I pop over to Jersey Mike's every now and then to grab a quick and easy sandwich. The parking out front is tight but if you don't mind walking you can park up in the main shopping center parking lot. The staff has always been polite and friendly. They customize your sandwich however you want it and it's always delicious. My only complaint is that they don't sell Tastykakes at this location, total travesty. read more

I like the amount of toppings and meat they put on the sandwich's. And my favorite is number 43. The chipotle cheese steak it is very good you get plenty for your money. Yum Yum Yum. The #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak Yum Yum Yum Every time we go there we always get the Giant #43 and split it. It's the same size as 2 of the regulars but about 2/3 the price of getting 2 separate sandwiches. It's way plenty for two people and that's coming from a big boy. The grilled steak, peppers, and onions have always been perfect. Add to that the Chipotle mayo and it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I've had several of their other sandwiches and they are very good but I keep going back to the #43. This has been one of our favorite stops for several months and I do not see anything changing in the near future. read more

I had been craving Jersey mikes for a while and yesterday was the day to get it. I was so excited. I wasn't able to decide initially on what I wanted. They guy taking the order seemed to be annoyed by that. I even tried asking a few questions about the sandwiches to help with my decision. I'm not sure why he was rushiIt wasn't like the store was crowded, it was just my husband and I. Anyways, I ended up choosing the big kahuna chicken Philly. I specifically said, no jalapeños. The girl who prepared my food must have been tired because she threw my meat on my sandwich and then got an attitude when I told her I wanted her to add Mayo. Before she wrapped my sandwich, I tried warning her. I got home only to bite into MULTIPLE jalapeños. ‍ that was very upsetting. Smh So update: someone not sure of his title but his name was chris brown(yes that's his real name lol) reached out to me and expressed how sorry he was and even allowed to go back and get a feee meal. I will say this time, my sandwich was correct. I truly appreciate someone actually taking the time out to make sure the customer is happy! My original review was not great as the service this particular day was pretty slow. My husband goes to this location often and said "it's never been this slow". Anyway I would like to change my review to a five for two reasons. 1) The owner reached out to me directly to try and rectify the situation. He didn't offer up a lot of excuses or act nasty. He was very professional and concerned. You don't see that often and I for one appreciated it a lot. 2) It seems this was a isolated event and it only seems fair to review them on all of our experiences, not just the one bad one. I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's. If I had the option of going to a Subway, Jimmy John's, or a Jersey Mike's...7 times out of 10 I'd pick JM's (and I'd go to JJ's the other 3 times). It is what it is. They make a good sandwich, nothing special about it...just good. At my visit to this particular Jersey Mike's, the sandwich wasn't good....hence the two star rating. I ordered the veggie sandwich. There was a delay because they had to go to the back and cut up the veggies (I guess they were talking about the bell peppers?). It didn't take too long for them to finish up the sandwich, so that wasn't an issue. The staff was cool, so that wasn't an issue. It was when I went to eat my sandwich. I HATE when I bite into my sandwich and the outside of the bread is HARD! The bread felt like it was toasted when it wasn't. It just got hard from sitting out for who knows how long. The reason why this annoys me is because the person who is making your sandwich feels the bread when they are holding and cutting it. Why can't you just give me a better one? If my bread, which is not toasted, crunches when I bite into it...the bread shouldn't be used. I still like Jersey Mike's. They do make good sandwiches. First time here. I ordered the Club Sub on wheat. All my meats were really fresh. My sandwich was really fresh and I enjoyed it although there was only one tiny piece of bacon on my sandwich so I couldn't really taste it. My hubby order the Cheese Steak and thought it was just okay. The peppers had a sweet/tangy taste. Service here was great and the area is always kept up. I am picky about my subs. I mean, I eat subway out of necessity since it is adjacent to my location of work, but that isn't a sub, its a sandwich. This place, however, has real subs. Obviously by having "Jersey" in the name it should have prefaced what reminds me of the northeastern US. There are hot subs and cold subs, both are good. My spouse gets the Philly steak and won't even try anything else. I started with the Italian... and also won't try anything else. They have really good quality meats which they slice as they make your sandwich. I get mine Mikes style minus the onions- because raw onions give you bad breath :P You get a ton of good crisp veggies on your sandwich and the white sub bread is wonderful. Really is how subs should be made. The employees are super nice and the cookies are good too, but you will be too full for them. The regular sub is about a foot long, and the mini is about six inches, so keep that in mind if you don't want to eat like a teenage boy. read more

