Friendly staff. Average at best food. Had a turkey panini, just very average. For $10 I'm sure I could find a better sandwich elsewhere. I love delis. Jason's deli is really close to my house which I love. They have a ton of menu options, but nothing too overwhelming. They've got a salad bar, a wide selection of soups, sandwiches, and so much more. I love their managers special. You can get a half a sandwich and cup of soup for about $9. their french onion soup is great. Not a fan of french onion soup at places like this, but this one definitely feeds my french onion craving. read more

Disgusting!! I was there yesterday and ordered the salad bar. I went to the end of the counter to pick up my plate to see a crumb of food in the bowl. So I asked one of the girls working there if I could have a new bowl. She gave me a confused look so I told her can I have a clean one!! So she gets another one from the cooler thing, examines it and starts to SCRAPE something out of the bowl and them shows me and asks if this one is okay?!?! Ok F****** gross you just put your dirty little fingers in the new bowl, but then try to get something out of it too! And on top of that there was still some yellow crust in it! Gross!!!! I love this place. It is right next to my work and we order from them all the time. Sometimes it takes a while to get your food, it seems like they are always packed. The service is phenomenal, they are knowledgable and seem genuinely happy to be there. Everyone in the store seems to be working really hard and they run very well as a team, it's noticeable. They put up with our 6 separate transactions (some cards some cash) every week, which is pretty cool to me. I know that can be a pain. The store is always clean no matter how busy they are and the food is fresh and tastes great every time. Love it. read more

Our favorite sandwich place. The food is always fresh, soups are great, staff is always cheery and professional. This is the only place you can find a decent pastrami or Reuben's sandwich that I've been able to find in the area. Plus there are plenty of great desserts, soups, beverages a lot more. You get a lot of meat on the New York Yankee. The salad bar is excellent, the eating area is spacious, and you are served quickly. If you're looking for a nice refreshing deli-style meal, you need to visit this place. Not only are they very professional and respectful to their customers, they have an amazing salad bar, they deliver, and they have as much free ice cream as you'd like. Every single time I've gone there I've had a great experience. I usually end up ordering online and going to pick up my order. They've always been timely and offered free ice cream and tacked on some free cookies for waiting. As far as delivery goes, I had one disappointing experience with the delivery boy. He ended up being pretty rude and I called to complain to the manager. Not only was my meal compensated, but he gave me another free meal for the future. The manager was professional and took note of everything I said. I couldn't ask for more. The food is delicious; I need not say much more in that regard. read more

Great family restaurant with very friendly staff. Free ice cream with cones which I personally think is very nice, and if you have kids a great incentive to get them to finish their food! They bring you your food after you order and have free muffins and garlic toast as well. Their salad bar is also quite loaded. Overall a good place for the price. If I could give them 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. First off, the African American lady at the cash register was so rude to me. Ignored me when I first walked in and greeted people behind me instead of me. I put in an order of $300 for my job staff and I went to go get some corn bread things that they give out and I needed 18 of them for each one of my coworkers and the blonde girl who looks like a stick cane over and rudely told me I can only take a few, even though I just made a $300 order. They are so unprofessional and they just slapped together the order and half of the sandwiches are falling part and the meat isn't even on them it's falling off. I'll never return to this Jason's deli location because of these rude workers who are clearly miserable with their lives and taking it out on customers. Yeah it must suck to work at a shitty place like Jason's deli but there's no need to take your shitty mood out on people trying to enjoy their day. read more

I loved to eat here....decided I needed to give it a second chance, couldn't remember why I stopped going there and then remembered why. I was picking up a to-go order because they now do not deliver after 6 pm. Ok, I thought it is worth the drive. I go in to pick up our order and was amazed at how filthy things were behind the counter, it was 7pm. The Onion Soup lacked cheese and had NO flavor. The Beef Eater sandwich according to my daughter was not right...my salad was sparse, had three olives, two cherry tomatoes, the boiled egg still had shell on it and after crunching through it-trying not to throw up....I threw up. Not like they use to be...are they going out of business? Is money that tight? I won't order there again and I have visited this place since it opened. read more

Ordered the soup. It was kinda warm not fresh. Ordered the food and drinks then after order was complete. We where told the soda machine was out of order. How does that make since?? The salad bar is re-used. We stayed until close that night. All the food from the salad bar was put into tuba-wear that looked old / dirty. Haha, going there for lunch 2 days in a row says something good! Being frigid well below zero, Jason's has a wide selection of fresh soups, that Beef Stew and Tomato are out of this world. As long as the cold is here, going back for another variety each day. Oh, their salad bar is so extensive, you could just have that alone as a meal if you wanted. This lady was so nice to us with putting everything on the table, asking us if we had a good day, and making everything fine that even the chief wasn't pissed off anymore. I love Jason's Deli for their first-rate sandwiches and a great salad bar. I usually get either the reuben or turkey reuben; both are large and very tasty. The salad bar is always fresh and has a good variety of fixings. The salad bar also includes hummus, which I really like, and for dessert, chocolate chip mousse and gingerbread mini-muffins. And, with all meals, free soft-serve ice cream. I only wish they had a better location; they are too far from work for me to go here for lunch. read more

We have always had a good experience at Jason's Deli. We ordered a to-go order and my California Club was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The bread was so hard it was terrible. We called and they said they would comp us a sandwich. Perfect, maybe someone was having a bad night. I get it. So this evening we thought we would try them.again... ordering a California club no tomato. This is the only thing I have ever ordered here. The sandwich came out quickly and it has tomato on it. I go to the counter and tell them I ordered the sandwich without tomato. A few seconds later here comes the same sandwich without the tomato. They literally just took the tomato off and brought it right back to me. I could have done that. So I go back to the counter and speak to the manager on duty, who is probably 13. I told him what happened and asked for a refund. He brings me the refund and a sandwich with no tomato. Yeah NO THANKS! Unfortunately, this will be the last time I come here. read more

Got a $5 off coupon for my birthday, so decided to come in and give it a try. I come in and and the cashier/manager says hello and is friendly. I order and then show coupon, then he asks if it's my birthday and then stops being friendly. No happy bday, enjoy your meal, just here is your number. The booth is dirty and i see employees just sitting at a table in the rear. There is only one other couple in the store, so there is plenty of time to clean the tables. The sandwich tastes dry and they no longer give you a pickle with it. To top it off, the ice cream machine is out of order....not impressed! read more

The reason I come here: they offer gluten-free bread for their sandwiches! And it's decent gluten-free bread! Their sandwich choices are tasty, especially when wheat intolerance means you don't often get sandwiches. I have been eating at Jason's Deli since 2000. The one in Aurora used to be located off Abilene and then moved out on Parker and Chambers. This 'was' my favorite restaurant. NOT anymore! I always get the Manager's Special- 1/2 sandwich (corned beef) and a cup of soup. They've raised their prices to almost $13.00! $13.00 for 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup! Seriously!!! There are tons of nice restaurants that charge LESS! I can get a steak at Applebee's for less! Plus, the amount of meat is not what it used to be and they skimp on the condiments like lettuce and tomato (only 1/2 slice!). If I'm going to pay that much money I'm gonna do a much nicer sit down meal that winds up costing less! Also, hmmm, I've been paying this price for months but I just checked the online menus for Jason's and it says I should only be paying $6.99-7.99 for a Manager's Special. Explain that one!
