I received a defective diesel 6.7 and paid $4200 to install it, then found out it was received that way. JASK is giving a run around to refund the labor of $4200. While the warranty states they don't cover labor, the law says if it was received defective, then they claim to have inspected engine is false and void any company "policy". Very Looooong story short, I would describe my experience with Jask auto parts as sketchy AF. I purchased an engine with 54,000 miles, than it was 59,000 miles. When I asked for paperwork verifying the mileage for resale, I got a lot of excuses. Finally I informed them that if the mileage was unable to be verified, the engine was literally worthless. That's when I was told they had plenty with 150,000 to 200,000 miles available. literally double the mileage of the engine I had already purchased 7 days prior. So now they have my $2,000.00 for an engine that they don't even possess that I purchased. I keep getting the run around and demanded a refund. On July 23, 2025, I discovered metal shavings in the oil pan before installation and immediately told JASK. They insisted I install the motor "for diagnostic confirmation." Against my better judgment, I did. It was installed on Sept 3, 2025 by Guzman Auto & Welding, and the result was instant trouble--coolant contamination, rough idle, and catastrophic piston failure. Photos and reports show pre-existing internal damage, not installer error. I sent documentation and requested a replacement or refund. Instead of resolution, I got delays and excuses. Jask Customer Service is instantly responsive, pleasant and helpful. The process should be good, as they offer photos of the part for your approval before they ship. HOWEVER, I received the engine in the photo, but in a rusted-out condition as if it had spent seasons outdoors after the photo was snapped. BE SURE to request same-day and time-stamped photos from all angles. Our mechanic would not install the engine from Jask, and upon return, I was charged the restock fee and shipping mentioned on the website, and ALSO the original shipping, not mentioned on the website. I am quite dissatisfied with this vendor. They sent me a damaged part (a radio bezel), were unable to find an undamaged part to replace it, and then offered to only refund me a fraction of the cost ($125 on a part that's going to cost me over $500 to procure elsewhere). When I complained that this was not satisfactory, the excuse I was given was "This is the best we can do, we're already barely going to make money on this order". Honestly, that's not my problem - if you want to make money, don't sell damaged goods - and if you do, make it right with the customer with a fair refund. I know many people have had good experiences with this seller, but know you are taking a risk and that if the part you get is damaged and they aren't able to find a good replacement, they'll simply offer you a low-ball refund amount. Do not order from Jask! Unreliable! Salesperson said his name was Mark. Promised to ship my part so that I would have it within 5 days. I paid in full. Waited 7 days, still didn't receive it. Called back and spoke with Mark again. He said UPS had a problem last week. It sounded very unbelievable. I could tell he was just making up excuses. If there was a UPS issue, he could have notified me of the delay. He admitted it hadn't shipped yet. I was not happy. I was going to cancel the order. But "Mark" assured me that he would ship the part immediately even if it cost him extra shipping so that I would have it by Monday (4 more days). I agreed. The next day, I asked Mark to provide me with the UPS tracking number. He said he wasn't at his computer but would get it to me soon. Of course I never heard back from him. I purchased a used engine for a 2011 Toyota Camry LE from JASK Auto Parts last December 2023 for $ 2,000.00. Upon receiving the engine my mechanic removed the old engine and installed the 58,000 miles used Toyota Camry engine sold to me by JASK Auto Parts for $ 2,000.00. The engine was claimed to have been tested, fully functional, and had a very low mileage of 58,000 miles as claimed by Ms. Christina Anderson a sales representative from JASK Auto Parts. The cost to remove the old engine and the installation of this engine supplied by JASK Auto Parts by my mechanic Dutch Auto, Spring Valley, NY cost me $ 1,500.00 Immediately upon installation of the used engine bought from JASK Auto Parts my mechanic Dutch Auto, Spring Valley, NY, noticed that the (4) Crank Shaft Position Sensors that came with the engine bought from JASK Auto Parts were defective. I had my mechanic Dutch Auto, Spring Valley, NY change and install the sensors for $ 275.00. The defects with the engine supplied by JASK Auto Parts did not stop with this. Immediately after receiving my car and taking it