I've been to this location several times and just got back from here today. I have never been let down by these guys. The service is so exceptional here and the staff is soooooo friendly it's almost too over-the-top! But I always recall leaving here with a big smile on my face. Their attitudes are infectious! It's always super clean here as well. I'm just going to say--if you thoroughly enjoy a Subway sandwich, the processed disgusting, bagged, precut thick gross meats----then we just won't see eye to eye on what makes a great sandwich. (Eat Fresh....HA!) At Jersey Mikes, they don't have as wide variety of veggies to choose from as Subway, but they majorly make up for this in other areas. Their bread is amazing! And they slice the deli meat and cheese right in front of you, nice and thin (the way I prefer), made to order. They also have provolone cheese which is one of my favorites! I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's and will continue to support other locations. This specific location has been my go-to because I live and work near it. But for some reason, the service at this particular location has really fallen to the way-side as of late. The last time I went in, I had ordered online, gone to pick it up and made sure all the sandwiches were there, gotten home with the order, and realized my own sandwich was incorrect. When I went back to have it corrected, I wasn't greeted, nor was I helped immediately. When I was helped, the employee, Charlie, seemed annoyed by my bringing back an incorrect order, and helped a gentleman who came in 5 minutes after me before beginning my sandwhich. It upset me a little, because I had already paid and gotten home with the incorrect sandwich, and I normally wouldn't have come back, but being that I'm pregnant I did want my food safe for my baby and I to eat. Unfortunately, this didn't matter to Charlie, and he continued to act annoyed by my presence throughout the process, even slamming meat onto the slicer at one point. When I stated that I'd happily just take my money back and go elsewhere, he then followed up with the quip "It's no big deal. It's just a sandwhich." I wrote the manager, Dan, as soon as I got home that day, but have yet to hear back from him since then (three days ago). It's upsetting that the standard of customer accomodation has sunk so low recently, but at any other location, customers are treated kindly and considerately, and the food is tasty. Can't give only one star since I still love their subs, but won't be returning to this location since neither the employees nor the managers care much about the standard of service provided. ***EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW*** I'm updating my review because I was reached out to by the owner, Mr. Brown, who was polite and apologized for this experience. Reaching out to customers makes a big difference, so I appreciate that. My return experience wasn't great either, but it wasn't terrible. The 4 staff members behind the counter seemed really overwhelmed even though there were only about 2 people in line besides my fiance and myself, so there was a staff member for every customer in line. There was even a veteran staff member there who is normally very friendly, but he might've been having an off day because he usually greets people when they walk in, but not that day. The rest of the staff was completely silent, other than asking people what they wanted on their sandwich, and the gentleman at the register never spoke one single word to us. Literally, not a single one. The lady who made our sandwiches came to help him ring us up but he never looked at us or said a single word, and she seemed upset and confused that we had a coupon for a discount that she didn't seem to understand. It probably took us 5 minutes or more to check out at the register. I miss the old staff that used to be here. They jived well together and made going there more than just picking up a sandwich. I'm planning to stick to Potbelly for my subs from now on. It's further down the road, but people are friendly there, the food is tasty, and if I'm going to spend a lot on a sandwich, I'd rather do it someplace I feel welcomed. read more

I give this place only a 3 stars for the the Price. The Taste was good. I grew up outside of Philly the 60's and 70's, I lived in North Jersey for most of the 80's. I have always been in search of the ultimate Cheese steak. Being able to afford on a daily Basis is part of the equation. After tax my whole Cheese Steak was over $14. Amount of Food for Price ratio off. Taste of Food to Price Ratio off. That was a $10 Sandwich. If that were the case I would be there about twice a week.
