask which is common to have. Instead I was told to leave. A so called vip customer who comes twice a day Mon-Fri and sometimes weekends get treated like this and made to leave???! Thaaaaaaannnnnkkkk Yooooouuuuu!!! I will most definitely take my money elsewhere with this kind of BS. Definitely lost a very good customer.ill know longer be coming here but ill make sure people are aware of this kind of behavior. The bud is old and stale sometimes and some of the staff are friendly and nice to talk to but the other clerks are jut horribly rude and not personable at all. TBH it's a hit or miss here on the weed and the manager guy is the worst (young cat) and for those reasons I stopped going here (even tho it's 5 minutes away from my house) and moved to a better dispensary with a way better rewards system. read more

The manager there was very disrespectful. They made a mistake at the store and would not credit my account. When I called to speak with the AGM to correct this issue and she kept yelling her "policy" saying it was my fault for not mentioning that I mentioned that I was OWED a discount too late. This "AGM" also said that I was holding her "hostage" over this discount. I immediately said that the jargon she was using was not appropriate for this situation.