for a test drive, I noticed that the Check Engine light as well as the Traction Control light was still on. I returned back to my mechanic Dutch Auto, Spring Valley, NY, and asked him the reason for it. Upon conducting further tests it was determined that there was a problem with the Cam Shaft Timing Kit. The code for this defect was sent to JASK Auto Parts immediately. The solution for this was the replacement and repair of the Cam Shaft Timing Kit which would cost me an additional $ 1,250.00 to be paid to Dutch Auto Parts, Spring Valley, NY. The diagnostic cost for checking and determining the source of the Cam Shaft Timing cost me an additional $ 150.00. I requested JASK Auto Parts to compensate me for all these charges as I was within the warranty period of 3 months from the time of receiving the defective engine from JASK Auto Parts shipped on December 27, 2023, and received during the first week of January 2024. JASK Auto Parts and its sales representatives Ms. Christina Anderson, and Mr. Leslie Petrers have been offering me various refunds ranging from $ 750- $ 650 at present. I have refused this offer as to date I have spent $ 3,925.00 as a result of JASK Auto Parts supplying me with this defective 2011 Toyota Camry Engine. I am a small business owner and I use my car which previous to my purchase of this defective engine from JASK Auto Parts gave me 250,000 miles without any problems and I maintained this vehicle well. I used it to meet with my customers as well as used it to get various materials for my jobs until my engine failed at 250,000 miles. I expected more from a company like JASK Auto Parts. At present, they are asking me to send the defective engine back for a full refund of $ 2,000.00 paid for the defective engine sent by JASK Auto Parts. I asked them who would pay for the installation of this defective engine supplied by JAS Auto Parts as well as the removal of the defective engine supplied by JASK Auto Parts which has cost me $ 1,925.00 to date and an additional cost of $ 1,250.00 for removing the engine which would have by then cost me $ 5,175.00 to receive a full refund from JASK Auto Parts of $ 2,000.00 causing me a financial loss of $ 3,175.00 and my nonavailibility to the use of my work car since December 27, 2023 until date. I was willing to forgo all the additional costs and requested JASK Auto Parts to pay me $ 1,250.00 plus the Cam Shaft Timing kit and that would address all the issues because even then I would be suffering a loss of $ 1,625.00. However, JASK Auto Part sales representative Ms. Christina Anderson offered to pay me $ 750.00 on January 22, 2024, and the Cam Shaft Timing Kit, on January 30, 2024, Ms. Anderson reduced the payment to $ 650.00 and this was conveyed to me by email from Ms. Christina Anderson and by phone call by Me. Leslie Peters. This type of poor treatment of a customer after spending this money is going to be disputed with my banks as well as taking JASK Auto Parts for the pain and suffering caused as a result of this traumatic experience.    I am presently renting a car at the rate of $ 300.00/ week for a total cost of an additional $ 1,200.00. All in all, I have suffered a financial loss of $ 4,375.00 and left with a shell of my car that is still in good condition physically except for not having an engine which is the most vital part of the car to keep it running. I am left with no choice but to take JASK Auto Parts to the Small Claims Court in Kent County at the 61st District Court for $ 7,000.00 which is the maximum allowed by the Small Claims Court in the State of Michigan. I am hoping to finally get justice from the courts to have my 2011 Toyota Camry fixed with a new engine and continue to use it for my work. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I spoke with a salesperson on the phone her name is Raina. I called to find out about an engine they supposedly had in stock. I was told that the engine had approximately 22k miles on it and it was a top tier Grade A Engine. I paid almost $3300 to them believing what they had told me was real. Unfortunately they lied to me just to make a sale. When I called in after two days of them taking my money I spoke to the owner Marc and he told me that they never even had an engine to sell me for the money I gave them. Instead Marc told me that they have another engine available but it'll cost $350 more than I originally paid to them. When I explained to Marc that I never received any information regarding the first engine I paid for he told me that they don't give out information like that. The salesperson Raina specifically told me she was going to send me all the information on the engine I purchased but apparently that was just another lie. This is a VERY SHADY company everyone!, Beware of anything they tell you because most likely it's a lie.
