Tried this location near me. I ordered a basic sandwich which was fine I ordered a large coke which was flat and a side of the pesto bow tie pasta salad sounded tasty never had it before. My order was on 2/22 they gave me pasta salad that was use by 2/19. The pasta salad was a slimy mess in the container and had a super strong smell. Makes me question how "fresh" the other ingredients I ate were. The staff was not very attentive or talkative honestly felt like I was interrupting friends hanging out everytime the young lady would come to me she would stop laughing and hand me my items before turning back and laughing again. i have been to this particular store a few times but I probably won't be going back. The people working there are not very friendly. They put mayonnaise on my sandwich in spite of me telling twice that I only wanted mustard. but the biggest issue I have with the restaurant is that you can't relax in there while you eat your sandwich and it's difficult to carry on a conversation because the music is so loud. Love #1 Pepe and cut in 2. My son's favorite sandwich and we always get it there off 183 and Westpark Way at least 2x a month. They are quick, clean and friendly. With their fresh ingredients, I think this is as healthy as, if not more than, Subway. I do like the concept of them being FAST but oh my goodness this particular location is a doozy to get in and out of! The parking is pretty cramped and almost guarantees you will have issues or wreck your car if you are not paying attention. It's quite stressful really. So I've always been curious about this place and decided to check it out for lunch. The ingredients are very fresh and I love the tuna and the french bread. The tuna sandwich has fresh cucumbers and tomatoes which I loved. Very satisfying for the $6 meal which comes with chips and a drink. And just enough food really. But I honestly wasn't that impressed with how fast they were or the cramped lunchtime jam situation. Maybe I'll come back during a slower time of day. The food was good but not crave-able enough and if I'm going to splurge on a sandwich I want it to be crave-able! Anyways, I'll look into giving it another shot some other time. read more

I've ordered here many times and usually have a decent experience but today was not good. Took 40 minutes to get food. We're across the street. The bacon in the BLT is raw. I won't be ordering again any time soon. Now on an infinite hold after calling to speak with manager. Never was answered. Decided to take food back, which I paid for online and was told I could not get money back on it because I did not have a receipt ( on my desk but what ever) Again, easily verified by checking online orders but they don't seem particularly motivated to keep frequent customers. I love sandwiches and these are sooo much better than Subway. They however lost a star due to the very tight corner they are on. I almost blew out a tire hitting the curb turning in from the highway. If there's a car waiting to turn out and you're turning in it's almost a guarantee you'll run over the curb. The turn into their drive through is also tight. I've been behind many trucks that have had to back up and turn back in to make it. I love that this is right around the corner from my work, so my coworkers and I go here at least once a week to pick up lunch for one another. At least if you talk to the hourly employees at the store they are honest and say they only deliver about 1.5 miles from the store. That is not a delivery service. Much tastier than Subways and quite competetively priced. My favorites are the California Club and Italian subs, and like other JJ's the people working here are just great. ***Order delivery at your own risk!*** Obviously, when I order something to be delivered, I expect it to be correct because I can't just walk up to a counter and have it fixed. Well, my boyfriend and I placed an order for a couple of sandwiches and chips to be delivered. One sandwich was fine, the other was not. We asked that it be cut in half, it wasn't (not a big deal- I can cut it myself, just would've rather had it done already) and we paid extra to add cheese to it. No cheese. The bread was also unbelievably hard and almost stale. When my boyfriend called to let them know that our order was incorrect (remember, we paid extra for the cheese we didn't get) they were unapologetic, and actually quite rude. I'm mostly irritated about the customer service. Stuff happens, and I'm not going to be the one that gets super bent out of shape over missing cheese and an un-cut sandwich, but your customer service should be on point. Offer something with our next order (free bag of chips, pickle, drink, SOMETHING) for the inconvenience. Nothing was resolved. Just not cool. read more
