I've eaten here several times with no issues. I wish I would have given them their roses then. I always phone order the steak and cheese with not onions or peppers, on 2 occasions, I've gotten to work and had onions and peppers on my sandwich, which I can't eat. The last time 2 full subs was ordered about $40 and was a complete waist of money. When I walk in, my order is correct, full of steak and taste delicious. Just 2 days ago I ordered on the way to work and looked like half my steak was missing. My sub was so skimpy I was so pissed. I truly wanted my money back. Ok subs. My review is on the Veggie sub. So pretty much same sub but no meat products same price. I ask for extra onions and extra green peppers. Every time (like 3 pickup orders) and same issue. Normally this place is on point but the last 3 orders, they have disappointed a little. The meat is good (except one time the texture was off. Like it was old) but the last 3 orders the bread has been dry and hard especially on the ends (I usually order giants for my family to share). On the app you have the option to write the name of the person for whom the sandwich is for but they never do it so I stopped doing that. Good timing but I wish they would stop giving the old bread. Few weeks back went to this location to grab lunch with my wife and daughter, the experience was unbelievable, the pure, disrespect and vulgar language, and threatening remarks that came from the workers at this location was an outrageous experience. I'm just very happy that I did not allow them to escalate with me. I sent a complaint to Jersey Mike's corporate, still waiting to hear back. I'm sure they're a lot of people out there that will say that they've had nothing but great experience at this location, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing. 5 Star all the way! Marilyn and her team were so helpful with a catering order for the Mill Creek HS Softball Team. We got the Subs by the Box and they were perfect. Stopped by Saturday afternoon, my daughter and I were the only people in the store, placed my order, immediately after a guy came in placed his order, his was filled and handed to him before mine. Noted. When i did get my sandwich , it was WRONG.. the lack of customer service, was also noted. I eat at jersey mikes pretty frequently also. I was pissed I was asked to " Tip" the two people working, as they are already paid hourly. IF he you want to shove in the face of patrons to get a " TIP" on top of our already prices food, maybe go out of your way to make sure the order you take is correct, I couldn't even get their attention to get a to go bag for the rest of said wrong order. !! Like it's utterly distasteful to let out a sigh and start cussing and throwing a tantrum just because you failed to read what the job description was going to be while working at Jersey Mike's Subs. Went in, ordered a Philly Cheese, regular size, they forgot to cut it in half so I took it back to the counter and asked the cashier if they can cut it in half. He said they cant take the sandwich back once they give it to the customer and handed me plastic cutlery knife instead. Ive never had that problem before. Is this common? read more

My family and I were driving back from Florida and stopped in for a quick bite. Tired and a little out of it, we didn't realize it was so late and 5 minutes before closing. After ordering, we looked down and noticed the cold items were being put away. We felt so bad. These young workers never missed a beat and smiled while they took our order. My husband ask if they were closing. The lady said we close at 9pm but it's not a problem. No one treated us like we were putting them out. They were all so pleasant even though I know they all were ready to go. Thanks night shift team for feeding my hungry family and not making us feel terrible for coming in at closing. read more

Placed an order in the restaurant and there was only one couple waiting for their order. Noticed a few more pick up orders being done. Waited for at least 20 minutes. Assumed it was my order they were grilling. It was not. When I inquired about my order, the employee "in charge" was immediately defensive saying she had just gotten there. All the employees just stared at each other. When I used a firm voice to complain about them losing my order, she said I was rude and they were "short handed". There were 6 employees working. I came in and was greeted immediately with bright smiles and a "how are you doing today!?" I came in for my free birthday sub and I wasn't seeing my reward pop up on my phone and I had already got turned away from another sub place because the reward wasn't on my phone yet, but fortunately, Marilyn, the General Manager, said she would take care of me this time ! She was so sweet!! I really appreciated her and the staff for making my day and making me feel good after leaving the restaurant. They are lovely people, bless them!!! read more
