RIP HANA DISPENSARY!!!!! I literally used to come here every Tuesday for tax free Tuesday from what I understand they were the only dispensary in all of Phoenix that participated in this reoccurring tax-free Tuesdays every week. They also had the same deals every week plus they added deals that would rotate out weekly. By far Hana dispensary was my all-time favorite dispensary unfortunately they were bought out by JARS THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2026. My usual budtender was kind enough to share the information of them being bought out literally the first Tuesday of January because I went every Tuesday and that was so upsetting. And within three days had turned completely into Jars dispensary. Hana's reward system was amazing. I literally got a free ounce by my fourth visit with all my points. I am so heartbroken that they were bought out by jars. read more

Update: New management saved my opinion of this company. After a month of back and forth emails only to be forgotten about by the old manager, the new GM Madison took over and within 24hrs had a free product waiting for me to pick up. The assistant GM was extremely apologetic when I came in about the situation and how long it took to remedy it. These two are a great example of the company I originally fell in love with! Great job new Hana Team! I reached out per the company's request weeks ago and still haven't heard back... The most ironic thing about this situation is they sent me a thank message for reaching a loyalty milestone after my last visit. So I Just want to document that they have no interest in repairing relationships with their customers, it's all just for show. read more
