Ordered Jason's this evening via Ubereats. I believe the Jason's Deli staff put my salad together, and they did a terrible job of it. They gave me a pile of spinach and cucumbers, 6 eggs, 25 grape tomatoes (who eats that many tomatoes in a salad?) and put a giant wad of cottage cheese right on top. I did order these things, but also field greens and crackers, which the salad was missing completely. I was expecting reasonable quantities of the things I ordered, and not just a PILE of them. Also, they put the dressing on the salad AND gave me a cup of the dressing too, and put a LOT, which really ruined any possibility of it being edible, really. Usually, they don't put the dressing on the salad but just give you a cup of it so you can apply it yourself. So, they either need to correct their Ubereats ordering UI so we can put a quantity of items on the salad bar salad we order, or they need to remove that ordering option from the menu entirely. I paid like $17 for an inedible salad. They also sent me and my husband both sweet tea when we ordered unsweet. At least I can get a refund. read more

Had the Nutty Mixed-up Salad--pretty tasty. My dad had a turkey sandwich on wheat and said it tasted good. He especially liked the broccoli cheese soup. I noticed this location has a self-serve salad bar--bad idea. Feel this needs to become a thing of the past. Case in point: there were a couple signs posted asking customers to use hand sanitizer and gloves (provided) when using the salad bar, yet I saw an elderly woman with two young children walk straight up to the salad bar and commence to serve herself and them without following proper hygiene. This is a reason why I stopped using self-serve food years ago--ignorant inconsiderate people. The Jason's in Cedar Park does not have a salad bar and made all salads for the customers. This location should consider making all salads for customers. Can we bring back the use of shame masks? Lol! read more

Go ahead and close the Keller TX location. About two weeks ago went there around 3 PM. Needed to wash my hands prior to eating. Men's room, No paper towels or anyway to dry my hands. Owner/Manager ( I assume) was at salad bar so I told him about it. After eating my food (probably 30 minutes later) needed to use restroom again. Still no way to dry your hands. Other men experienced same issue. Yesterday, returned to same location around 4 PM ordered managers special with side salad. Only three tables in total we occupied but four empty tables had dirty dishes. The salad bar was a joke! No mixed lettuce, no bacon bits, no ranch dressing on one side, no artichokes. Now I forget what else was missing. I had to say something about it to one of the employees. When I left they were still working on the salad. Very poor management in my opinion. read more

Today was the first day coming into this Jason's Deli. I waited behind a couple deciding to place and order, and when it was my turn, the cashier took my order, and I put my CC in the machine and it went through. Then the cashier asked me to put the card in again, and I explained to her I already did, and it asked me to remove my card, plus had a green check on transaction was good. I did the second time, and then I told the cashier that I believe I was charged twice. She said she would get the manager. I waited for a while and no one came to address my concerns with me. So, I went and got my salad and sat down. I immediately checked my bank account, and sure enough I was charged twice. I explained that to the cashier, and had to wait a few more minutes before the manager was available to resolve the issue. The cashier I assume told him what happen, but I was left out of the loop as to what was to happen, until he came up to me, and explained he would have to have paperwork filled out, and submit it. It could take up to three business days till my bank account was credited. The food was ok. The salad bar was nice and clean and everything looked to be fresh. The tomatoes I had were solid on the outside, mushy on the inside, not fresh. Outside of that. the food was ok. For the store to be open for about a month, I would have thought that these issues would not have happened. It certainly didn't help the experience there, especially when it was slow. read more

Did a online order, said it would be ready at 1:00 for curbside . No curbside parking so I went in and waited until 1:37pm . Worse part about it I had to stare at a trophy for small business of the year ....obviously not for making food in a timely manner . Adjust your wait times on pickup orders if you can't handle the load . I expect that wait at a sit down restaurant with wait staff not at a deli . They need to over promise not underdeliver! Adjust your times on pickup orders .....that way you don't waste customers time. read more

Wow. Jason's has been an old stomping ground for me, but this location.... wow, just wow! Absolutely amazing customer service from everyone!! What differentiates a business/location from another is the customer service. I have a Jason's closer to my home as for this locations is a bit minutes further out but I will always make that little extra drive! specifically for the service! read more

Stopped by the Deli thinking that it was going to be a slow day but wow! It was full of people. I ordered a Shelly's Deli Chick and it completely knocked my socks off. This deli seems extremely well run, kept up with, and incredibly hospitable; and I can see why! Clint is one heck of a guy, and although he was super busy, he seemed to find time to help me. All the employees seemed to be happy to help, and they were quick to get my food out. Will be coming again soon! read more

