This is my favorite local Schlotzsky's franchise. We visit ere frequently for our group event catering needs and my partner's penchant for Schlotzsky's salt and vinegar chips. When I am driving home at dinner time and have time for a sandwich, this is the Schlotzsky's I come to. The owner is friendly and helpful. I come here enough he recognizes my voice in the drive through and on the phone. Before I'd established our ongoing relationship with this store and it's inimitable proprietor, we were using a poorly run franchise in the mid cities that has since closed. I orderded a party tray and upon picking it up, discovered they did not know how to ring it up and could not allow me to take it. No manager was present or available by phone to help with the POS system. It was absurd and frustrating. So, I called this location and they made the party tray while I was driving the 20 minutes to the store. High recommendation for this Schlotzsky's! read more

I totally enjoy the Schlotzsky's brand, so this review is specifically for this location. I told them my order that I normally get online (this location doesn't have online ordering), and the woman at the counter acted confused as if it wasn't all up on the board. It felt completely intentional. It's not a situation I have ever encountered before, so I simply had to walk out and I missed having any lunch this day. read more

Ordered the Giant Original for my family for lunch and it barely had anything between the bread. I've ordered the same thing for years from other locations and it's usually more than we can eat. This was definitely not worth the $17 and very disappointing. read more

Ordered sandwich to go and the bun was stale and cold; only the chicken and cheese were warm. The bread (bun) is the main reason to go to Schlotzsky's. The individual taking my order could not understand very much English, so that is why I only ordered a sandwich that was ultimately very disappointing. Along with Schlotzsky's they also have machines to play and they have set the machines at a 91% payout which is no different than stealing from the customers and they know it !!! They will put on a nice face and act nice and they're good at it but at the same time they will screw you in a second so beware! I'll be reaching out to Schlotzsky's as well. read more

Shlotzky has a great sandwich no doubt. What I do question is why they pile all the meat in the middle of the bun. I guess it looks like their pictures, but in reality they should put the meat in a even layer. It's easier to eat and you don't get only bread. Especially in the car. read more

Very rude worker at the window lastnight. I did come 5 mins before closing to order cinnamon rolls. Guy snatched my card.... When he gave me my order i said thank you and he said "yeah" , i was out of the drive through by 9pm when they close on a Sunday. Very rude overall won't be back. read more

The scale needs to offer a negative "real time" rating. Order was delivered 25 minutes by door dash. Order was missing a $11 item. Called door dash & rep tried to call store after 10 minutes, claimed line was busy. Rep supposedly called driver, supposedly drop off both items. Rep said a driver will deliver missing item. Waiting didn't work. Drove to store, window clerk said driver stopped by a 2nd time for missing order. Called home, no order, clerk made it right this time. Returned home & no 2nd order on porch. Door dash emailed concluding the merchant was refunded, driver paid, & if we want refund to call merchant since they don't refund customer. Called merchant who said door dash refunds any money. Unprofessional, no respect, no responsibility, childish 1 pointing to the other. read more

I should probably start out my review by saying generally speaking I really like Schlotzsky's. I think most people who are fans of Schlotzsky's though would honestly agree that not all of their locations follow all the standards. But when you hit one that does their sandwiches are pretty incredible. Fortunately this location is one of the good ones! As creative as Schlotzsky's has gotten with their menu, I believe it is impossible to beat their original sandwich. So that is what I ordered when I came here and it was among the best I have had at any of their locations. I was also very pleased with the drive-through service. I worked for a Schlotzsky's for years in high school. I never forgot how to make the Original. I haven't had it in years. This place builds the bottom bun all wrong, even missing the Parmesan cheese sprinkled layer, which should then get black Olives and Mustard layered on top pre-oven. Made for a dry sandwich. I hope the recipe hasn't changed since my employment 2004-2006 and if so, bye. Will try another location, maybe they are not making the Schlotzsky's true-to-recipe. read more

Went in to go use the restroom first. When I came out the guy who makes the sandwiches had his pants sagging down below his butt with no underwear. When he saw me he pulled them up a little bit and used his hand which still had his gloves on to do it. So gross!!! I will never eat at this location again. What a disgusting human being. read more

UPDATE- People here are still super nice, however I now see what people mean about it being super slow (BTW I think its slow because this location does get busy and it appeared to be understaffed as they adviced about the wait). Anyways, I ordered 2 veggies without olives, with avocado, provolone and ranch. I waited a good 15min then said ill be back since I had to run and grab my dog from my boyfriends. Came back through the drive thru and my order was ready. Now aside from the wait my complaint is that I paid 12$ for 2 veggie sandwichs and had to go home and ADD more veggies to it. There was barely any avocado. No tomatoes, and barely any kale or cheese. Ill be calling managment about this and hope they can make it up to me. I took pictures of the sandwich and I'll say when I got it friday it wasn't lacking as much in veggies. For now I changed my review to 3 stars, also saw some garbage lying around because of how busy and understaffed it was. The people at this location are always super friendly. The service is a little slow in the drive-thru and inside. But if you're inside the coworkers will keep you company while you wait. The food is always good, fresh tasting sandwichs with great bread. They haven't messed up my order ever. You also get tons of rewards if you sign up for their app, or if you fill out the surveys on their receipts. Plus next door, the gas station (exxon) has a great beer/wine selection to go with your sandwich or meal . PLUS cheap gas! read more

