I have never been so disappointed in a manager as I have been today! I love Jason's deli and the food is always great! Today I at in the deli and then went to order food to take home to other family members. It was not that crazy busy and one of the people working the register ask a co-worker, (whom I found out later was the manager) to take our order... "NOT NOW I CAN IN MAYBE 15 MINUTES" The girl took my order and I sat watching the crew behind the counter fill order. The man who said he could not take my order was working the line filling orders, the phone rang twice and he took off one glove and slid in a hurry to pick up the call. He finished the phone order and went to go back to working behind the counter on orders, he went to get a new glove and the box fell out of the wall holder and HE PICKED IT UP WITH THE GLOVED HAND TOOK A NEW GLOVE NOT REPLACING BOTH GLOVES!!! Back at it he went filling orders. I ask the girl who took my order if he was a manager, she said 'yes , one of them..." I said "I love Jason's deli and have never had any kind of complaint or problem till today" I explained to her what I had seen and the Manager just rolled his eyes and stated he did not such thing!!! When my order was ready the girl handed it to me and I told her I was very sorry that he was her manager that he sucks at customer service and that I was not happy with how he handled this situation! I am real upset with myself for not getting his name!! I have never ate here before, but I decided to make an online order for my boyfriend to pick up for work. It was around 8 pm, he arrived to pick it up. He was in a rush so he didn't check his bag of food. I ordered 2 meals with 2 cookies. They forgot one of my cookies, and that cookie was about $2. I ordered Jason's Deli via Uber eats tonight. My order was over $45. The entire order was wrong and it took an hour and a half to be delivered. The Uber driver said that the restaurant was at fault. I called to complain to Jason's Deli about the order and they said that I need to call Uber eats because they don't fix issues when it comes to Uber orders. When I place an order; you receive it and complete the order, right? You have time to review it and get it right. When it isn't right, at all, you don't try to fix it? I will never order from this location again. You should not work in the service industry if that is your attitude. Way to lose a customer! read more

My husband and I usually get take out, and had stopped going here because our order was messed up every time. We recently decided to try them again. After one good experience, we ordered again a week later. They left ingredients off our sandwiches, no sauce or hummus, and skimped badly on the other ingredients, bacon, olives, etc. My husband called to complain and the manager told him we wouldn't be charged. my mother in law took me here while visiting them in texas and i pretty much became hooked. after we moved to NRH i came here as much as i could. i always ordered my own sandwich i build and split it with the hubby. it was usually hard to take a bite it was soo tall, and the ingrediants are quality and fresh. love how big the dining room is and how u can find a booth in the sun :-) read more

My wife and I eat here once a month it's a really great atmosphere the people are really friendly great food very healthy we love it a lot.

The salad bar food was great. Clean salad bar. Clean drink service. Tables were cleaned. However, I came with a baby in the high chair & received no help. I had to push the baby around the salad bar while holding my tray/food/drink avoiding the baby knocking it over. Yes I observed staff helping an elderly person which was much appreciated but I would have loved the same appreciation. I will not visit this location again. To control a tray of food & beverage while pushing a baby in a high chair & carrying a diaper bag, I wish I had stayed home & enjoyed my PB&J sandwich for the fifth day in a row! The one time I tried to get out, the experience was terrible. Never again Jason's Deli! read more

Love the new location for Jason's deli and food is good as ever.....it's in the old blockbuster in the parking lot of duke's roadhouse.

They raised the prices and started filling soup cups only half way. I love Jason's deli but a $5 bowl of soup should at least be a full bowl. read more

If you get your food to go, be sure you are in the mood to cook or have a microwave! This is the only location that I have to nuke my food to make it warm. The potato was so raw, the butter was still solid when I got home and I had to nuke it for 6 minutes just to get it to where it didn't crunch. I had to warm my soup up as well. Fresh, delicious food, fast service, and kind, professional employees. I don't like the 7.00 delivery charge, however it is worth the quality and tastiness of Jason's Deli. My favorites are the new Maine Lobster bisque - oh my, it was incredible - and the chicken salad with pineapple/nuts, among many others. Very consistently good. I usually get the California Club and veggies, and it's always great. Sometimes I opt for the salad bar which is great if you have time for a longer lunch, so that you can try all the great salad combos.