Saturday evening at 7pm, 4 tables occupied at best. Didn't care for the cashier, no tips from him on how to order a cup of soup and one trip to the salad bar for my 13 yo daughter and contradicted himself twice. That was $10+tax...side salad and CUP of chili. Slow service as well although the servers were very polite. Several things missing from salad bar and no yogurt machine. I have been a big fan of Jason's going back to early 90's. They've lost that special touch. Hopefully it's temporary. Btw, I looked but didn't see an employee that fit Clint's description. read more

I did a doordash for this store. I waited 45 minutes to pick up $300 worth of lunches for 2 Dr. Offices. I delivered both huge orders and was paid $4 after spending 1.5 hours on them. Shame on Jason's Deli and the Dr office. read more

Jason's in Keller gets it when it comes to safe dining during the pandemic. Went to lunch with my daughter today and was impressed with the setup. *separate entrance and exit * social distancing marked on floor and tables blocked to give 6" between patrons * every employee keeping their spit to themselves by wearing a mask *refills brought to the table in a separate dispenser What a breath of fresh air to see a business playing by the rules for everyone's safety as so many businesses struggle economically. You go Jason's! We will be back knowing it is a safe environment for my family. read more

This location is fantastic! Egg Salad was offered as a special several months ago and it was wonderful! We live in a small town and don't get to eat Jason's often. Last July, we asked about it and the manager told us it was not a special anymore but he would fix it for us. Yay! Today we are here again, and the young man taking our order graciously offered to make it for us again!! Double yay! We tried this at a different location in August and we're turned down. Slipping. Previous reviews gave it 5 stars. But as of past few visits customer service has not been good. They are not as busy these days given Covid. But for some reason, still struggle to get orders right. Food quality is still ok. Offerings not as good as they were. Try to support local Keller businesses but they are making it difficult to justify returning. Definitely do not eat their strawberries. Well know the be one of the most highly concentrated pesticide fruits. Part of the highly publicized dirty dozen fruits. Definitely not an organic at Jason's. read more

I and 2 others ordered the Texas Style Spud, both regular size and smaller (remembering the Pad'ner they used to have). I was disappointed that all 3 baked potatoes had so little butter that the butter barely oiled the top, and the potato was bone dry inside, there was only a small tablespoon of BBQ that had more sauce than chopped brisket (two-thirds of the potato had no BBQ, and only a smidgen of cheese that also didn't cover much of the potato. This location is very frugal with the baked potato toppings... nothing like the picture where the potato is hidden by the toppings. Plus, the prices keep going up. read more

Went to this Jason's Deli (haven't been in a while) and although the veggies were all fresh, they did not make us aware that the salad bar is now only ONLY ONE trip, not unlimited as it always has been in the past. I made a small salad with every intention of going back at least one more time, but was told upon returning, very rudely by the way, the it is only one trip. Waste of time and money! read more

Service was unbelievably slow for subpar food. We waited for well over an hour and watched as people who came after us got their food and left before we even got ours. And when I asked if they lost our order, all the employees seemed nonchalant and uninterested and just tossed a "sorry" over their shoulder. Ridiculous for a restaurant that's supposed to be quick and easy. Would have left and gone somewhere else if we hadn't already paid for it. read more

We stopped in for lunch and had what I would rate as Grandma's style of beef stew. I was amazed at how good it is and how much meat was in it. As we waited for our food I saw one of the loaded baked potatoes with brisket and cheese. I mentioned how good it looked and that I will get one next time. When our food came to the table the server had a loaded baked potato in a bag for us to take home. It proves the management staff cares. The food is great and the price is not that expensive. This is the worst run Jason's Deli I've ever been to. Consistently drive through times are 15+ minutes (tonight was over 20!) and to go orders are never anywhere near on time. Enough times over a couple months that the pattern is clear. Management at this location has no clue what they are doing. read more

We frequent Jason's Deli at least 3-4 times a month. Today we found ourselves waiting for over 20 minutes for our food and observed tables that came in after us were getting their food before us. After asking about our order, they quickly prepared it. Unfortunately, my sandwich came with tomatoes and I had ordered it without. I asked for a manager and Brenda came over and we told her what happened. She was so sweet about everything and she took my meal off the bill. Wasn't expecting anything. Just wanted to inform management of the problems we had so they were aware of them. Brenda went above and beyond to make our lunch experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you!! read more