Just got back from this drive thru... the lady at the window was super nice and patient while I looked over the menu... Normally I don't have issues at this location, but tonight it took 40min for a cup of soup. I'm told there is a special on Wednesday's that make it hectic. I arrived and the drive thru was long, so went inside. When I finally came out there is only a single car and I don't know how many had come and gone before that one. One of the rudest locations I've ever been to. My first time ordering, I did it online. I ordered a pizza, soup, and water bottle. They almost fulfilled the order, but left out the water bottle. I was going to ask for my missing item, but the employee rushed me and I thought it would be too much to ask. A few months later, I decided to go back and give them the benefit of the doubt. This time, I ordered at the drive thru. I was with a friend, she ordered. After her order, they told her the total and to pull up to the window. We explained that we had another order to put in. They repeated her order and told her the total and to move up. We slowly explained ourselves again and the employee grabbed someone else to work window. As I placed my order I asked if I could do a different bun they provided and was clearly an option on the online menu. The second employee rudely replied that they don't do that for the sandwich, but he'll do it this one time. The service was slow and cold. Would definitely recommend a different location. read more

This Schlotsky's location is inside a gas station. It's Schlotsky's so I can't really knock it. I mean, who doesn't love Schlotsky's? The Good Traditional Schlotsky's menu, total yum factor Stuff for the kids (sandwiches, pizza, etc.) Loyalty program (download the app people, it gets you free food!) Milk for the kids (thank goodness, because I loathe the places that just have soda and sugary nightmare drinks for the kids). The Bad Although it's fairly well established, it always seems to feel like a new employee is working the window. I'm thinking they have pretty high turnover. Maybe for the above reason - it's always a toss up as to what quality of food i'll get. Sometimes traditional Schlotsky's style, and totally delicious. Sometimes mediocre. Gas station location. I'm not sure what the inside is like, because I don't particularly want to eat inside a gas station (unless it's Chef Point), so instead I go through the drive-thru. Drive-thru is MONUMENTALLY slow. Usually doesn't matter, because about 80% of every day of my life, I'm craving Schlotsky's, so I'm willing to wait. Just be prepared with a charged phone and some down time when sitting in the drive through. If absolutely no stars were an option, I would have chosen zero rating rather than 1 star. The manager that took over this location after it had been closed down last August for the management transition has absolutely no care or concern for customer service. He was completely rude to my son when he tried to use the Buy One Get One Free coupon that we purchased through my son's Athletics fundraiser. Apparently this was coordinated with the previous manager and the new manager refused to honor the coupon. When I called to address the issue, the manager told me to come up to the location, when I said that would not be feasible, he hung up on me!! When I called back to request the phone number for corporate to hopefully reach someone who actually cared about future business and the brand of Schlotzsky's, he asked me to hold while he sat the phone down and ranted to someone about the fact that people keep coming in with the fundraiser coupons that he didn't approve. When he got back on the phone after 5 or 10 minutes, he said that he could not honor the coupon, which did not expire until 4/30/2022, because he had already refused to honor it for many other people. The fact that this manager would choose to handle the situation so poorly and flat out rudely to both my son and I is an indication of how he has treated other customers as well, many of whom my son and his friends worked so hard to sell these coupon cards to. I am thoroughly disappointed and flat out appalled at the complete lack of customer service, and over a fundraiser coupon that is actually bringing business in! We will not be going to this location anymore. I imagine this location will not survive much longer given the amount of people that tried to use the fundraiser coupons and were treated as awful as we were. read more

EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW and OBLIVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This Location shares a building with a gas station. Start to finish, I was there about 25 minutes. The entire time, there were only 3 people to enter the building. They were not busy. But EVERY SINGLE PERSON had to wait several minutes to be assisted. From the front counter, I could see through the window in the door to the back. I could see at least three people just standing around talking. So I finally knocked on the door to get their attention. They all looked at me and walked off. Finally a different girl came out a different door to help me get the item they had forgotten to get as part of my original order. A few minutes went by and another guest stood at the counter for five minutes waiting to get someone's attention to get his food fixed because they made it with items he had already said he's allergic to!! Before I left, I tried to buy a pack of gum in the gas station part...but had to go stick my head in the back again to get someone to help me. The same girl from the restaurant finally appeared and said the cashier was in the restroom. Finally a lady out on the front sidewalk smoking finished her cigarette and came in giving a grumpy attitude as if she couldn't believe I'd dare interrupt her smoke. The dude work8ng behind the counter was really friendly and heloful. I asked him what they sweeten their raspberry tea with and he wasn't sure. But he quickly said he would find out for me.
