We chose JasonRic Photography for our family photos this summer. It was awesome! Very professional, and fun. We went to beautiful park and he took tons of great photos of us and our daughter, who was 7 months old at the time. He had tons of great ideas for poses and locations, and got a bunch of great facial expressions of our girl, which can be tricky. I highly recommend JasonRic Photography and we will be choosing them again!

I met Jason on my first photo shoot ever. He was great! Patient, friendly and professional. Needless to say, he made me look good. I've added pics.

We were so fortunate to have Jason as our photographer for our wedding in January! Everybody loved our pictures! They turned out great! We could tell he really loves what he does through our pictures. He took the time to edit them and we still got them back very quick after the wedding. Throughout the whole planning process, Jason answered all of our concerns promptly and he always had a great attitude! Jason was definitely one of our favorite vendors! We were so blessed to have found him! Everything went smoothly on the day of, and he was able to catch all aspects of the wedding on camera. We would DEFINITELY recommend Jasonric Photography and look forward to future photo shoots with him!

The photos turned out so good--they honestly look like they were taken by a professional photographer! The best part is that we took them ourselves using a remote, so we could press the button whenever we were ready to pose. It made the whole experience feel so relaxed and fun! They also have different photo booths you can use inside, and you can even turn your favorite photos into adorable keychains. Such a cute keepsake! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back on our next visit (:

There are plenty of TikTok videos demonstrating directions though. It does get quite busy throughout the holiday season, so I would anticipate a wait if you are interested in coming then. As of July 2026, they had 2 classic backdrop rooms (1 pink and 1 blue), 1 with a star-designed backdrop which produced a transparent film, and 2 vintage booths in one room. The classic backdrop rooms is super spacious, so it is great for large parties. The 2 vintage booths were similar to those of 'Booth by Bryant,' but the lighting is so much better and you are able to see yourself as you are taking the photos. The classic backdrop cost $5/ 2 strips whereas the vintage photo booths cost $6/ 2 strips. You also have the option of paying an additional $15 to make an XL strip and this is one of many customization options.

Truth be told....I write this with a bit of a tear in my eye....not to get too melodramatic over a…read moreyelp review....but pictures...when done perfect and if your in a particular sentimental mood....can have that effect. Some backstory...Imagix/Michelle has done our yearly photos for our son from ages 1 to now 5. (See my past reviews). From somehow capturing a perfect moment from our perpetually moving blur of a son (ages 1-3) to patiently instructing four 70/80 year olds on how to hold their aforementioned 4 year old Tasmanian Devil grandson last year, Michelle is a magician/artist...I always leave the photoshoot stressed from the chaos Hurricane Daniel (our son) leaves in his wake....But every year we come back to look at the proofs and are amazed at Michelle ability to capture "lighting in a bottle" . This year was no different. Fortunately we survived the terrible 2's (...3's....4's....) and thanks to time, maturity, and the opposite of gentle parenting, our little Daniel, though far from perfect, is manageable. But we didn't want to make it too easy for Michelle, so we threw in another variable. After a recent canine cancer scare, and recently learning from Google that all dogs, however loyal and cute, unfortunately have an inescapable life, span, I somehow convinced my beautiful but camera shy wife that this is the year we do a family photo with our dog. Some more backstory, if you read this far, our Yorkie, Libby, loves us but HATES the rest of the world. She spent the entire hour photoshoot in perpetual scowl and Volume 11 non stop bark. One week later as she always does, lighting in a bottle perfection. I looked at the proofs with amazement. Our son, we expected....she's done it every year, but how she made a loud perpetual yapping bark into a impossibly cute smile is above my skill set. But I think her greatest feat is how she lessened the "he must be rich" looks gap between my wife and I. My wife is easy, even me with my amateur Android skills, it's hard for her to take a bad picture. Michelle mastery came with how she elevated me to "he must be funny" looks gap level. So why the tear? We loved one of the pics so much we purchased a large framed canvas print to hang on our living room wall. My 85 year old happened to be in town for his grandsons 5th bday so I asked him for an helping hand hanging the picture. I figured he has these family portrait hanging at my childhood home. My brother and I with our full head of hair and my mom shoulder pads captured the 90's to a tee...but what I always remember is the "proud" look my dad had on his face. A look of accomplishment shouting "look at me world and all that I love and created". Watching my aging dad struggle, listing to my aging dog bark in a locked room to protect my dad's ankles, I was suddenly reminded that time, as much as you want to hit pause, always moves forward. It's a good idea to stop and smell the roses, or in this case, look at the snapshot/memories/moments and take it all in. After my dad handed me the leveler and I put away the hammer, and I looked up....and yeah....I had that "Dad" look

From the very beginning, they were fantastic communicators, helping me with everything from choosing the location to discussing the overall style of the shoot. On the day of the session, they were warm, funny, and made everyone feel completely at ease. They were the perfect team to capture our family's memories. It was especially helpful that they spoke both Cantonese and Mandarin, which made communicating with my parents-in-law so much easier. Even more impressively, they somehow managed to get my cranky 9-month-old engaged and smiling throughout the session! And of course, the photos were absolutely stunning. The perfect finishing touch to an already wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and will definitely be booking Dave and Florence again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented photographers who truly know how to make the experience enjoyable for the whole family.

The photo studio is located inside AR Galleria (the main galleria entrance was locked on Sunday afternoon so I had to enter through the side door via Cafe Lowell). [Parking]: Easy and free parking in the large plaza. [Reservation]: I was able to call and book a same-day reservation on Sunday. Visitors can also make an online reservation via the studio's website. Upon arrival, I scanned a QR code and signed a waiver before the owner started my 5-minute photo session. [Price]: $27 for 4 physical copies and digital copies to download via email (must be downloaded within 7 days). I did not initially receive an email, but I emailed the owner the next day about the download link and he sent a follow-up email with the link within a few hours (the email was hidden in my spam folder). The email included all the pictures taken during the session. The shop also makes photo keychains ($4+ each). The studio also offers 15-minute and 30-minute self-portrait sessions. [Studio]: While I was here for a passport photo, the studio mainly operates as a self-portrait studio where customers take photos of themselves. This small studio has all the props and camera setup needed to make it happen. [Process]: The owner had me sit on a chair and took 7 pictures. Out of the 7 pictures taken, I was able to choose one for him to print while the rest of pictures can be downloaded via a link in an email. It was more important to receive a digital copy because the US passport renewal process requires applicants to upload a digital photo rather than submit a physical copy. I was able to use one of the digital copies and now that same picture will be on my passport for the next 10 years before the next renewal timeline. [Conclusion]: Overall it was an efficient process and I was able to walk in and out within 15 minutes. However, it would be helpful for the studio to provide additional entry instructions on the website when the main galleria entrance is locked.