Update from my last review. Tonight, my boyfriend ordered our dinner but when he got there, they didn't have his order. Not sure what happened. They made it right, and gave him a free meal. The last time I ordered to pick up, they were running behind (just after quarantine) and they gave me a free brownie! This new location has a lot of opening night jitters to overcome. Poor customer service . Salad bar is greatly abbreviated from their norm. Restaurant only seats 100 - smallest Jason's I have ever been which would normally be fine but nothing on the walls, tv not hooked up yet with cords dangling. I dread this place on Saturdays. Stay away everyone for sure when you know it will be busier. Honestly it feels exactly like you are sitting in a basement cafeteria in a very old hospital. Not sure what the company was thinking. Today we went through the drive thru to order one sandwich and one wrap. After paying and waiting a moment we were asked to pull in front as they were just waiting on the wrap and they would bring the order right out. We pulled into the parking space and watched as several other vehicles in the drive thru left with their orders. After 20 minutes of waiting my fiancé decided to go in and see what was going on. He just kept being told they were waiting on the wrap...still? Then multiple employees were asking if anyone had seen the wrap as if it had been lost. After waiting for several minutes inside they finally started to make the wrap. When we finally got our order it was completely wrong. The wrap was completely soaked in a ranch sauce and was not edible. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. read more

This Jason's location needs major work. I had a potato and it had a major black bad spot in it that needed to have been cut out. I don't want to see that and have to dissect the potato when I am eating. For $10, I expect a good potato. Also, this potato was noticeably smaller than previous portions. My husband's beefeater was fine. I asked for a knife. They looked and had NONE, no knives that were clean. What kind of restaurant is this? So, they gave me a plastic knife and it was almost impossible to cut the potato with it. And, the ice cream machine was not freezing properly. It was soft and runny and the machine was a mess with the runny ice cream. There were out of ice cream bowls, so I had to go and ask for those. This place is really pitiful. We go to the Grapevine location often, even though we live in Keller. This place really needs better management and major improvements. Not worth the money for sure. It was a very frustrating visit. Not a great experience. Went through the drive thru after phoning my order in and waited 15 min behind a few cars. The food was cold when I made it home a half mile away and not well made. The steak Po boy had such large chunks of meat my dad had a hard time eating it. Smaller cuts would have been better. The bread on both sandwiches was soggy and unappetizing. It might have helped to have the car ahead of us pull around and their order carried out to them instead of waiting in line for their order to be made and handed over through the drive thru window. They told me 30 min wait when I ordered by phone but it seemed like it sat for a long while. Won't be going back any time soon if ever. Not our first time for a less than great visit to this Jason's. read more

Where to start. While I realize we are all sheltering in place and the frontline folks like restaurant worker should be commended, but I will never again spend money in this location. Placed an online order and when I arrived there's no sign of my order being processed. So again, not a problem because everything is so abnormal at the moment. They immediately starting preparing my order, so it's all good. Finally get my order and I asked the person if my side caesar was in the bag. They said 'Yes', but guess what wasn't in the bag when I got home. Strike one. Then after going to my car I realized they didn't give me my sweet teas. Strike two. When back in to ask for my teas. The person tells me there is no sweet tea and would I like something else. I said no and I'll just take a refund. The person then goes to check with someone in kitchen and tells me there is sweet tea. Hands me two teas and I leave. Soooo ... guess what wasn't sweet when I got home. Strike three! read more

Y'all....first off I love Jason's Deli, but I have not had to wait more than 30min for my food EVER at any location I've ever been to until this one. I waited over an entire hour just to get a side of Mac and Cheese for my toddler. The hour wasn't particularly busy either so not sure why we had to wait that long. Chatting with other patrons who said they were also waiting as long as me to get their order. With 8 people working the food line there really was no reason for this. Order of food prep was obviously all over the place and not in sequential order. Place was dirty and the staff were running around like their heads were cut off. Ice cream machine was broken, several salad bar options were out including the pudding and were never filled. It's clear the management was either not present or has no clue how to run this location. I'm looking at you, Clint. The staff was doing the best they could so management is for sure to blame. Definitely never coming back here and I woundnt suggest you do either, unless you're not really hungry and don't mind waiting 70min for your food. read more
